Claims (22)
- Hochdruckreinigungsgerät mit einem Fahrgestell, einer Motorpumpeneinheit und mit mindestens einem Flussigkeitsbehälter, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Flüssigkeitsbehälter (1) aus einem wannenförmigen Unterteil (2) und einem deckelförmigen Oberteil (3) besteht, die längs ihrer deckungsgleichen, aufeinanderliegenden Stirnkanten (20, 21) miteinander verbunden sind, daß am Flüssigkeitsbehälter (1) Räder (14, 15) gelagert sind, so daß Flüssigkeitsbehälter (1) und Räder (14, 15) gemeinsam das Fahrgestell bilden, und daß die Motorpumpeneinheit (26) an der Außenseite des Flüssigkeitsbehälters (1) gehalten ist.
- Reinigungsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Flüssigkeitsbehälter (1) durch Innenwände (7, 18) des wannenförmigen Unterteils (2) und des deckelförmigen Oberteils (3), die ebenfalls längs ihrer deckungsgleich verlaufenden Stirnkanten miteinander verbunden sind, in voneinander getrennte Einzelbehälter (8) unterteilt ist.
- Reinigungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daS die Stirnkanten (20, 21) des wannenförmigen Unterteils (2) und des deckelförmigen Oberteils (3) durch Verschweißung miteinander verbunden sind.
- Reinigungsgerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschweißung eine Spiegelverschweißung ist.
- Reinigungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stirnkanten (20, 21) des wannenförmigen Unterteils (2) und des deckelförmigen Oberteils (3) durch Verklebung miteinander verbunden sind.
- Reinigungsgerät nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Unterseite (9) des wannenförmigen Unterteils (2) ein flächiger Stützträger (11) anliegt.
- Reinigungsgerät nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützträger (11) in einer Vertiefung (10) des Bodens (9) des wannenförmigen Unterteils (2) aufgenommen ist.
- Reinigungsgerät nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützträger (11) mit dem wannenförmigen Unterteil (2) durch Zuganker (12) verbunden ist.
- Reinigungsgerät nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zuganker (12) in einem Bereich des wannenförmigen Unterteils (2) dieses durchgreift, der zwischen zwei benachbarten Außenwänden (13) des wannenförmigen Unterteils (2) angeordnet ist.
- Reinigungsgerät nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Flüssigkeitsbehälter (1) eine Öffnung (4) umgibt, in der ein Heizkessel (31) angeordnet ist.
- Reinigungsgerät nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wand (5, 17) des Flüssigkeitsbehälters (1) von dem Heizkessel (31) einen Abstand einhält.
- Reinigungsgerät nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Heizkessel (31) auf einem Träger (11) gehalten ist, der an der Unterseite des Flüssigkeitsbehälters (1) mit ihm verbunden ist.
- Reinigungsgerät nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (11) die Öffnung (4) im Flüssigkeitsbehälter (1) diametral überbrückt.
- Reinigungsgerät nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das deckelförmige Oberteil (3) eine wannenförmige Vertiefung (27) zur Aufnahme der Motorpumpeneinheit (26) aufweist.
- Reinigungsgerät nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf das deckelförmige Oberteil (3) eine Haube (28) aufgesetzt ist, die die in der Vertiefung (27) aufgenommene Motorpumpeneinheit (26) überdeckt.
- Reinigungsgerät nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertiefung (27) in dem deckelförmigen Oberteil (3) und die aufgesetzte Haube (28) die Motorpumpeneinheit (26) unter Ausbildung eines Strömungspfades für ein Kühlmedium umgeben.
- Reinigungsgerät nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in das deckelförmige Oberteil (3) ein Strömungskanal (30) eingeformt ist, durch den Brennluft zu einer Heizeinrichtung (31) geführt wird.
- Reinigungsgerät nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem deckelförmigen Oberteil (3) Teile des Gebläsegehäuses eingeformt sind.
- Reinigungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die Haube (28) eine Kammer (29) für Bauelemente integriert ist.
- Reinigungsgerät nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das wannenförmige Unterteil (2) und das deckelförmige Oberteil (3) im Bereich der Stirnkanten (20, 21) zumindest der außenliegenden Wände (23) doppelwandig ausgebildet sind.
- Reinigungsgerät nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der doppelwandige Bereich (24, 25) eine umlaufende Stoßleiste bildet.
- Reinigungsgerät nach Anspruch 20 oder 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der doppelwandigen Stirnkanten (24, 25) nur die jeweils innenliegende Stirnkante (24) des wannenförmigen Unterteils (2) und des deckelförmigen Oberteils (3) miteinander verbunden sind.
