Claims (13)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Siebdruckform mit einem Schablonenträger, auf den fixierbares Schablonenmaterial aufgebracht wird, wonach auf den Teil des Schablonenmaterials, das nicht fixiert werden soll, eine Sperrschicht aus lichtundurchlässigem Thermowachs mit Hilfe eines Strahldruckers aufgetragen wird und das nicht mit der Sperrschicht abgedeckte Schablonenmaterial fixiert und das übrige Schablonenmaterial mit der Sperrschicht entfernt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein wasserlösliches Thermowachs verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Thermowachs mindestens ein Bindemittel mit neutralisationsfähigen, funktionellen Gruppen, ein Neutralisationsmittel, einen Emulgator und einen wasserlöslichen Weichmacher umfaßt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bindemittel mindestens eine Verbindung darstellt, die aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die aus Polyesterharzen, Naturharzen, Naturölen, Wachsen und Carbonsäuren/-estern mit 12 bis 26 Kohlenstoffatomen besteht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bindemittel eine Säurezahl von 40 - 300 mg KOH/g aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Neutralisationsmittel mindestens eine Verbindung darstellt, die aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die aus primären Aminen, sekundären Aminen, tertiären Aminen, Kaliumhydroxid, Natriumhydroxid, Ammoniak und Natriumcarbonat besteht.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Emulgator mindestens eine Verbindung darstellt, die aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die aus Fettsäuresulfonaten, anionischen Fettalkoholsulfonaten, Polyglykoether und Rizinusöl besteht.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der wasserlösliche Weichmacher mindestens eine Verbindung darstellt, die aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die aus Polyglycolen, Phosphorsäureester und Glycerin besteht.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Thermowachs ferner ein Temperaturschutzmittel umfaßt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Temperaturschutzmittel ein phenolisches Antioxidants ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Thermowachs ferner ein Lichtschutzmittel umfaßt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lichtschutzmittel mindestens eine Verbindung darstellt, die aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die aus Benzophenonderivaten, Benzotriazolderivaten, Zimtsäurederivaten, Radikalfänger vom Typ HALS und Titandioxid besteht.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Thermowachs ferner einen oder mehrere Farbstoffe oder Pigmente umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, mit einem Strahldrucker mit einer Aufnahme für eine Siebdruckform, mit einem Behältnis enthaltend ein Thermowachs, das mittels des Strahldruckers aufbringbar ist, und mit einer Heizeinrichtung zur Verflüssigung des Thermowachses, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Behältnis ein wasserlösliches Thermowachs nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 enthält.
