Claims (31)

  1. Gruppenpackungselement zur Gruppierungszusammenfassung von wenigstens zwei unabhängigen Packungen (12, 14, 16) zu einer einzigen Einheit, wobei jeweils jede Packung wenigstens eine Lage von wenigstens zwei Reihen von Bechern (18) mit Flanschen (20) enthält, die durch ihre Flansche unter Bildung einer Tafel miteinander verbunden sind, wobei diese Packungen aus Karton mit parallelepipedischer Form ausgebildet sind, welche die Oberseite, die Unterseite sowie zwei entgegengesetzte Seitenflächen der Tafel umschließen, während die beiden anderen gegenüberliegenden Seitenflächen offen sind, und wobei die zu einer Gruppe zusammenzufassenden Packungen nebeneinander in einer einzigen Reihe derart angeordnet sind, daß ihre offenen Seitenflächen nach derselben Seite gerichtet sind, und wobei das Gruppenpackungselement einen rechteckigen Boden und zwei seitliche Klappteile aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Bodenwandung (26) die Gesamtheit der Packungen abstützt bzw. trägt;
    daß die beiden seitlichen Klappteile (28, 30) gegen die offenen Seitenflächen der Gesamtheit der Packungen anliegen und in horizontaler Richtung gemessen eine Länge besitzen, die gleich der Länge zwischen den vertikalen Durchtritten (57, 58) ist, die jeweils zwischen denjenigen Becherreihen gebildet werden, welche sich in den beiden am weitesten voneinander entfernten Packungen (12, 16) der genannten Reihe von Packungen befinden, derart daß diese Länge somit kleiner als die der Bodenwandung ist;
    und daß die seitlichen Klappteile (28, 30) an ihren vertikalen Rändern mit Verriegelungslaschen (32, 34, 36, 38) versehen sind, die rechtwinklich zur Ebene der seitlichen Klappteile umgefaltet sind und durch die offenen Seitenflächen der Packungen jeweils in die genannten Durchtritte einführbar sind und sich selbsttätig unter dem gemeinsamen Flansch (20) der Becher der genannten Lage bzw. Lagen verriegeln können.

Gruppenpackungselement nach Anspruch 1, zur Gruppenzusammenfassung mehrerer jeweils nur eine Tafellage von Bechern enthaltenden Packungen (12, 14, 16), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die seitlichen Klappteile (28, 30) an jedem ihrer Enden jeweils nur mit einer Verriegelungslasche (32, 36) versehen sind, wobei dieser einen zur Verriegelung unter dem gemeinsamen Flansch (20) der Tafellage von Bechern vorgesehenen horizontalen Rand aufweist.
  3. Gruppenpackungselement nach Anspruch 1, zur Gruppenzusammenfassung von jeweils mindestens zwei Lagen von Bechertafeln enthaltenden Packungen (12, 14, 16), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die seitlichen Klappteile (28, 30) an ihren vertikalen Rändern jeweils mit so vielen Verriegelungslappen (32, 34, 36, 38) versehen sind, als Tafellagen in den Packungen vorhanden sind, wobei die Verriegelungslaschen jeweils in die in den Lagen gebildeten Durchtritte eindringen.
  4. Gruppenpackungselement nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenwandung (26), die seitlichen Klappteile (28, 30) und die Verriegelungslaschen (32, 34, 36, 38) ausgehend von einem einzigen im wesentlichen rechteckigen Kartonzuschnitt hergestellt sind, daß die oberen Verriegelungslaschen (32, 36) mit einem horizontalen Rand (42) ausgebildet sind, der zum Untergreifen des Flansches (20) der oberen Tafellage vorgesehen ist, während die unteren Verriegelungslaschen (34, 38) einen abgerundeten Rand (44) aufweisen, mit Hilfe dessen sie bei der Verschwenkung der seitlichen Klappteile in ihre vertikale Stellung die Flansche (20) der unteren Tafellagen untergreifen können, ohne Behinderung durch den Rand der unteren Flansche.
  5. Gruppenpackungselement nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der abgerundete Rand (44) in einer zwischen einer oberen Verriegelungslasche (32, 36) und einer unteren Verriegelungslasche (34, 38) vorgesehenen Kerbnut (46) endet, in welcher der Rand des unteren Flansches einrastet.
  6. Gruppenpackungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenwandung (26) Öffnungen (61) aufweist, durch welche hindurch Stößel bzw. Stifte wirksam werden können, um die in den beiden am weitesten voneinander entfernten Packungen (12, 16) enthaltenen Tafeln blockweise als Ganzes anzuheben, bis die oberen Verriegelungslaschen (32, 36) mit horizontalem Rand (42) unter den Flansch der oberen Tafel eingeführt sind.
