Claims (8)
- Véhicule ferroviaire (1) muni d'au moins un module d'extrémité (2), sous forme d'une cabine de pilotage ou d'un module d'intercirculation entre deux extrémités de véhicules successifs, ce module étant pourvu d'une peau (7) réalisant une enveloppe esthétique de l'extrémité et assurant l'isolation et l'étanchéité de cette dernière, caractérisé en ce que ledit module d'extrémité (2) est un module structurel pré-assemblé, interchangeable et indépendant et est fixé de manière démontable sur le véhicule (1).
- Véhicule ferroviaire, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le module d'extrémité (2) est réalisé sous forme d'un sous-ensemble complet en acier pouvant intégrer tous les équipements de conduite et de commande (3) et une ou plusieurs armoires électriques d'alimentation et de commande, ainsi qu'un dispositif de propulsion (4) monté sous le châssis.
- Véhicule ferroviaire, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la fixation du module d'extrémité (2) sur la partie correspondante du véhicule (1) est réalisée par boulonnage et les différents accessoires qu'il renferme sont reliés aux circuits et mécanismes correspondants du véhicule ferroviaire (1) par des connexions rapides à embrochage.
- Véhicule ferroviaire, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le module d'extrémité (2) peut être équipé d'un ensemble (6) d'éléments absorbeurs d'énergie interchangeables à propriétés de résistance mécanique différentes entraínant des phases de déformation progressive à partir de l'extrémité correspondante du véhicule, cet ensemble (6) d'éléments absorbeurs d'énergie étant supporté par ledit module d'extrémité (2).
- Véhicule ferroviaire, suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble (6) d'éléments absorbeurs d'énergie interchangeables à propriétés de résistance mécanique différentes entraínant des phases de déformation progressive à partir de l'extrémité correspondante du véhicule est constitué par un attelage automatique (8), escamotable par déformation, et par au moins deux premiers éléments absorbeurs d'énergie latéraux (9) disposés de part et d'autre de l'attelage automatique (8).
- Véhicule ferroviaire, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 4 et 5. caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble (6) d'éléments absorbeurs d'énergie peut être complété par deuxième série d'éléments absorbeurs d'énergie supérieurs (10) montés au-dessus des premiers éléments absorbeurs d'énergie latéraux (9).
- Véhicule ferroviaire, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les premiers éléments absorbeurs d'énergie latéraux (9), disposés de part et d'autre de l'attelage automatique (8), peuvent être munis, chacun, de dispositifs d'antichevauchement (9'), destinés à s'encastrer dans l'obstacle ou à coopérer par forme avec des dispositifs (9') correspondants de l'extrémité d'éléments absorbeurs d'énergie latéraux (9) d'un autre véhicule.
- Véhicule ferroviaire, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les premiers éléments absorbeurs d'énergie latéraux (9), ainsi que les deuxièmes éléments absorbeurs d'énergie supérieurs (10) se présentent sous forme de poutres déformables boulonnées à leur extrémité sur l'avant du module d'extrémité (2), ces poutres déformables étant constituées chacune par des pièces métalliques mécanosoudées ou en matériau composite à déformation prédéterminée.
