Description

La présente invention concerne le domaine des emballages, notamment des emballages servant simultanément de distributeurs, en particulier pour l'emballage et la distribution de produits en feuilles, à savoir de mouchoirs en papier ou analogues, et a pour objet une boíte pour la distribution présentant deux ouvertures décalées entre elles.
La présentation de mouchoirs en papier ou analogue est bien connue. Généralement, les mouchoirs sont, soit empilés individuellement, soit enchevêtrés de telle manière qu'une traction sur le mouchoir près de l'ouverture et la sortie de ce dernier entraínent automatiquement la présentation du bord du mouchoir ou analogue suivant dans l'ouverture correspondante de l'emballage.
A cet effet, lesdits emballages sont pourvus d'une ouverture de distribution découpée sur une de leurs faces. De tels emballages distributeurs sont notamment connus par les documents US-A-5 516 000, US-A-3 012 692 et EP-B-0 577 443.
Ces emballages permettent de répondre de manière satisfaisante aux problèmes posés par une saisie suivie d'une délivrance individuelle de mouchoirs ou analogues par la face correspondante. Cependant, les emballages ainsi réalisés présentent l'inconvénient de ne pas pouvoir être logés de manière pratique, en particulier dans des véhicules automobiles, dans des vides poches ou analogues, c'est-à-dire soit de présenter une hauteur ou une largeur ou une épaisseur empêchant leur insertion dans lesdits vides poches ou analogues tout en autorisant l'accès à leur ouverture de distribution.
Pour obvier à ces inconvénients, il a été proposé, par EP 0 171 036 sur quel document la forme en deux parties de la revendication 1 a été basée, de pourvoir une boíte distributrice ou emballage distributeur sur deux faces successives d'une ouverture de préhension et de retrait de mouchoirs ou analogue. Toutefois, une telle boíte ou emballage, qui permet, certes, un accès au contenu, n'est pas adapté à un retrait aisé notamment de produits enchevêtrés permettant, par extraction du premier de présenter automatiquement le suivant au niveau de l'ouverture, en particulier pour ce qui concerne le mouchoir ou analogue devant être extrait par la face perpendiculaire aux couches de mouchoirs disposés parallèlement à la face comportant l'autre ouverture.
On connaít également, par US-A-3 012 692, un emballage permettant un accès simultané par le dessus et le côté, dans lequel est aménagée une ouverture s'étendant à partir d'une face jusqu'à l'autre face, en passant par l'arête de liaison de cette dernière et dans lequel il est possible de réaliser aussi bien une extraction en tirant à partir d'une face que par un tirage par la face perpendiculaire. Dans ce mode de réalisation, l'ouverture est disposée au niveau de la partie supérieure de la couche de produits enchevêtrés une extraction n'est envisageable que par cette dite partie supérieure de la couche, de sorte qu'un positionnement de l'emballage dans un réceptacle relativement étroit, à savoir de faible hauteur pose un problème de préhension du mouchoir ou analogue supérieur lors d'une extraction devant alors être latérale.
Enfin, on connaít, par US-A-5 516 000, une boíte distributrice comportant une fente de distribution disposée dans une arête entre deux faces latérales et permettant l'extraction d'un mouchoir ou analogue aussi bien perpendiculairement à l'une des faces qu'à l'autre. Dans un tel mode de réalisation, l'extraction s'effectue toujours à partir de la partie supérieure de mouchoirs ou analogue, quelle que soit la face de l'emballage à partir de laquelle la traction est effectuée. Il en résulte que dans le cas où l'espace de préhension est suffisamment grand, une extraction par tirage sur un mouchoir sensiblement dans sa partie médiane, par la face large de l'emballage, donc par le dessus de la couche, est impossible à réaliser.
Pour l'ensemble des distributeurs connus, les ouvertures de distribution sont généralement délimitée sous forme de fentes prévues dans une couche intérieure de revêtement du matériau constitutif de l'emballage et sont protégées avant utilisation par une partie arrachable dudit emballage. De manière générale, cet emballage est constitué en carton et le revêtement intérieur portant la fente d'extraction est réalisé en une matière synthétique transparente ou analogue.
La présente invention a pour but de pallier ces inconvénients en proposant une boíte pour la distribution permettant un accès aux produits à distribuer par les deux extrémités de l'empilement du produit, en particulier de mouchoirs, tout en assurant la possibilité de loger ledit emballage dans des logements de dimensions diverses, avec un accès à au moins l'une des deux extrémités de l'empilement.
A cet effet, l'invention a pour objet une boíte de forme parallélépipédique et de section transversale rectangulaire, contenant des produits en feuille enchevêtrés, tels que mouchoirs en ouate de cellulose ou analogues, formant un empilement avec une face supérieure et une face inférieure, munie de deux ouvertures d'extraction, caractérisé en ce qu'une première ouverture est prévue sur la face parallèle à la face supérieure de l'empilement et en ce qu'une seconde ouverture est prévue dans l'arête opposée à celle reliant la face parallèle à la face supérieure de l'empilement à une face adjacente et est en relation avec l'extrémité du produit formant la face inférieure de l'empilement.
L'invention sera mieux comprise, grâce à la description ci-après, qui se rapporte à un mode de réalisation préféré, donné à titre d'exemple non limitatif, et expliqué avec référence aux dessins schématiques annexés, dans lesquels :
  • la figure 1 est une vue en coupe et en perspective d'une boíte conforme à l'invention, et
  • la figure 2 est une vue en plan d'un flan à plat découpé, avant pliage et réalisation de la boíte.
    • La figure 1 des dessins annexés représente une boíte de forme parallélépipédique et de section transversale rectangulaire, muni de deux ouvertures 1 et 2 d'extraction d'un produit en feuille, tel qu'un mouchoir ou analogue. Les produits sont enchevêtrés et forment un empilement avec une face supérieure dont la première feuille est, de préférence, repliée sur elle-même pour faciliter sa préhension lors de la première utilisation à l'ouverture de la boíte.