  7. Gruppenpackungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenwandung (26) gesondert ausgehend von einem rechtwinkligen Kartonzuschnitt hergestellt ist, der an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten mit umfaltbaren Verklebungslaschen (64, 66) versehen ist, und daß die seitlichen Klappteile (28, 30) gesondert ausgehend von zwei weiteren gesonderten Kartonzuschnitten hergestellt werden, die an der Bodenwandung durch Verklebung mit den Klebelaschen befestigt werden, nachdem ihre Verriegelungslappen in die genannten Durchtritte (57, 58) eingeführt wurden.
  8. Gruppenpackungselement nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die seitlichen Klappteile (28, 30) aus einem gegen vertikale Druckbelastung festen, knicksteifen Karton hergestellt sind und daß die Bodenwandung (26) aus einem weniger festen Karton hergestellt ist.
  9. Gruppenpackungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenwandung (26) und eines (28) der seitlichen Klappteile aus demselben Kartonzuschnitt hergestellt sind und daß das andere seitliche Klappenteil (30) gesondert aus einem anderen Kartonzuschnitt hergestellt und mit der Bodenwandung durch Verklebung mit einer an dem dem ersten seitlichen Klappteil (28) gegenüberliegenden Rand der Bodenwandung vorgesehenen Faltlasche verbunden ist.
  10. Gruppenpackungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenwandung (26) an die Falz- bzw. Umfaltlinien der seitlichen Klappteile bezüglich der Bodenwandung angrenzende Schlitze (52, 54) aufweist und daß die seitlichen Klappteile an ihrem freien Längsrand mit Nasen bzw. Vorsprüngen (48, 50) versehen sind, wobei die Nasen eines Gruppenpackungselements in Rasteingriff mit den Schlitzen eines darüber angeordneten Gruppenpackungselements gelangen können.
  11. Gruppenpackungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die seitlichen Klappenteile Öffnungen (56) als Fingereingriffsöffnungen und zur Ermöglichung einer Luftzirkulation zwischen den Bechern aufweisen.
  12. Gruppenpackungselement nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es des weiteren einen aus einer Kartontafel bestehenden Deckel (70) mit Schlitzen (72) umfaßt, in welche die Nasen bzw. Vorsprünge (48, 50) einrasten, wobei der Deckel mit Faltlaschen (74) zur Verklebung mit den seitlichen Klappteilen (28, 30) versehen ist.
  13. Gruppenpackungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die seitlichen Klappteile (28, 30) jeweils mit wenigstens einer Zunge (80, 82; 95, 97) versehen sind, die längs einer Falzlinie (84, 86; 98, 100) auf das Niveau der Oberseite (93) der Packungen umgebogen werden kann, wobei die Zunge mit einem Verriegelungsteil bzw. -abschnitt (90) versehen ist, der mit Haltemitteln (92, 94, 96) in Eingriff gelangen kann, die an dem unter der genannten Oberseite liegenden Flansch (20) angeformt sind.
  14. Gruppenpackungselement nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zunge (80, 82) eine in Richtung der Höhe des entsprechenden seitlichen Klappteils (28, 30) längliche Form besitzt und in der Fläche des seitlichen Klappteils gestanzt und entlang einer mit dem oberen Rand bzw. der Oberkante (88) des seitlichen Klappteils verlaufenden Faltlinie umfaltbar ist, wobei die Zunge über der Oberseite (93) wenigstens einer der Packungen der Gruppierung zu liegen kommt und ihr Verriegelungsteil bzw. -abschnitt (90) durch eine in der Oberseite der Packung vorgesehene Öffnung (92) hindurch mit einer im Flansch der in dieser Packung enthaltenen oberen Tafel vorgesehenen Rastausnehmung in Rasteingriff gelangt.
  15. Gruppenpackungselement nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Falzlinien (84, 86) der Zungen (80, 82) in über die genannte Oberkante (88) des seitlichen Klappteils über- bzw. vorstehenden Stapelbereichen angeordnet sind.
  16. Gruppenpackungselement nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils jedes seitliche Klappteil (28, 30) mit wenigstens einer Zunge (80, 82) versehen ist, die in der Gebrauchsstellung die zu zwei jeweils benachbarten Packungen (12, 14 und 14, 16) gehörenden nebeneinander liegenden Oberkanten übergreift bzw. überlappt, wobei der Verriegelungsteil bzw. -abschnitt dieser Zunge durch zwei im Bereich dieser Oberkanten vorgesehene Öffnungen (92, 94) hindurch in eine am äußeren Rand des Flansches vorgesehene Aussparung (96) einrastet.
