Claims (25)
- Stecker oder Dose für einen Steckverbinder, mit einem Gehäuse (8,34), das ein Gehäuseoberteil (6,26) und ein damit verbindbares Gehäuseunterteil (7,27) aufweist, zwischen denen mit Steckkontakten (18,33) verbundene Kabelenden (14,32) angeordnet sind, wobei das Gehäuseunterteil und/oder Gehäuseoberteil Durchgangsöffnungen (20,31) aufweist, durch welche die Steckkontakte in einer Steckrichtung zugänglich sind, und die Kabelenden in senkrecht zur Steckrichtung sich erstreckenden, im Gehäuseunterteil und/oder Gehäuseoberteil angeordneten Führungskanälen (10,28) aufgenommen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steckkontakte mit den Kabelenden vormontiert sind und im vormontierten Zustand in die Führungskanäle einlegbar sind und durch Verbinden des Gehäuseoberteils mit dem Gehäuseunterteil die Steckkontakte im Gehäuse formschlüssig gehalten sind.
- Stecker oder Dose nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steckkontakte mit den Kabelenden vercrimpt sind.
- Stecker oder Dose nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuseoberteil und das Gehäuseunterteil lösbar miteinander verbindbar sind.
- Stecker oder Dose nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuseoberteil und das Gehäuseunterteil über Schnappverschlüsse (39) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Stecker oder Dose nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuseoberteil und das Gehäuseunterteil durch eine Schraubverbindung gegeneinander gesichert sind.
- Stecker oder Dose nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuseunterteil und das Gehäuseoberteil durch eine Montagebewegung in Steckrichtung miteinander verbindbar sind.

- Stecker oder Dose nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe des Steckers oder der Dose in Steckrichtung geringer als die jeweilige flächige Ausdehnung senkrecht zur Steckrichtung ist.
- Steckverbinder mit wenigstens einem Stecker und einer Dose jeweils nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stecker und die Dose zum Verbinden der jeweiligen Steckkontakte in Steckrichtung miteinander verbindbar sind.
- Steckverbindern nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Durchgangsöffnungen des Steckers in seinem Gehäuseoberteil und die Durchgangsöffnungen der Dose im Gehäuseunterteil oder die Durchgangsöffnungen der Dose in ihrem Gehäuseoberteil und die Durchgangsöffnungen des Steckers in seinem Gehäuseunterteil angeordnet sind.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steckkontakte der Dose als Buchsen (35) und die Steckkontakte des Steckers als Stifte (19) ausgebildet sind, die im zusammengesetzten Zustand des Steckverbinders in die Buchsen eingreifen.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche 10-12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der die Stifte aufweisende Stecker Führungsbuchsen (40) aufweist, in denen sich die Stifte erstrecken und die Dose eine Buchsenaufnahme (21) aufweist, in welche die Führungsbuchsen im zusammengesetzten Zustand des Steckverbinders aufgenommen sind.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche 10-13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe des zusammengesetzten Steckverbinders in Steckrichtung geringer als seine flächige Ausdehnung senkrecht zur Steckrichtung ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche 10-14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein gemeinsames Schirmgehäuse für den Steckverbinder im zusammengesetzten Zustand vorgesehen ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche 10-15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schirmgehäuse eine elektromagnetische Abschirmung aufweist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche 10-16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schirmgehäuse aus metallbeschichtetem Kunststoff besteht.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche 10-17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Kontaktblech vorgesehen ist, das mit einer Abschirmung des Kabelstranges verbunden ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche 10-18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schirmgehäuse die zusammengesteckten Steckverbinder umgibt.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche 10-19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schirmgehäuse in Steckrichtung auf dem Steckergehäuse (8,34) montierbar ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche 10-20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schirmgehäuse über eine Bajonettführung (25) mit dem Gehäuse in Eingriff bringbar ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche 10-21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bajonettführung wenigstens eine Bajonettbahn in dem Schirmgehäuse und einen Zapfen am Steckergehäuse (8,34) aufweist, der in der Bajonettbahn geführt ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche 10-22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine zusätzliche Sicherung, vorzugsweise Schrauben, vorgesehen ist, mit welcher das Schirmgehäuse am Steckverbinder sicherbar ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche 10-23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stecker oder die Dose eine Dichtung aufweist, mit der der Stecker oder die Dose gegenüber einem Motorgehäuse oder dergleichen abdichtbar ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche 10-24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schirmgehäuse mit der Dichtung verbindbar ist, so daß der Stecker oder die Dose des zusammengesteckten Steckverbinders zwischen Dichtung und Schirmgehäuse angeordnet sind.