    Conformément à l'invention, la première, 1, des ouvertures est prévue sur une face 3, qui, dans l'exemple de réalisation représenté est une grande face, parallèle à l'empilement de produits contenus dans la boíte et située au-dessus de la face supérieure dudit empilement et la deuxième ouverture, 2, est prévue dans l'arête 4 opposée à celle 5 reliant ladite face 3 avec une face 6 adjacente et est en relation avec l'extrémité du produit formant la face inférieure de l'empilement. De préférence, cette deuxième ouverture 2 est, avant première utilisation, en face du bord libre de la feuille constituant la face inférieure de l'empilement.
    L'emplacement de la deuxième ouverture sur l'arête 4, rend l'extraction des produits aisée grâce à un effet de pincement. En effet, les faces 6 et 13 exercent des efforts de compression sur l'empilement de produits et induisent une retenue sur les feuilles au moment de l'extraction. Il est ainsi possible d'éviter une extraction en chapelet des produits, qui n'est pas souhaitable.
    Les ouvertures 1 et 2 sont doublées par un film transparent 3', 6' de revêtement intérieur partiel des faces 3 et 6, ce film 3', 6', notamment en matière plastique, présentant une fente 3", 6" d'accès au produit à distribuer. Bien entendu, pour faciliter cet accès, les ouvertures 1 et 2 sont sous forme de découpes allongées s'étendant de part et d'autre des fentes 3" et 6".
    Selon un autre mode de réalisation de l'invention, le film 3' ou 6' peut aussi être constitué par deux portions de film disposées de façon à ménager entre-elles une fente de distribution.
    Egalement de manière connue, les ouvertures 1 et 2 sont réalisées, lors de la découpe des flans destinés à former la boíte (figure 2), par impression d'un contour fragilisé permettant un arrachage facile de la partie constitutive correspondante, généralement en carton, de la boíte. Ainsi, avant utilisation, la boíte se présente sous forme d'une boíte entièrement fermée munie aux endroits des ouvertures 1 et 2 de deux parties délimitées par des contours fragilisés facilement arrachables donnant accès auxdites ouvertures 1 et 2 et libérant les fentes 3" et 6". Les films transparents 3', 6' comportant les fentes 3", 6" sont collées sur les faces internes 3 et 6 correspondantes, par leurs bords, à distance du contour des découpes 1 et 2.
    La figure 2 des dessins annexés représente un flan de carton ou analogue après découpe et fragilisation des parties correspondant aux ouvertures 1 et 2 et avant pliage et réalisation de la boíte et fermeture finale de cette dernière après insertion de l'empilement de produits à distribuer.
    Il apparaít ainsi clairement que l'ouverture 1 est située sur une face 3 et que l'ouverture 2 est décalée par rapport à l'ouverture 1 et se situe sur l'arête 4 reliant la face 6 suivante à la face opposée à celle portant l'ouverture 1.
    De préférence, l'ouverture 2 est située sur l'arête 4 précédant celle comportant un rabat de fermeture par collage des côtés correspondants de la boíte. Une telle disposition permet d'éviter une superposition de rebords au niveau de la partie à arracher correspondant à l'ouverture 2 et ainsi d'éviter à l'utilisateur de devoir développer une force d'arrachement plus importante. Par ailleurs, ce mode de réalisation évite aussi les inconvénients liés à un arrachage de deux faces superposées collées entre elles, qui consistent essentiellement en un risque de déchirure de la boíte.
    Selon une variante de réalisation de l'invention, non représentée aux dessins annexés, il est possible de fragiliser seulement une partie du contour des parties arrachables correspondant aux ouvertures 1 et 2, de manière à réaliser celles-ci sous forme de pattes restant solidaires de la boíte et pouvant être repliées au-dessus des fentes 3" et 6".
    Ainsi, il est possible de recouvrir les ouvertures 1 et 2 en cas de non utilisation momentanée ou après usage, de manière à obtenir une meilleure hygiène de la distribution des produits, qui sont protégés contre tout accès non voulu.
    Conformément à une autre caractéristique de l'invention, il est également possible de munir la boíte d'une troisième ouverture 7 s'étendant orthogonalement aux ouvertures 1 et 2 dans une arête de liaison 8 des rabats d'extrémités 9 aux faces 3 et 13 (figure 1).
    La prévision d'une telle ouverture permet une extraction d'un mouchoir ou analogue suivant son sens longitudinal lorsque la boíte est disposée dans un logement présentant une section d'insertion relativement faible.
    Grâce à l'invention, il est possible de réaliser une boíte de distribution pouvant être utilisée indifféremment en position verticale ou horizontale en étant disposée dans des logement de tailles réduites, tels qu'un vide-poche de véhicule ou analogue. Il en résulte que le champ d'utilisation d'une telle boíte est plus large, notamment du fait d'un plus grand choix de lieux de stockage.
    En outre, la boíte ainsi obtenue devient d'une utilisation plus universelle. En effet, l'ouverture 1 située sur la face 3 permet l'extraction du produit par le haut de l'empilement, à l'instar des boítes distributrices simples connues à ce jour. L'ouverture 2 disposée avec décalage sur l'arête correspondant à la face intérieur de l'empilement, permet, quant à elle, d'extraire sans gêne un mouchoir ou analogue correspondant à la partie inférieure de l'empilement et, en fait, au tout dernier produit de cet empilement. L'enchevêtrement des produits individuels entre eux par des rebords de leurs extrémités assure, de toute manière, la présentation du produit suivant pour l'ouverture 1 ou du produit précédent pour l'ouverture 2 lors des extractions au niveau de ces ouvertures, de sorte que la boíte peut être entièrement vidée sans nécessiter de manoeuvre particulière de recherche des derniers produits de l'empilement.
    Bien entendu, l'invention n'est pas limitée au mode de réalisation décrit et représenté aux dessins annexés. Des modifications restent possibles, notamment du point de vue de la constitution des divers éléments ou par substitution d'équivalents techniques, sans sortir pour autant du domaine de protection de l'invention.

