Der gasbeheizte Backofen weist frontseitig unterhalb der Gasofenmuffel (2) eine Aussparung auf, durch welche ein wesentlicher kompakter Gasbrenner (4) unter die Backofenmuffel in die Arbeitslage einschiebbar und aus dieser wieder herausnehmbar ist. <IMAGE>

Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen gasbeheizter Backofen, bei dem unterhalb der Backofenmuffel ein Gasbrenner zur Flächenbeheizung des Muffelbodens und gegebenenfalls zur Erhitzung eines einem Umluftgebläse zum Zwecke von Umluft-Heizbetrieb in der Backofenmuffel zufließenden Abgas-Luftgemisches angeordnet ist, wobei der unterhalb der Gasofenmuffel angeordnete Gasbrenner als kompaktausgebildete langsgestreckt flächige Gasbrennereinheit mit von einer Ringleitung für das Brenner-Gas-Luftgemisch im wesentlichen seitlich ausgerichteten Flammdüsen angeordnet ist.
Bei gasbeheizten Backöfen sind üblicherweise unterhalb der Backofenmuffel ein- oder zwei oder gegebenenfalls auch mehr rohrförmige und häufig ringförmig ausgebildete Gasbrennereinheiten angeordnet. Diesen Gasbrennereinheiten sind auch eine oder mehr Zündeinheiten und gegebenenfalls auch Flammüberwachungseinheiten zugeordnet. Um an die Funktionseinheiten des Gasbrenners auf einfache Weise auch im eingebauten Zustand des Backofens gelangen zu können, ist der Muffelboden des Backofens mit einer entsprechend großen Öffnung versehen, welche im Normalfall und insbesondere bei Ausführung der Backofenfunktionen durch eine Platine abgedeckt ist. Für die Betriebsweise des Backofens und auch für dessen Reinigung sind sowohl die Öffnung in dem Muffelboden als auch in dessen Abdeckplatine Problembereiche, da in diese Bereiche zwangsläufig bei den Garungsvorgängen Flüssigkeiten und Fette gelangen und diese teilweise sogar durch die unvermeidlichen Spalten hindurchdringen können.
Aufbauend auf dem Stand der Technik und diesen Erkenntnissen ist es Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, die Gesamtanordnung eines gasbetriebenen Backofens so zu gestalten, daß der Zugriff an die Gasbrennereinheit und dessen Zusatzeinrichtungen einfach gesichert ist eine Verunreinigung in der Backofenmuffel während des Garbetriebs jedoch unproblematisch ist und auch gut beseitigt werden kann.
Ein gasbeheizter Backofen, der diesen Anforderungen gerecht wird, ist erfindungsgemäß dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Frontwandung des Backofens unterhalb der Backofenmuffel eine Beschickungs- und Bedienungsöffnung angeordnet ist, durch die die längsgestreckt flächige Gasbrennereinheit unter die Backofenmuffel einbringbar und befestigbar sowie wiederlösbar und herausnehmbar und an die Gasversorgungsleitung sowie eine Zündeinrichtung und eine Flammüberwachungseinrichtung anschließbar ist.
Bei einem nach diesen erfindungsgemäßen Merkmalen ausgestalteten gasbetriebenen Backofen kann die Backofenmuffel außer ihrer Beschickungsöffnung vollkommen geschlossen ausgebildet sein. Zwangsläufge Verschmutzungen innerhalb der Backofenmuffel durch Garungsvorgänge werden dadurch völlig unproblematisch und können auf verschiedene Art und Weise leicht beseitigt werden. Beispielsweise ist es auf einfache Weise auch möglich, in Vertiefungen des Muffelbodens für Reinigungszwecke Wasser mit Reinigungsmittel einzubringen, die dann die Bodenverschmutzungen anlösen und durch Verdampfen bei zugeführter Unterhitze auch die Wandungen zu Reinigungszwecken beschlagen. Unabhängig davon ist aber auch der Zugriff zur Brennereinheit und deren Bedienung besonders einfach, da die Brennereinheit selbst durch die erfindungsgemäß vorgesehene Beschickungs- und Bedienungsöffnung einfach unter die Backofenmuffel geschoben und eingebracht und aus dieser wieder entnommen werden kann. Die Anordnung der Zündeinrichtung und gegebenenfalls der Flammüberwachungseinheit im Nahbereich der Beschickungs- und Bedienungsöffnung an der Gasbrennereinheit ermöglicht auch eine einfache Befestigung und Justierung dieser Elemente und eine Überwachung der Funktion dieser Elemente an diesem Gasbrenner.
