Cet appareil de sport, de loisirs et/ou de gymnastique comprend une chaussure (1) avec une semelle (2) et plusieurs éléments roulants, notamment des roulettes (3), montés rotatifs les uns derrière les autres dans le sens de la longueur de la semelle (2) sur des blocs de support (4) dans la région de la semelle (2) de la chaussure (1). L'axe (5) des éléments roulants est perpendiculaire à la longueur de la semelle (2). Afin de simplifier le maniement quotidien de cet appareil de sport, de loisirs et/ou de gymnastique, tout en améliorant ses propriétés d'actionnement, notamment ses propriétés de roulement, et en lui donnant une apparence attrayante et sportive, les blocs de support (4) forment avec les éléments roulants partie intégrante d'un élément support (6) de préférence sensiblement plat. L'élément support (6) comprend au moins un, de préférence deux éléments de fixation et la chaussure (1) comprend un, de préférence deux dispositifs de fixation correspondant aux éléments de fixation de l'élément support (6) et situés de préférence dans la zone du talon et de la pointe de la chaussure. Ces dispositifs de fixation permettent de fixer la chaussure (1) de manière amovible sur l'élément support (6).