    Claims (7)

    1. Boíte de forme parallélépipédique et de section transversale rectangulaire contenant des produits en feuille enchevêtrés, tels que mouchoirs en ouate de cellulose ou analogues, formant un empilement avec une face supérieure et une face inférieure, muni de deux ouvertures (1 et 2) d'extraction, une première ouverture (1) étant prévue sur la face (3) parallèle à la face supérieure de l'empilement caractérisée en ce qu'une seconde ouverture (2) est prévue dans l'arête (4) opposée à celle (5) reliant la face (3) parallèle à la face supérieure de l'empilement à une face (6) adjacente et est en relation avec l'extrémité du produit formant la face inférieure de l'empilement.
    2. Boíte, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la deuxième ouverture (2) est, avant première utilisation, en face du bord libre de la feuille constituant la face inférieure de l'empilement.

Boíte, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que l'ouverture (2) est située sur l'arête (4) de liaison entre la face inférieure de la boíte opposée à la face supérieure de la boíte comportant la première ouverture, et la face latérale de la boíte reliant la face supérieure à la face inférieure de la boíte.
    4. Boíte, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les ouvertures (1 et 2) sont doublées par un film transparent (3', 6') de revêtement intérieur partiel des faces (3 et 6), ce film (3', 6'), notamment en matière plastique, présentant une fente (3", 6") d'accès au produit à distribuer.
    5. Boíte, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les ouvertures (1 et 2) sont doublées par un film transparent (3', 6') constitué par deux portions de film disposées de façon à ménager entre-elles une fente (3", 6") d'accès au produit à distribuer.

Boíte, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est pourvue de pattes correspondant aux ouvertures (1 et 2), restant solidaires avec la boíte et pouvant être repliées au-dessus de fentes (3" et 6") prévues dans des films (3", 6"), notamment en matière plastique transparente (3', 6') de revêtement intérieur partiel des faces (3 et 6).