Nach einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung ist der erfindungsgemäße gasbeheizte Backofen dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gasbrennereinheit in der Frontseite des Backofens abgewandten Bereich über in Ein- und Ausschiebrichtung eingreifende und lösbare Rastverbindungselemente mit dem Backofengehäuse verbunden ist und daß deren Arretierungselemente in Ein- und Ausschubrichtung im Frontnahbereich des Backofens unterhalb dessen Muffel hinter der Beschickungs- und Bedienungsöffnung angeordnet sind. Diese Maßnahme ermöglicht eine einfache Montage und Festlegung der erfindungsgemäßen Gasbrennereinheit indem diese längs durch die Beschickungs- und Bedienungsöffnung eingeführt werden kann und im rückwärtigen Bereich über die Rastelemente höhengenau und seitenrichtig fixierbar ist, während die endgültige Befestigung frontseitig im Bereich der Beschickungs- und Bedienungsöffnung beispielsweise durch Verschraubung durchgeführt wird.
Das Gaszuführungsrohr für die Gasbrennereinheit wird gerätefrontseitig von der Seite her an die Anschlußbuchse der Gasbrennereinheit herangeführt und dort angekoppelt. Dadurch, daß das Gaszuführungsrohr im hinteren Bereich des Backofens am Gasversorgungsanschluß des Backofens anschließt ist die freie Länge des Gaszuführungsrohrs zur Gasbrennereinheit derart daß selbst an sich als im wesentlichen starr zu bezeichnende Rohre genügend flexibel sind, um zum An- bzw. Abflanschen an die Gasbrennereinheit genügend Bewegungsfreiheit zu besitzen. Das Gaszuführungsrohr kann aber auch generell in flexibler Ausführung vorliegen.
Um einem unbeabsichtigten und ungewollten Eingriff in die Gasbrennereinheit vorzubeugen, ist nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung die Beschickungs- und Bedienungsöffnung durch eine Platine abgedeckt. Diese Abdeckung sollte zweckmäßigerweise nur mit Hilfe von Werkzeugen entfernbar sein.
Der Optik halber ist es zweckmäßig, daR die die Ofenmuffel verschließende Ofentür auch die darunter angeordnete Beschickungs- und Bedienungsöffnung überdeckt.
Anhand der Zeichnung wird ein nach den Merkmalen der Erfindung ausgestattete Ausführungsbeispiel näher erläutert.

In den Figuren ist schematisiert ein Einbau-Backofen 1 mit einer Gasofenmuffel 2 dargestellt. Frontseitig ist dieser Backofen 1 mit einer nach unten aufklappbaren Zustand die Ofenmuffel verschließenden Backofentür 3 abgedeckt. Unterhalb der Backofenmuffel 2 ist eine kompakt ausgebildete, längsgestreckt flächige Gasbrennereinheit 4 mit von einer Kammer 5 für das Brenner-Gas-Luftgemisch im wesentlichen seitlich ausgerüsteten Flammdüsen 6 angeordnet. Durch die aus diesen Flammdüsen austretenden Flammen wird dem Muffelboden die Heizenergie für die innerhalb der Backofenmuffel durchzuführenden Garungsvorgänge zugeführt. Die Zündung der Gasbrennereinheit erfolgt über eine Zündeinrichtung 7; die Überwachung der ordnungsgemäßen Flamme an der Gasbrennereinheit erfolgt auf dem der Zündeinrichtung 7 entfernten Ende der Flammenreihe durch einen Sensor 8 der Flammüberwachungseinrichtung 8.
