- et une enveloppe constituée de deux pièces en matière isolante, à savoir un manchon tubulaire droit et un embout creux de forme coudée comprenant une portion tubulaire droite pour recevoir le composant électrique et l'extrémité du câble électrique, et une portion de raccordement perpendiculaire à la portion tubulaire pour recevoir la cosse, ladite portion de raccordement étant insérée à l'intérieur du manchon,
- et des moyens mécaniques de liaison destinés à assurer la connexion du manchon et de l'embout et à empêcher leur séparation.
Claims (8)
- Fiche électrique coudée à angle droit, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend :un ensemble d'éléments électriques reliés en série, comprenant une cosse (12), un composant électrique, tel qu'une résistance (14) et un câble électrique (16) recouvert d'une gaine isolante, ledit ensemble formant un coude (24) par pliage à angle droit entre la cosse et le composant électrique (14),et une enveloppe constituée de deux pièces en matière isolante, à savoir un manchon tubulaire droit (26) et un embout creux (28) de forme coudée comprenant une portion tubulaire droite (30) pour recevoir le composant électrique (14) et l'extrémité du câble électrique (16), et une portion de raccordement (32) perpendiculaire à la portion tubulaire pour recevoir la cosse (12), ladite portion de raccordement étant insérée à l'intérieur du manchon,et des moyens mécaniques de liaison (46, 50) destinés à assurer la connexion du manchon et de l'embout et à empêcher leur séparation.
- Fiche électrique coudée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le manchon (26) présente sur le bord (33) de l'une de ses extrémités (26) une encoche (34) en U de profondeur et largeur égales au diamètre de la portion tubulaire (30) de l'embout (28).
- Fiche électrique coudée selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que l'encoche comporte un fond semi-circulaire dont la forme s'adapte exactement autour de la partie inférieure de la portion tubulaire (30) de l'embout, et deux bords longitudinaux s'étendant dans la direction axiale et s'adaptant sur la paroi latérale de la portion tubulaire.
- Fiche électrique coudée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'au-dessus de la zone de jonction entre les portions (30) et (32) est formé un couvercle (38) en forme de disque plat sous lequel est formée une bride semi-cylindrique (40).
- Fiche électrique coudée selon l'une des revendications 1 et 4, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de liaison comprennent une nervure semi-circulaire (42) formée sur le bord encoché (33) du manchon et une gorge semi-circulaire (42) formée entre le couvercle (38) et la bride (40), ladite nervure étant susceptible de s'encliqueter dans la gorge lorsque le manchon est assemblé à l'embout.
- Fiche électrique coudée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un bouchon tubulaire (45) est enfilé sur le câble conducteur (16) et inséré à l'extrémité de la position tubulaire (30) de l'embout.
- Fiche électrique coudée selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le bouchon présente sur sa paroi latérale une nervure annulaire (46) qui vient s'encliqueter dans une rainure annulaire (48) formée sur la paroi intérieure de la portion tubulaire (30).
- Fiche électrique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la portion de raccordement (32) de l'embout comporte sur son bord libre une nervure (50) destinée à pénétrer dans un évidement (52) formé sur la cosse.
