Abstract
Description
Sehr vorteilhaft ist es in diesem Zusammenhang, wenn die Klebenaht schon vor dem Fixieren und Strammziehen der Litzen ausgebildet wird, weil in diesem Fall eine besonders gute Befestigung der Lötpunkte am Schwingspulenträger erreicht werden kann.

Auch ist der Darstellung gemäß Fig. 2a entnehmbar, daß der in dieser Darstellung sichtbare Spulendraht 19, der Lötpunkt 21 und die Litze 22 am Außenmantel 20 des Schwingspulenträgers 13 anliegen, da die Litze 22 in der gezeigten Kerbe 23 fixiert und strammgezogen ist. Der sichtbare Lötpunkt 21 liegt zwischen dem ersten Bereich 12 der Zentriermembran 10 und der Außenmantel 20 des Schwingspulenträgers 13. Die Verklebung zwischen dem Schwingspulenträger 13, der Zentriermembran 10 und dem Leitpunkt 21 wurde so realisiert, daß in dem Zwischenraum 25 zwischen dem ersten Bereich 12 und dem Außenmantel 20 des Schwingspulenträgers 13 eine Klebenaht 26 ausgebildet wurde.
Claims (10)
- Schwingspulenanordnungmit einem Schwingspulenträger 13,mit einer Schwingspule 18, welche über zwei Schwingspulendrähte 19 verfügt und welche am Schwingspulenträger 13 befestigt ist,mit einer im axialen Abstand zur Schwingspule 18 angeordneten Zentriermembran 10, welche eine ziehharmonika- oder wellenförmige Kontur aufweist, welche mittels einer Klebenaht 26 quer zur Längserstreckung des Schwingspulenträgers 13 mit diesem verbunden ist, wobei die Klebenaht 26 zwischen dem Schwingspulenträger 13 und einem ersten, dem Schwingspulenträger 13 unmittelbar gegenüberliegenden Bereich 12 der jeweiligen Kontur der Zentriermembran 10 liegt, undmit zwei Litzendrähten 22, welche jeweils über einem Lötpunkt 21 mit den beiden Spulendrähten 19 verbunden sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der erste Bereich 12 der jeweiligen Kontur der Zentriermembran 10 sich in Richtung zur Schwingspule 18 öffnet unddaß die jeweiligen Lötpunkte 21 zumindest teilweise in der Klebenaht 26 eingebettet sind. - Schwingspulenanordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß eine Membran 28 vorhanden ist, welche mit einem Hals 29 versehen ist, unddaß der Hals 29 der Membran 28 mit dem Schwingspulenträger 13 verbunden ist. - Schwingspulenanordnung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Innendurchmesser des Halses 29 größer / gleich dem Außendurchmesser des Schwingspulenträgers 13 plus mindestens zweimal der Materialdicke der Zentriermembran 10 ist unddaß der erste Bereich 12 der Kontur der Zentriermembran 10 zumindest teilweise zwischen dem Schwingspulenträger 13 und dem Hals 29 der Membran 28 angeordnet ist. - Schwingspulenanordnung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Außendurchmesser des Halses 29 kleiner / gleich dem Innendurchmesser des Schwingspulenträgers 13 ist unddaß der Hals 29 in dem Innendurchmesser des Schwingspulenträgers 13 eingeschoben und verbunden ist. - Schwingspulenanordnung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Hals 29 und die Klebenaht 26 im wesentlichen den gleichen axialen Abstand zur Schwingspule 18 haben. - Verfahren zur Herstellung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß zunächst in einem ersten Schritt die Schwingspule 18 mit dem Schwingspulenträger 13 sowie die Spulendrähte 19 über die Lötpunkte 21 mit den Litzen 22 verbunden werden,daß anschließend in einem zweiten Schritt die Litzen 22 oberhalb des Endes 16 des Schwingspulenträgers 13, welches mit der Membran 28 verbunden werden soll, fixiert und strammgezogen werden, so daß die Spulendrähte 19, die Lötpunkte 21 und Litzen 22 eng am Schwingspulenträger 13 anliegen,daß dann in einem dritten Schritt die Zentriermembran 10 von dem Ende 16 des Schwingspulenträgers 13, welches mit der Membran 28 verbunden werden soll, auf den Schwingspulenträger 13 aufgeschoben wird,daß danach in einem vierten Schritt die Klebenaht 26 zwischen Schwingspulenträger 13 und dem ersten Bereich 12 der Kontur der Zentriermembran 10 ausgebildet wird unddaß in einem letzten Schritt die Membran 28 mit dem Schwingspulenträger 13 verbunden wird. - Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Anordnung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß zunächst in einem ersten Schritt die Schwingspule 18 mit dem Schwingspulenträger 13 sowie die Spulendrähte 19 über die Lötpunkte 21 mit den Litzen 22 verbunden werden,daß anschließend in einem zweiten Schritt die Litzen 22 oberhalb des Endes 16 des Schwingspulenträgers 13, welches mit der Membran 28 verbunden werden soll, fixiert und strammgezogen werden, so daß die Spulendrähte 19, die Lötpunkte 21 und Litzen 22 eng am Schwingspulenträger 13 anliegen,daß vor oder nach Ausführung von Schritt zwei in einem dritten Schritt eine Klebenaht 26 am Schwingspulenträger 13 angebracht wird,daß dann in einem vierten Schritt die Zentriermembran 10 von dem Ende 16 des Schwingspulenträgers 13, welches mit der Membran 28 verbunden werden soll, in die Klebenaht 26 am Schwingspulenträger 13 geschoben wird, unddaß in einem letzten Schritt die Membran 28 mit dem Schwingspulenträger 13 verbunden wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß zumindest während der Ausführung von Schritt vier das Ende 16 des Schwingspulenträgers 13, welches mit der Membran 28 verbunden werden soll, in Richtung Erdmittelpunkt weist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß zumindest während der Ausführung der Schritte zwei bis vier der Schwingspulenträger 13 aufzumindest einem Arbeitsdorn 14 angeordnet ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß nach Ausführung von Schritt vier und bevor die Klebenaht 26 ausgehärtet ist, die Litzen 22 im wesentlichen bogenförmig über die der Schwingspule 18 abgewandten Oberfläche 27 der Zentriermembran 10 geführt werden.
