- Fig.1:
- Einen Zwillingsschraubensatz für eine Schraubenpumpe in eingängiger Ausführung nach der Erfindung mit Umschlingungswinkeln von 1598° und Auswuchtausnehmungen an den Schraubenaußenkonturen im Medium-Eintrittsbereich.

Claims (7)
- Zwillingsschraubensatz für Schraubenpumpe in achsparalleler Anordnung mit gegenläufigem aussenachsigem Eingriff sowie mit Umschlingungswinkeln von mindestens 720° in eingängiger Ausführung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schraubenlängen kein ganzzahlig vielfaches von der Steigung sind.
- Zwillingsschraubensatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schraubenlänge um ein ganzzahlig vielfaches der Steigung grösser ist als das 1½- fache der Steigung.
- Zwillingsschraubensatz nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schraubenaussenkonturen im Medium-Eintrittsbereich zur Auswuchtung verändert sind, wobei die Schraubenaussenkonturen an den passiven Aussenkonturteilen an der Saugseite verändert sind.
- Zwillingsschraubensatz gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Ende der Schrauben eine innere Auswuchthöhle (4) aufweist.
- Zwillingsschraubensatz nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Enden eine Auwuchthöhle (4) aufweisen.
- Zwillingsschraubensatz gemäss Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umschlingungswinkel der Auswuchthöhlen zur optimalen Abstimmung variiert werden.
- Zwillingsschraubensatz gemäss einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Zusatzmassen (6) im Aussenbereich, am Pilotgetriebe angebracht sind.
