Definitions
- the invention relates to a cleaning tool for tubular parts, in particular pipes, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Pipe cleaning devices are known, for one outside and one Internal cleaning of pipe ends each have a cleaning tool. Both cleaning tools are each rotatably driven. That is why there is a complicated drive with a complex gear required to rotate the cleaning tools. To protect against injury from the rotating cleaning tools a protective hood is necessary.
- the invention has for its object a cleaning tool to train this type so that with a structurally simple training reliable cleaning is possible.
- This task is the generic type in a cleaning tool Art according to the invention with the characteristic features of claim 1 solved.
- the inside and External bristles are provided on a common holder. Thereby is for external and internal cleaning of the tubular parts only one tool required. This one tool is easy to use and quickly mount on the handle. In addition to the drive of the cleaning tool according to the invention only a simple one Drive without complex gear required. This can do that Handle part also simple and inexpensive to manufacture will. The weight of the handle part can be kept small, so that it can be handled easily and conveniently. Because both bristles are provided within the bracket are additional Cover parts for covering the free-standing bristles are not required.
- the cleaning tool 1 according to FIGS. 1 and 2 is used for cleaning of pipe ends on the inside and outside, e.g. B. in preparation installed pipes before soft soldering.
- the cleaning tool 1 is attached to a handle part 2, which in is known manner. It has a (not shown) Drive motor, which is housed in a handle housing 3 and is connected to the tool 1 via a motor shaft 4.
- the motor of the handle part 2 is preferably an electric motor.
- the Tool 1 has a plug-in attachment for connection to the motor shaft 4 5 on, in a receptacle 6 of a widened end the motor or drive shaft 4 protrudes.
- the cleaning tool 1 leaves connect latching to shaft 4.
- the tool 1 has a cup-shaped two-part Holder 8, on the bottom 9 of which the plug-in projection 5 projects.
- the floor 9 is detachably connected to a cylindrical wall 10 of the holder 8, preferably screwed.
- the diameter of the holder 8 is substantially equal to the diameter of the preferred in cross section round handle part 2 so that the tool 1 is not or protrudes only slightly beyond the grip part 2 radially.
- the inner bristle can also be axially outside of the holder 8 lie or protrude axially over the wall 10 thereof.
- the rod-shaped carrier 11 projects axially over the wall 10.
- the wall 10 is partially thinner than the bottom 9; she has four diametrically opposite on the inside Thickenings 10a to 10d, in the area of which the wall 10 approximately is twice as thick as in the area of the bottom 9.
- the thickening 10a to 10d are at angular intervals of 90 ° from one another and are each provided with a groove 13 to 16 (Fig. 2).
- the Grooves have a trapezoidal cross-section and taper in the direction on the carrier 11.
- the grooves 13 to 16 are used for receiving of support strips 17 to 20, which are made of metallic material or Plastic can exist and each with axially one behind the other Tufts of bristles 21 are occupied.
- the support strips 17 to 20 can of course also any other suitable cross-sectional training have a radial form fit in the grooves 13 to 16 guaranteed.
- the carrier strips 17 to 20 can also glued to the holder 8, soldered and the like.
- the carrier strips 17 to 20 have the same cross section as the grooves 13 to 16, in which they are held in a form-fitting manner.
- By the described Training are the support strips 17 to 20 in the grooves 13 to 16 kept perfectly radial.
- the inner bristle 12 has one in the embodiment Radial length several times greater than that forming an outer bristle Bristle tufts 21, which are also advantageously made of metallic Material. As shown in Fig. 2, the bristles of the outer bristles are sufficient 21 to the bristles of the inner bristle 12. Depending on Size of the holder 8, the inner bristle 12 can be the same size radially or smaller than the outer bristle 21.
- the wall 10 of the holder 8 has two diametrically opposite one another Receiving openings 22 (Fig. 1) which are adjacent to the Grooves 13 and 15 lie in the wall thickenings 10a and 10c. in the In the area of the receiving openings 22, the wall 10 is on the inside thickened. These thickenings 10a and 10c go into the the grooves 13, 15 having wall thickenings 10a, 10c. The inside of the thickenings 10a and 10c is in the area of the receiving openings 22 partially circularly convex, in the axial direction seen the cleaning tool 1.
- the receiving openings 22 extend over the entire height of the Wall 10 and each have a front end portion 23.
- the receiving openings 22 take screws 24 and 25 on, the screw heads in the extended opening sections 23 are sunk.
- the bottom 9 of the holder 8 has two threaded openings 26, of which only one is shown in Fig. 1 and in which the screws 24, 25 are screwed. This is the bottom 9 and the wall 10 of the holder 8 with each other in a simple manner non-rotatably connected.
- the tool 1 is via its connector 5 with the drive shaft 4 of the motor connected to the drive.
- this connector can also be a screw connection or a bayonet type Connection may be provided.
- the handle part 2 With one hand and the pipe end held with the other hand.
- the cleaning tool 1 with the handle part 2 is light and handy, so that the device 1, 2 easy to use. It is over the pipe end to be cleaned pushed, the rotating with the holder 8 inner and Brush the outer bristles 12 and 21 on the inside and outside of the pipe and thereby clean the pipe properly. With a switch 27 the motor can be conveniently switched on and off.
- the cleaning tool 1 can be due to the described Remove plug connection 5, 6 easily and quickly from handle part 2 and can then be replaced by another, larger or smaller cleaning tools can be replaced.
- the pipe With the bristles 12, 21, the pipe can be cleaned inside and outside at the same time. Because there is only one cleaning tool for inside and outside cleaning of pipe ends is required, there is a simple and inexpensive construction.
- the drive is simple since the two Bristles 12, 21 themselves are not driven in rotation, but only the holder 8, in which the bristles 12, 21 are attached.