Die Gaszufuhr an den Brenner erfolgt über ein Gasrohr 9 das seitlich über eine Buchse 10 an die Gasbrennereinheit angeflanscht ist. Das Gasrohr 9 ist in seinem nach rückwärts geführten Abschnitt derart lang und flexibel, daß es nach Lösen einer Befestigungsmaßnahme von der Buchse 10 der Brennereinheit 4 abgezogen werden kann.
Aus der Fig. 2 kann entnommen werden, wie die Gasbrennereinheit 4 durch eine frontseitige Beschickungs- und Bedienungsöffnung 11 des Backofengehäuses unter die Backofenmuffel 2 geschoben bzw. darunter herausgenommen werden kann. Im der Frontseite entfernten Bereich trägt die Gasbrennereinheit 4 eine Lasche 12, die in eine Aussparung im Backofenboden eingreifen kann und in der eingebauten Position die Gasbrennereinheit lagerichtig fixiert. Im Frontnahbereich des Backofens wird die Gasbrennereinheit 4 beispielsweise über Verschraubungen in ihrer Einbaulage fixiert, wonach das Gasrohr 9 und die Zündeinrichtung 7 sowie der Sensor 8 für die Flammüberwachungseinrichtung an die Gasbrennereinheit 4 angeflanscht werden. Eine Abdeckplatine 13 für die Beschickungs- und Bedienungsöffnung 11 wird über dieser befestigt, wenn die Gasbrennereinheit 4 und deren Zündeinheit 7 und der Sensor 7 der Flammüberwachungseinheit 8 in der richtigen Einbau- und Funktionslage sich befinden und betriebsbereit sind. Die Befestigungselemente für diese Abdeckplatine 13 sollten nur mit Werkzeugen, möglicherweise sogar mit Spezialwerkzeugen, zum Zwecke des Öffnens zu beeinflussen sein, damit unbefugter oder zumindest leichtfertiger Eingriff zu der Gasbrennereinheit 4 und dessen Funktionseinheiten weitestgehend erschwert ist.

Claims (4)

  1. Gasbeheizter Backofen, bei dem unterhalb der Backofenmuffel ein Gasbrenner zur Flächenbeheizung des Muffelbodens und gegebenenfalls zur Erhitzung eines einem Umluftgebläse zum Zwecke von Umluft-Heizbetrieb in der Backofenmuffel zufließenden Abgas-Luftgemisches angeordnet ist, wobei der unterhalb der Gasofenmuffel angeordnete Gasbrenner als kompaktausgebildete längsgestreckt flächige Gasbrennereinheit mit von einer Ringleitung für das Brenner-Gas-Luftgemisch im wesentlichen seitlich ausgerichteten Flammdüsen angeordnet ist, dadurch gekenzeichnet, daß in der Frontwandung des Backofens unterhalb der Backofenmuffel eine Beschickungs- und Bedienungsöffnung angeordnet ist, durch die die längsgestreck flächige Gasbrennereinheit unter die Backofenmuffel einbringbar und befestigbar sowie wiederlösbar und herausnehmbar und an die Gasversorgungsleitung sowie eine Zündeinrichtung und eine Flammüberwachungseinrichtung anschließbar ist.
  2. Gasbeheizter Backofen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gasbrennereinheit in der Frontseite des Backofens abgewandten Bereich über in Ein- und Ausschiebrichtung eingreifende und lösbare Rastverbindungselemente mit dem Backofengehäuse verbunden ist und daß deren Arretierungselemente in Ein- und Ausschubrichtung im Frontnahbereich des Backofens unterhalb dessen Muffel hinter der Beschickungs- und Bedienungsöffnung angeordnet sind.
  3. Gasbeheizter Backofen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bechickungs- und Bedienungsöffnung durch eine abnehmbare Blende verschlossen ist.
  4. Gasbeheizter Backofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Backofenmuffel verschließende Backofentür unterhalb der Backofenmuffel auch die Beschickungs- und Bedienungsöffnung bzw. deren Blende überdeckend ausgebildet ist.
