Claims (11)
- Produit enroulable motorisé tel qu'un volet roulant (2) comprenant des moyens d'enroulement entraínés par un moteur électrique et équipés d'un dispositif d'arrêt automatique opérant par la détection d'une variation du poids apparent, en au moins un point de soutien, du produit enroulable, et comprenant au moins un dispositif d'interruption de l'alimentation (29, 30) actionné par le déplacement des moyens d'enroulement et un moyen élastique (28 ; ; 32 ; 52 ; 60) de compensation du poids apparent du produit enroulable dans une position partiellement déroulée, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'enroulement sont supportés, à l'une au moins de leurs extrémités, par un bras (24 ; 32 ; 51 ; 62) relié de telle manière au moyen d'enroulement et à un support fixe (4, 54 ; 61), que son orientation varie avec le poids apparent et en ce que ce bras constitue simultanément un organe d'actionnement du dispositif d'interruption de l'alimentation.
- Produit enroulable selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bras (24) est rigide et qu'il est articulé par une extrémité sur ledit support fixe autour d'un premier axe horizontal (31) et un point intermédiaire sur les moyens d'enroulement autour d'un second axe horizontal (25).
- Produit enroulable selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bras (32) est flexible et qu'il est fixé par encastrement dans le support fixe et articulé autour d'un axe horizontal (25) sur les moyens d'enroulement.
- Produit enroulable selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le moyen élastique (28) est disposé dans les moyens d'enroulement, entre le bras (24) et un support (22) solidaire des moyens d'enroulement.
- Produit enroulable selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le bras rigide (51) est articulé par une extrémité sur les moyens d'enroulement autour d'un premier axe (25) et en un point intermédiaire sur le support fixe autour d'un second axe (53), que le moyen élastique de compensation est constitué d'un ressort de torsion (52) monté autour de l'articulation du bras (51) sur le support fixe et en ce que le dispositif d'interruption de l'alimentation (29, 30) est monté dans le support fixe (54).
- Produit enroulable selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le bras (51) est en forme de T.
- Produit enroulable selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bras (62) est encastré, par une partie importante de sa longueur, dans un bloc élastomère (60) supportant les moyens d'enroulement et dont une extrémité est fixée au support fixe (61), à une certaine distance des moyens d'enroulement, de telle manière que l'effort exercé sur le bloc élastomère par ledit poids apparent a pour effet d'engendrer dans l'élastomère des contraintes décroissantes à partir de sa liaison au support, de telle sorte que la variation du poids apparent se traduit par une modification de l'orientation dudit bras (62).
- Produit enroulable selon l'une des revendications 1, 2, 3, 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'interruption de l'alimentation (29, 30) est situé à l'intérieur des moyens d'enroulement.
- Produit enroulable selon la revendication 8, dont les moyens d'enroulement comprennent un tube d'enroulement (6) contenant le moteur, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'interruption de l'alimentation (29, 30) est situé à l'intérieur du tube d'enroulement.
- Produit enroulable selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, comprenant une barre terminale venant buter, lors de l'enroulement, contre des moyens de butée, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend deux dispositifs d'interruption de l'alimentation, l'un (29) assurant l'arrêt à l'enroulement, lors de l'augmentation du poids apparent due à l'arrivée du produit enroulable en butée, et l'autre (30) assurant l'arrêt au déroulement.
- Produit enroulable selon la revendication 10, présentant une résistance au flambage en position déroulée, caractérisé en ce qu'il est équipé de moyens de verrouillage exerçant une poussée vers le bas sur le produit enroulable en position complètement déroulée.
