Claims (6)
- Tintenschreibgerätmit einer am vorderen Ende vorgesehenen Schreibspitze (1), die von einem hinteren Tintenvorratsraum (21) mit Tinte versorgt wird,mit einem mit der Umgebungsluft in Verbindung stehenden Druckausgleichssystemmit einer Vielzahl von ringförmigen, vorzugsweise kreisringförmigen Druckausgleichskammern (13) kapillarer Abmessung, die durch scheibenförmige Wände (12; 12') voneinander getrennt sind,mit einem kapillaren Tintenleitkanal (11), der den Tintenvorratsraum (21) mit den Druckausgleichskammern (13) verbindet, sowiemit einem mit dem Tintenvorratsraum (21) und der Umgebungsluft in Verbindung stehenden Luftführungskanal (16), undmit einem rohrförmigen Gehäuseteil (20), das die Druckausgleichskammern (13) und den Tintenleitkanal (11) umschließt und das mit seiner Innenfläche den Tintenleitkanal (11) radial nach außen abdeckt,wobei die scheibenförmigen Wände (12; 12') und der Tintenleitkanal (11) Teil eines im Spritzgußverfahren in einer Backenform aus zwei Formhälften mit eingelagerten Blechpaketen zur Ausbildung der ringförmigen Druckausgleichskammern (13) hergestellten Formkörpers (3) sind, an dem die Formtrennebene (25; 25') erkennbar ist,
daß der Formkörper (3) zur Bildung des Tintenleitkanals (11) eine axial verlaufende Abflachung (10; 10') aufweist und daß sich die Formtrennebene (25; 25') durch diese Abflachung (10; 10') erstreckt. - Tintenschreibgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abflachung (10; 10') im Bereich einer die Druckausgleichskammern (13) unterbrechenden Trennwand (9; 9') liegt und eine Breite mindestens gleich der Dicke des radial äußeren Bereichs der Trennwand (9; 9') hat.
- Tintenschreibgerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Formtrennebene (25; 25') durch die Mitte der Trennwand (9; 9') und die Mitte der Abflachung (10; 10') verläuft.
- Tintenschreibgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Abflachung (10; 10') gegenüberliegenden Bereiche (15; 15') der scheibenförmigen Wände (12; 12') des Formkörpers (3) zur Bildung des Luftführungskanals (16) abgeflacht sind.
- Tintenschreibgerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das vordere Ende des Luftführungskanals (16) an einem mit der Umgebungsluft in Verbindung stehenden Ringraum (17) endet.
- Tintenschreibgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schreibspitze (1) durch einen in eine axiale Durchgangsbohrung (4; 4') des Formkörpers (3) eingesetzten Docht- oder Flüssigkeitsleitkörper (2) gebildet ist.
