Claims (13)
- Schalteranordnung für eine fremdkraftbetätigt verstellbare Vorrichtung eines Kraftfahrzeuges insbesondere Schiebe-Hebedach, mit einem Gehäuse, in welchem sich die zur Realisierung der verschiedenen Schaltfunktionen notwendigen bewegbaren und ortsfesten elektrischen Schaltkontakte befinden und an welchem ein Betätigungselement ausgehend von seiner Grundstellung in Richtung einer Längsachse verschiebbar und um eine in Querrichtung verlaufende, die Längsachse lotrecht schneidende Querachse schwenkbeweglich gelagert ist, wobei das Betätigungselement zur Führung und Verstellwegbegrenzung über zwei eine Verlängerung der Querachse darstellende Achsstummel jeweils in einem im Gehäuse vorhandenen, in Schieberichtung verlaufenden Langloch dreh- und verschiebbar und zugleich über zwei in Schieberichtung beabstandet zu den beiden Achsstummel am Betätigungselement vorhandene Führungsnocken jeweils in eine, ebenfalls im Gehäuse vorhandene, kreuzförmig ausgebildete Kulisse verschwenk- und verschiebbar eingreifen und wobei dem Betätigungselement mehrere Schaltstücke zugeordnet sind, die zur Realisierung der verschiedenen Schaltfunktionen die Bewegungen des Betätigungselementes auf die bewegbaren elektrischen Schaltkontakte übertragen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Betätigungselement (2) eine parallel zur Querachse (5) verlaufende Steuereinrichtung (12) vorhanden ist, welche mit ihren beiden federbelasteten Druckstücken (15) jeweils in eine im Gehäuse (1) vorhandene, kreuzförmig ausgeführte Steuerkurve (13) eingreifen.
- Schalteranordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einstückig an die Unterseite des Betätigungselementes (2) ein erstes Schaltstück (17) angeformt ist, welches mit seiner Fußfläche direkt den zur Realisierung der Hubbewegungen der Vorrichtung vorgesehenen bewegbaren elektrischen Schaltkontakten (3) beeinflussend zugeordnet ist.
- Schalteranordnung nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Gehäuse (1) ein zweites Schaltstück (18) drehbar gelagert ist, welches mit seiner dem Betätigungselement (2) zugewandten, gabelförmig ausgebildeten Kopfseite (19) an die Querachse (5) des Betätigungselementes (2) gekoppelt und welches mit seiner Fußfläche direkt den zur Realisierung der Schiebebewegung der Vorrichtung vorgesehenen bewegbaren elektrischen Schaltkontakten (3) beeinflussend zugeordnet ist.
- Schalteranordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste und das zweite Schaltstück (17,18) jeweils im wesentlichen T-förmig ausgebildet sind und jeweils mit ihrem Quersteg an den zugeordneten bewegbaren elektrischen Schaltkontakten (3) zur Anlage kommen.
- Schalteranordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle bewegbaren elektrischen Schaltkontakte (3) als im wesentlichen langgestreckte Schaltfedern ausgebildet sind.
- Schalteranordnung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an jeden, als langgestreckte Schaltfeder ausgebildeten Schaltkontakt (3) eine mit dem zugeordneten Schaltstück (17,18) in Anlage kommende Betätigungsnase (20) angeformt ist.
- Schalteranordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle bewegbaren elektrischen Schaltkontakte aus einer sogenannten Dom-Schaltmatte hergestellt sind.
- Schalteranordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bewegbaren Schaltkontakte (3) den Schaltstücken (17,18) derart zugeordnet sind, so daß die bei der Betätigung der bewegbaren elektrischen Schaltkontakte (3) erzeugten, latent gespeicherten Kräfte zu einem großen Anteil zur Unterstützung der Rückstellbewegung des Betätigungselementes (2) herangezogen werden.
- Schalteranordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle ortsfesten elektrischen Schaltkontakte (4) auf einer dem Sockelteil (21) des Gehäuses (1) zugehörigen Leiterplatte vorhanden sind.
- Schalteranordnung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leiterplatte einen Bereich aufweist, der aus dem Gehäuse (1) herausgeführt und zur Verbindung mit einem Anschlußkontaktteil vorgesehen ist.
- Schalteranordnung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leiterplatte mehrere mit den bewegbaren und den ortsfesten Schaltkontakten (3,4) in Verbindung stehende, massiv aus Messing bestehende Leiterbahnen aufweist, die an ihren freien Endbereichen einstückig als Steckkontaktteile (22) ausgebildet sind.
- Schalteranordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerbahnen der kreuzförmigen Steuerkurve (13) derart mit Rückstellschrägen versehen sind, so daß das Betätigungselement (2) aus seinen verschiedenen Funktionsstellungen automatisch in seine Grundstellung zurückgeführt wird.
- Schalteranordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest eine Steuerbahn der kreuzförmigen Steuerkurven (13) mit einer Rastausnehmung versehen ist, so daß das Betätigungselement (2) in zumindest einer seiner Funktionsstellungen rastend verbleibt und erst durch eine erneute bewußte Betätigung in seine Grundstellung zurückgeführt wird.