  17. Gruppenpackungselement nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils jedes seitliche Klappteil (28, 30) mit wenigstens einer Zunge versehen ist, deren Verriegelungsteil bzw. -abschnitt durch eine in einer der Packungen, vorzugsweise der Mittelpackung (14), vorgesehene Öffnung hindurch einwärts gedrückt wird und in Eingriff mit einer in der Mitte des Flansches ausgebildeten Ausnehmung gelangt.
  18. Gruppenpackungselement nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zungen (95, 97) außerhalb der seitlichen Klappteile (28, 30) vorgesehen und entlang dem oberen Rand (88) der seitlichen Klappteile schwenkbar bzw. umklappbar sind, wobei die Zungen zwischen der Oberseite einer der Packungen der Gruppierung und dem Flansch (20) der in dieser Packung enthaltenen oberen Tafel zu liegen kommen.
  19. Gruppenpackungselement nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils jedes seitliche Klappteil mit mehreren Zungen versehen ist, die jeweils in jeder der Packungen der Gruppierung zwischen der Oberseite dieser Packungen und dem oberen Flansch einführbar sind.
  20. Gruppenpackungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 18 und 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge der Zungen (95, 97) etwas kleiner als die Breite einer Packung ist.
  21. Gruppenpackungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 und 7 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Element ausgehend von drei gesonderten Kartonzuschnitten hergestellt ist, welche die Bodenwand (269 und die beiden seitlichen Klappteile (28, 30) bilden, und daß diese letzteren mit der Bodenwand, nach dem Einbau der Verriegelungslappen und der Zungen, durch Verklebung mit an den Längsrändern der Bodenwandung gebildeten Faltlaschen verbunden werden.
  22. Gruppenpackungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils jedes der seitlichen Klappenteile (28, 30) mit wenigstens einem Falzlappen (101, 102, 104; 112; 116) zur Verklebung mit wenigstens einer der Wandungen (93; 122, 124) wenigstens einer der Packungen versehen ist.
  23. Gruppenpackungselement nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bzw. die Lappen (101, 102, 104; 112) umfaltbar bzw. umklappbar am oberen Rand bzw. der Oberkante (88) der seitlichen Klappenteile angeordnet und mit der oberen Wandung wenigstens einer der Packungen verklebt sind.
  24. Gruppenpackungselement nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenn das seitliche Klappenteil nur einen einzigen Lappen aufweist dieser in der Mitte der Längserstreckung des oberen Rands bzw. der Oberkante (88) des seitlichen Klappenteils angebracht und mit der Oberseite der in der Mitte der Packungsgruppe befindlichen Packung (14) verklebt ist.
  25. Gruppenpackungselement nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zahl der Lappen gleich der Zahl der zu einer Gruppe zusammengefaßten Packungen (12, 14, 16) ist und daß die Lappen jeweils entsprechend mit den Oberseiten der Packungen verklebt sind.
  26. Gruppenpackungselement nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils jedes seitliche Klappenteil an seiner Oberkante (22) mit einem einzigen Lappen (112) versehen ist, dessen Länge gleich der Gesamtlänge sämtlicher Packungen der Gruppierung ist, und daß dieser Lappen mit den Oberseiten sämtlicher Packungen verklebt ist.
  27. Gruppenpackungselement nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Klebelappen (116) in der Fläche der seitlichen Klappenteile gestanzt und um Falzlinien (120) umfalt- bzw. umklappbar sind, die so angeordnet sind, daß nachdem die Verriegelungslaschen (32, 34, 36, 38) in Eingriffsstellung zwischen den Bechern gebracht sind, die Klebelappen (116) sich in der Ebene der vertikalen Wandungen (122, 124) einer der Packungen befinden.
  28. Gruppenpackungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der verwendete Kleber vom Typ ist, der bei Lösung der Verklebung des Lappens keine Spur auf der Wandungspackung zurückläßt.
  29. Gruppenpackungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der verwendete Kleber auch ein herkömmlicher Kleber sein kann, wobei der Verklebungslappen in diesem Fall mit einer vorgestanzten Zone (106) der Packungswandung, beispielsweise einer halbkreisförmigen Zone, verklebt ist, die man gleichzeitig mit dem Abreißen des Lappens herauslöst.
  30. Gruppenpackungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die oberen Verriegelungslaschen (32, 36) an ihrem oberen Rand mit Vorsprüngen (43) versehen sind, die in Ausnehmungen (19) in dem Flansch (20) an den Knotenpunkten zwischen jeder Gruppe von vier Bechern verriegelbar ist.
  31. Gruppenpackungselement nach Anspruch 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenwandung (26) vier Öffnungen (61) zur Aufnahme der Auswölbungen (45), die auf der Oberseite (47) der am weitesten von einander entfernten Packungen (12, 16) infolge des Vorhandenseins der Vorsprünge (43) auftreten, aufweist.
