Der innernalb des Gehäuses entstehende Überdruck, nämlich im Türkolbenraum 24. wird durch Unterdruck im Federraum 21 dadurch ausgeglichen. daß zwischen beiden Räumen ein Kanal 44 ständig offen ist. Wie weiterhin die Darstellung deutlich macht, befindet sich die nicht dargestellte Tür noch in dem Bereich c des Schließwinkels.

Claims (8)
- Türschließer
mit einem, in einem Gehäuse geführten Türkolben (3), dessen Antriebsachse über ein Gestänge mit einer Tür verbunden ist,
und einem Kraftspeicher in Form einer Feder (1), dem beim Öffnungsvorgang der Tür für den anschließenden automatischen Schließgang die notwendige Energie zugeführt wird,
wobei der Türschließer weg- und richtungsabhängig mindestens zwei unterschiedliche Momentenverläufe (MS, MÖ) aufweist,
und wobei die feste Kopplung zwischen Öffnungskraft und Schließkraft aufgehoben wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Feder (1) und dem Türkolben (3) mindestens ein hydraulisches Getriebe dazwischengeschaltet ist, und
dass das hydraulische Getriebe mindestens zwei unterschiedliche Übersetzungen (Ü) aufweist
wobei mindestens ein Federkolben (2) von der Feder (1) beaufschlagt wird, und
wobei zwischen dem Federkolben (2) und dem Türkolben (3) eine Hydraulikflüssigkeit einwirkt, und
wobei der Federkolben (2) und der Türkolben (3) jeweils zwei unterschiedliche Verdrängerflächen für die Hydraulikflüssigkeit aufweisen. - Türschließer nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das hydraulische Getriebe aus dem Federkolben (2), dem Türkolben (3) und den durch diese Kolben (2, 3) und einem diese umgebendes Gehäuse (5) begrenzten unterschiedlichen Raum besteht. - Türschließer nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Türkolbenraum (24) und ein Federkolbenraum (21) vorhanden sind, die durch einen Kanal (44) verbunden sind. - Türschließer nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Türkolbenraum (24) und ein Federkolbenraum (21) vorhanden sind, die durch einen Kanal (44) verbunden sind. - Türschließer nach den Ansprüchen 2 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gehäuseinnenraum, welcher den Federkolben (2) und den Türkolben (3) umgibt, so versetzt ausgeführt ist, dass durch hydraulische Dämpfungs- und Schaltmittel Kolbenräume (22, 23) wechselseitig aktiviert werden können, wobei eine Dämpfung mittels mindestens einer Drossel (65, 66, 67) realisiert wird. - Türschließer nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hydraulikflüssigkeit als Dämpfungsmedium ausgebildet ist. - Verfahren zum Betrieb eines Türschließers nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über hydraulische Dämpfungs- und Schaltmittel im Gehäuse (5), im Federkolben (2) und im Türkolben (3) die hydraulische Kopplung und gedämpfte Bewegung des Türkolbens (3) und des Federkolbens (2) so realisiert wird,dass sich beim Öffnen der Tür und bei ihrem anschließenden Schließgang bis zu einem wählbaren Türöffnungswinkel der Federkolben (2) und der Türkolben (3) durch einen Druckausgleich zwischen allen mit Hydraulikflüssigkeit gefüllten Kolbenräumen (21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27) mit gleicher Geschwindigkeit bewegen,dass sich im anschließenden zweiten Teil des Schließvorganges der Türkolben (3) vom Federkolben (2) entfernt,dass sich im dritten Teil des Schließvorganges, in dem die Tür ins Schloss fallen muss, der Federkolben (2) und der Türkolben (3) wieder annähern. - Türschließer nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unter Beibehaltung des Gehäuses (5), aber mit unterschiedlich gestalteten Kolbenflächen (11, 12, 13, 101) und geänderten Kanälen unterschiedliche Übersetzungsverläufe realisiert werden können.
