Abstract

本发明公开了一种大流量双螺杆泵的渐开线螺杆齿形。该螺杆的齿顶圆与齿根圆一端由延长摆线连接,节圆一端与齿根圆另一端由延长摆线和渐开线连接,节圆另一端与齿顶圆另一端由渐开线连接组成。用在螺杆泵中泄漏小,输出压力高,运行平稳,比流量大,加工较易。

一种大流量双螺杆泵的渐开线螺杆齿形
技术领域
本发明涉及机械零件设计加工技术领域,特别地,涉及一种大流量双螺杆泵的螺杆齿形。
背景技术
双螺杆泵螺杆的齿形有摆线齿形(专利号:99201251.1),阿基米德螺旋线螺杆齿形(专利号:96236524.6)及渐开线齿形等。这些齿形虽能保持全密封,因而压力较大,但主要的缺点是比流量偏小,在大流量的应用场合体积过于庞大。本发明的齿形与上述各种齿形相比,在维持原压力基础上,比流量明显增大,体积减小,而加工仍较方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种大流量双螺杆泵的渐开线螺杆齿形。该螺杆的齿顶圆与齿根圆一端由延长摆线连接,节圆圆弧一端与齿根圆另一端由延长摆线和渐开线连接,节圆圆弧另一端与齿顶圆另一端由渐开线连接组成。用在螺杆泵中泄漏小,输出压力高,运行平稳,比流量大,加工较易。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种大流量双螺杆泵的渐开线螺杆齿形,螺杆径向截面由齿顶圆弧线ef、延长摆线ed、齿根圆弧线cd、延长摆线bc、渐开线ab、节圆圆弧线ag、渐开线fg组成;其中,齿顶圆弧线cf、齿根圆弧线cd和节圆圆弧线ag是具有同一圆心且半径分别为R、r、R0的圆弧;渐开线ab和fg分别为以齿根圆为基圆时所形成的渐开线的齿根部分和齿顶部分,整个螺杆的长度大于两个螺距。
本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果是:
1.仅需一个螺距便可形成密封腔,结构紧凑,刚度高。
2.贮油空间大,密封性能好,故比流量大,压力高。
3.工艺相对简单。
4.大幅增大螺旋角,因此,可大幅缩短螺杆长度。

具体实施方式
螺杆径向截面的形状,齿顶圆曲线为圆孤线,齿顶圆相反一侧的齿根圆曲线为圆孤线,齿顶圆和齿根圆中间一侧的节圆曲线为圆孤线,齿顶圆孤线一端点和齿根圆孤线一端点间由延长摆线组成,齿根圆孤线另一端点和节圆圆孤线一端点间由延长摆线组成,齿顶圆孤线另一端点和节圆圆孤线另一端点间由外摆线组成;螺杆的头数n≥1,螺杆的长度大于两个螺距的长度。
下面结合附图详细说明本发明。
图1、图2示出了螺杆径向截面的形状,齿顶圆曲线为齿顶圆弧线ef,齿顶圆相反一侧的齿根圆曲线为齿根圆弧线cd,齿顶圆与齿根圆中间一侧的节圆曲线为节圆圆弧线ag,齿顶圆弧线ef一端点e点和齿根圆弧线cd一端d点间由延长摆线ed组成,齿根圆弧线cd另一端c点和节圆圆弧线ag一端点a点间由渐开线ab和延长摆线bc组成,齿顶圆弧线ef另一端f点和节圆圆弧线ag另一端g点问由渐开线fg组成;螺杆的头数n≥1,螺杆的长度大于两个螺距的长度。
如图3所示,当螺杆2的节圆II沿螺杆1的节圆I作纯滚动时,螺杆2上与螺杆1上e点对应的点e’的轨迹即为延长摆线ed,同样,螺杆2上点f’的轨迹即为延长摆线bc,各段齿形曲线形成的方程如下:
1.延长摆线ed的形成:

图3示出了两螺杆对应的啮合关系:螺杆2齿顶圆e’f’对应的啮合曲线是螺杆1的齿根圆弧线cd,点e′对应于延长摆线ed,齿根圆弧c’d’对应于齿顶圆弧线ef,点f’对应于延长摆线bc,节圆圆弧a′g’对应于节圆圆弧线ag。
如图4,图5所示,当两螺杆相对滚动时,杆2就会在杆1上形成空间啮合曲线1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9。
反过来也一样,螺杆1也会在螺杆2上形成相应的啮合曲线。由于滚动是连续的,这两条啮合曲线阻断了泵的输入腔和输出腔,且不断地向前推进,从而产生了压力流体。
上述一对啮合曲线的形成需要一个螺距长度,为了使输入腔和输出腔在整个运行过程中始终隔离,在一对啮合曲线中断前,必须形成另一对啮合曲线,因此,整个螺杆的长度应大于两个螺距。
上述实施例用来解释说明本发明,而不是对本发明进行限制,在本发明的精神和权利要求的保护范围内,对本发明作出的任何修改和改变,都落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (2)

1.一种大流量双螺杆泵的渐开线螺杆齿形,其特征在于,螺杆径向截面由齿顶圆弧线ef、延长摆线ed、齿根圆弧线cd、延长摆线bc、渐开线ab、节圆圆弧线ag和渐开线fg依次连接而成,其中,齿顶圆弧线ef、齿根圆弧线cd和节圆圆弧线ag是具有同一圆心且半径分别为R、r、R0的圆弧,渐开线ab和渐开线fg分别为以齿根圆为基圆时所形成的渐开线的齿根部分和齿顶部分,整个螺杆的长度大于两个螺距。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大流量双螺杆泵的渐开线螺杆齿形,其特征在于,所述延长摆线ed的曲线方程为:
