Claims (4)
- Procédé pour produire des pièces découpées à la presse, notamment des lamelles, en deux étapes de procédé caractérisé en ce que dans la première étape de procédé, la pièce à usiner (5) subit, dans un dispositif (1), un découpage de précision dans une passe de découpage de précision (2) à partir de matière brute, et est transférée, après le découpage de précision, au moyen d'une pince de transfert (4) également logée dans le dispositif (1) dans une passe d'estampage (3), la passe d'estampage (3) se trouvant également à l'intérieur du dispositif (1), et dans une deuxième étape du procédé, dans la passe d'estampage (3), le contour intérieur et extérieur de la pièce à usiner (5) est corrigé de façon à ce que les bavures (6) formées sur la pièce à usiner (5) lors de la première étape du procédé sont arrondies de telle manière que la pièce à usiner (5) ne nécessite plus de traitement ultérieur.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, pendant une première passe dans l'étape du découpage de précision (2), une première pièce à usiner (5) est découpée dans de la matière brute et, simultanément, dans la passe d'estampage (3), les bavures sont corrigées sur une deuxième pièce à usiner (5).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'après l'accomplissement d'une passe, la première pièce à usiner (5) est transportée de façon automatique à l'intérieur du dispositif (1), au moyen de la pince de transfert (4), à partir de l'étape de découpage de précision (2) vers la passe d'estampage (3), la deuxième pièce à usiner étant évacuée du dispositif (1) et l'étape du découpage de précision (2) étant alimenté avec de la nouvelle matière brute.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étape d'estampage (3) comporte une matrice supérieure (8) et une matrice inférieure (9).
