Claims (8)
- Transportvorrichtung für ein Aufzugssystem (32), das mindestens zwei Führungs-Tragsäulen (33) und eine Aufzugskabine (34) umfasst,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportvorrichtung ein Transportgestell (1) ist, das so ausgestaltet ist, dass darauf ein vormontiertes, für den stationären Einbau in oder den stationären Anbau an ein Gebäude vorgesehenes Vertikal-Aufzugssystem (32) fixiert und transportiert werden kann, wobei das vormontierte Vertikal-Aufzugssystem (32) eine Einheit bildet, die mindestens einen aus vormontierten Führungs-Tragsäulen (33) mit Querverbindungen bestehenden Rahmen aufweist, in/an welchem mindestens eine Aufzugskabine (34) fixiert ist, wobei
das Transportgestell (1) so gestaltet ist, dass es bereits im Werk als Montageplattform für das Vertikal-Aufzugssystem (32) dienen kann. - Transportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Transportgestell (1) einen Basisträger (4) aufweist, an dem ein schwenkbarer Fussrahmen (30) zur Fixierung des unteren Endes des die Tragsäulen (33) enthaltenden Rahmens angebracht ist. - Transportvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Basisträger (4) vertikale Träger (22, 23) zum Stützen und Fixieren des vormontierten Vertikal-Aufzugssystems (32) aufweist, wobei diese Träger abklappbar angeordnet sind. - Transportvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Basisträger (4) Stapelstützen (50, 51) und Zentrierungen zum Aufeinanderstapeln mehrerer Transportgestelle (1) aufweist, wobei die Stapelstützen (50, 51) Zentrierbolzen (52) aufweisen, die bei aufeinandergestapelten Transportgestellen in korrespondierende Löcher am jeweils benachbarten Transportgestell eingreifen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Basisträger (4) anhebbare resp. absenkbare Rollen (15) angeordnet sind, wobei vorzugsweise eine hydraulischen Handpumpe (16) vorgesehen ist, die über Hydraulikzylinder (17) und Gestänge (18) (1) die Hubbewegung dieser Rollen (15) erzeugt. - Verfahren zum Transportieren eines Aufzugssystem (32), das mindestens zwei Führungs-Tragsäulen (33) und eine Aufzugskabine (34) umfasst,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Transportieren des Aufzugssystems (32) ein Transportgestell (1) verwendet wird, das so ausgestaltet ist, dass darauf ein vormontiertes, für den stationären Einbau in oder den stationären Anbau an ein Gebäude vorgesehenes Vertikal-Aufzugssystem (32) fixiert und transportiert werden kann, wobei dieses Vertikal-Aufzugssystem (32) als Einheit transportiert wird, die mindestens einen Rahmen aus vormontierten Führungs-Tragsäulen (33) mit Querverbindungen aufweist, an/in dem eine vormontierte Aufzugskabine fixiert worden ist, wobei
das Transportgestell (1) bereits werkseitig als Montageplattform für das Aufzugssystem (32) verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für den Transport das untere Ende des die Tragsäulen (33) enthaltenden Rahmens des vormontierten Aufzugssystems an einem schwenkbaren Fussrahmen (30) eines am Transportgestell (1) angeordneten Basisträger (4) fixiert wird, und dass bei der Installation des Aufzugssystems der genannte Rahmen gemeinsam mit den darin oder daran befestigten Aufzugskomponenten zuerst durch eine Lasthebeeinrichtung an seinem oberen Ende angehoben und in vertikale Lage gebracht wird, bevor der Rahmen mit dem vormontierten Aufzugssystem vom Transportgestell (1) gelöst wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Transportgestelle (1) für den Rücktransport zum Werk aufeinandergestapelt werden können, wobei vertikale Träger (22, 23) zum Stützen und Fixieren des vormontierten Aufzugssystems (32) abgeklappt werden und/oder Stapelstützen (50, 51) jeweils eines Transportgestells (1) in korrespondierende Zentrierlöcher am jeweils benachbarten Transportgestells eingeführt werden.
