Definitions
- the invention relates to a transport magazine for pyrotechnic Components, especially primers, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a transport magazine for pyrotechnic Components, especially primers is from the DE 1 486 311 A is known.
- the invention has for its object a transport magazine for pyrotechnic components with increased To create transport security in an automated Manufacturing can be used.
- the transport magazine consists of a rigid flat case that is at least one by one Upper wall and a bottom wall of the housing limited elongated channel for receiving a layer of pyrotechnic Components.
- a layer of pyrotechnic Components By at least one Access opening formed at the end of the channel the pyrotechnic components in the channel spent and removed after transport.
- Either the top wall or the bottom wall is formed as a grid wall, while the other wall in is essentially closed throughout.
- This training of the top wall and bottom wall has the advantage that the gas pressure that arises when the pyrotechnic Detonally detonate components during transport, can flow directed out of the housing. moreover dampens the lattice structure, which preferably from a plastic, due to its elasticity Detonation shock.
- the height of the channel is dimensioned such that pyrotechnic components, in particular primers, such as anvil (boxer) primers the caliber 4.45 mm and 5.33 mm or Berdan primers of caliber 4.5 mm, 5 mm and 5.5 mm can be absorbed smoothly, but still cannot turn from the horizontal position.
- the height of the channel is preferably 4 mm.
- the grid of the wall consists of two superimposed, crossing layers of parallel webs. There on everyone Side of the grid only parallel webs in one direction protrude are preferred directions by the orientation of the webs adjustable for moving.
- the webs facing the channel are parallel aligned with the longitudinal direction of the channel, so that the sharp anvils of the primers at Do not fill and empty the transport magazine get caught between the webs.
- the webs on the outside are diagonal to the Longitudinal direction of the channel aligned, so that another Transport magazine stacked on the transport magazine simple, without getting stuck in the grid structure, shifted lengthways and crossways can be.
- the continuously closed wall points to the Parallel webs on the channel-facing side, which is oriented in the longitudinal direction of the channel are. This will fill and empty the magazine relieved because of the friction between primers and wall is reduced and also in the channel Dirt does not initially impair lubricity is because the dirt is in the grooves deposited between the webs.
- the housings are in a special embodiment of the invention stackable flat on top of each other and the closed Wall has spacers on its outside, see above that with stacked transport magazines Cavities arise between two housings, which with the Channel of the lower magazine through the grid wall stay in contact. If that in a channel detonating caps can detonate it resulting gas pressure through the grid into the Cavities escape.
- the closed bottom wall of the transport magazine stacked on it prevents the detonation pressure in the channel of this transport magazine arrives and also those in this channel Detonator detonates.
- the coat hanger can be a spring - mounted metal bracket, which in blocked the access opening from its rest position. So can cause the caps to fall out unintentionally can be prevented during transport.
- the bracket can also be attached to the respective machine Wedge into an opening that opens the access opening Opening position.
- a corner of the housing is preferably chamfered to correct positioning of the transport magazine to enable in automated production.
- transport magazine With the transport magazine according to the invention different packaging types and sizes standardized so that costs are reduced and transportation or the machines are simplified.
- the transport magazine can be used several times.
- the transport magazine 1 shown in Fig. 1 has a housing 2, which consists of an upper part 3 and a lower part 4 consists. There are five between upper part 3 and lower part 4 channels 5 running in the longitudinal direction of the housing 2 formed, each by partition walls 6 from each other are separated. The channels extend between the two transverse sides of the housing 2 via the entire housing length. The channels are on one side 5 closed, at least to the extent that the primers cannot fall out. On the second side there is a slot-shaped access opening 7, via which the channels 5 can be loaded and unloaded. The height of the channels 5 is determined so that a Position of primers can be taken up against rotation can. The access opening 7 is resilient on Upper part 3 attached metal bracket 8 can be blocked.
- Figure 2 shows the top view of the housing 2.
- Die Upper wall 9 of the upper part 3 consists of a layer of parallel webs 10, which are diagonal to the longitudinal axis 5A one of the channels 5 is oriented, and from one underlying layer of parallel webs 11, the are aligned parallel to the channel longitudinal axis 5A.
- the distance between two bars is both in the upper diagonally oriented position of webs 10 as also in the lower parallel position of Webs 11 approximately as large as the width of a web, so that there is sufficient ventilation.
- a corner 12 at the end of the housing remote from the access opening 7 2 is chamfered for a clear positioning of the transport magazine 1 to enable.
- the upper part 3 and the lower part 4 are with a snap connection connected with each other.
- Parallel to the inner, an outer channel 5 delimiting side wall 13 the upper part 3 is a second, openwork Sidewall 14 formed in regular Distances has recesses 15 (see also Fig. 3 and 4). These recesses 15 are open at the top and be down by one along the entire length of the top 3 trimmed edge 16 limited.
- the lower part 4 has locking lugs 17 which 2 in when the housing is mounted the recesses 15 engage and engage behind the edge 16.
- the bracket 8 blocking the access opening 7 is in the essentially U-shaped, with the base piece in the area the access opening 7 runs and the two leg pieces in one of the outer wall 13 of the upper part 3 and the perforated outer wall 14 formed opening 18 run.
- the ends 8a of the legs of the bracket 8 are bent upwards and into a receptacle 19 of the upper part 3 inserted (see also Figure 5). At rest lie the legs of the bracket 8 on the locking lugs 17th on so that the base of the bracket 8 the access opening 7 blocked.
- the bracket 8 is open Condition shown.
- the outer wall 14 of the side part 3 points to the lower one facing the access opening 7 Corner a wedge-shaped recess 20 in the one here not shown wedge of a loading or unloading device can intervene to the bracket 8 upwards to press so that the access opening 7 is released to fill or remove primers 21.
- the upper part 3 has one located in the opening 18 Stop 22 on the upward movement of the bracket 8 limited and the restoring spring force increased (Figure 5).
- Figure 3 shows a channel 5 and primers located therein 21.
- the top of channel 5 is through the webs 11 of the top wall 9 are formed.
- the bottom wall 23 of the channel 5 has webs 24 which are opposite the webs 11 of the top wall 9 are offset, so that a Web 11 above the recess between two webs 24 the bottom wall 23 is located.
- the partition 6 is from two separators 11a and one separator 24a are formed, which are higher than the webs 11 and 24.
- the dividers 11a extend over the entire height of the channel 5, while the separating web 24a is so high that it engages between two separators 11a to a sufficient extent, to achieve a stable connection.
- the Separators 11a have several in the longitudinal direction (here not shown) locking lugs, the recesses of the Reach behind the separating web 24a to the partition 6 to give stability over the entire length. To it may be necessary that the essentially closed Bottom wall 23 has recesses. By the partitions 6, five channels 5 are separated, the depending on the caliber of the primer 21, Can hold 200 to 300 primers 21.
- FIG. 5 there are several transport magazines stacked one on top of the other 1 shown.
- On the lower part 4 are outside transverse spacers 25 attached so that between two stacked transport magazines Cavities 26 arise. In or over these cavities 26 can detonate 21 on detonation escaping gas pressure escape.
- the transport magazine 1 With the help of chamfered corner 12, the transport magazine 1 is correct positioned, whereupon wedges of the insertion machine Press bracket 8 up and the primers 21 to Example with a tilting movement of the transport magazine 1 can be taken from this. After using it the transport magazine 1 again filled with primers 21 become.
