Description
- an der Wand mehrere Halteelemente befestigt werden, von denen jedes eine Grundplatte zur Befestigung des Halteelements an einer Wand und mindestens ein Paar von von der Grundplatte abstehenden Klemmlaschen zum klemmenden Halten eines Schalwandelements aufweist,
- zwischen die Klemmlaschen der Halteelemente Schalwandelemente eingesetzt werden und
- der durch die Schalwandelemente und/oder Seitensowie Bodenwände des Raumes definierte vorderseitig offene Verschalungsraum durch Mörtelmaterial ausgefüllt wird.

Claims (12)
- Verfahren zur, insbesondere maschinellen, Vormauerung im Sanitärbereich vor einer Wand in einem Raum, bei deman der Wand (32) mehrere Halteelemente (10) befestigt werden, von denen jedes eine Grundplatte (12) zur Befestigung des Halteelements (10) an einer Wand (32) und mindestens ein Paar von von der Grundplatte (12) abstehenden Klemmlaschen (14) zum klemmenden Halten eines Schalwandelements (26) aufweist,zwischen die Klemmlaschen (14) der Halteelemente (10) Schalwandelemente (26) eingesetzt werden undder durch die Schalwandelemente (26) und/oder Seiten- sowie Bodenwände des Raumes definierte vorderseitig offene Verschalungsraum (35) durch Mörtelmaterial (36) ausgefüllt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mörtelmaterial (36) in den Verschalungsraum (35) maschinell eingebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Schalwandelemente (26) Gipskarton- oder Holzplatten verwendet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schalwandelemente (26) nach der Aushärtung des Mörtelmaterials (36) beibehalten werden.
- Verschalung für die, insbesondere maschinelle, Vormauerung im Sanitärbereich vor einer Gebäudewand, mitmindestens einem Halteelement (10), das eine Grundplatte (12) zur Befestigung des Halteelements (10) an einer Gebäudewand (32) und mindestens ein Paar von von der Grundplatte (12) abstehenden Klemmlaschen (14) zum klemmenden Halten eines Schalwandelements (26) aufweist, undmindestens einem Schalwandelement (26), das mittels des mindestens einen Halteelements (10) von der Gebäudewand (32) abstehend und zwischen den Klemmlaschen (14) klemmend gehalten ist.
- Verschalung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Klemmlaschen (14) aufeinander zu geneigt von der Grundplatte (12) abstehen.
- Verschalung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Klemmlaschen (14) unterschiedliche Länge aufweisen.
- Verschalung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmlaschen (14) an ihren der Grundplatte (12) abgewandten Enden (16) voneinander weg weisen.
- Verschalung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteelement (10) ein einteiliges Stanzteil ist, wobei die Grundplatte (12) in der Draufsicht eine Doppel-T-Form mit zwei parallelen Abschnitten (20) und einem diese verbindenden und rechtwinklig zu diesen verlaufenden Verbindungsabschnitt (18) aufweist und die beiden Klemmlaschen (14) beidseitig des Verbindungsabschnitts (18) von der Grundplatte (12) abstehen.
- Verschalung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteelement (10) aus insbesondere verzinktem Metall besteht.
- Verschalung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grundplatte (12) Löcher (22) zur Befestigung des Halteelements (10) an einer Gebäudewand (32) mittels Schrauben und/oder Nägeln aufweist.
- Verschalung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mindestens eine Schalwandelement (26) eine Gipskarton- oder Holzplatte ist.
