Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zur Handhabung von Bohrrohren, Bohrgestängen oder dgl. Bohrelementen (11 ) an einem Bohrgerät (1, 20) zum Bohren von Löchern im Erdreich, Gestein oder Fels, insbesondere beim Entnehmen der Bohrelemente (11 ) aus einem Magazin (14), Setzen in die Arbeitsstellung sowie Ziehen und Rückführen der Bohrelemente (11) nach Durchführung des Bohrvorgangs in das Magazin (14), mit einem teleskopartig verfahrbaren Greifarm (25, 26), an dessen freiem, vorderen Ende ein Greifer (31 ) für die Bohrelemente (11 ) angeordnet ist,
dessen Maulöffnung (34) nach vom in Bewegungsrichtung des Greifarms (25, 26) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Greifer (31 ) aus einer um ein zentrales, in der Bohrebene (19) angeordnetes Drehlager (30) beweglichen Oberzange (32) und Unterzange (33) besteht, die mit je einer Außenkonusfläche (35, 36) versehen sind, an der je ein Klemmgehäuse mit Gegenkonus (37, 38) axial verschiebbar für den Schließvorgang angeordnet ist und die in Richtung Öffnung federbelastet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Betätigung ein Hydraulikzylinder (40) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeitsflächen des Greifers (31) mit leicht auswechselbaren Klemmeinsätzen (41 ) bestückt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Greifarm (25, 26) aus einem in einem Außengehäuse (25) durch eine hydraulische Verschiebeeinheit (27) teleskopartig aus- und einfahrbares Innengehäuse (26) besteht, wobei an dem freien vorderen Ende des Verschiebezylinders (29) der Greifer (31 ) angelenkt ist und zwischen dem Greifer (31 ) und dem Innengehäuse (26) in gegenüberliegender Anordnung das Klemmgehäuse mit Gegenkonus (37, 38) axial über eine Betätigungskulisse (39) mit daran angeschlossenem Hydraulikzylinder (40) verschiebbar angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie auf einer Führungsbahn (42) einer Befestigungskonsole (43) mittels eines Hydraulikzylinders (45) in der Bohrebene axial verfahrbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie verschwenkbar an der Lafette (7) des Bohrgerätes (1, 20) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Doppel-Bolzen-Gelenklagerung (44) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie am Bohrgerät an der dem Magazin (14) gegenüberliegenden Seite der Lafette (7) in der Bohrebene angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Magazin (14) ein Trommelmagazin ist.
