Description
Das Volumen über der Fläche, das "Überlaufvolumen", ist beschreibbar durch das Doppelintegral Es soll erfindungsgemäß wenigstens 100 cm3 betragen. Weiterhin soll die Steigung, ausgehend vom Scheitelpunkt der Wölbung (mit einer Steigung 0), in alle Richtungen positiv sein. Zur mathematischen Beschreibung dieses Sachverhalts muß obige Funktion in kartesischen Koordinaten in eine Polarkoordinaten-Funktion umgewandelt werden, was mit Computer-Programmen leicht durchführbar ist. Die Steigung wird dann durch ∂r/∂ > 0 beschrieben, wobei der die Abweichung von der Senkrechten beschreibende Winkel ist.
Durch die, ausgehend vom Scheitelpunkt, stets positive Steigung wird gewährleistet, daß das auslaufende Gut das zur Verfügung stehende Volumen auch vollständig nutzen kann. Eine gewisse Mindeststeigung ermöglicht, daß das gewünschte Mindestvolumen mit möglichst geringen Maximalsteigungen erzielt wird. Die Steigung sollte jedoch auch nicht zu groß sein, um einen sicheren Stand des Kühlschrankinhalts auf dem Boden zu gewährleisten.
Vorzugsweise soll dieser Abstand h wenigsten 0,45 % der Diagonale D betragen (h ≥ 0,0045 · D). Bei großen Scheiben wird diese Bedingung zusätzlich zum Überlaufvolumen von 100 cm3 eine einschränkende sein, während bei kleinen Scheiben dieses Überlaufvolumen sowieso erst bei stärkeren Neigungen erreicht wird.
Vorzugsweise soll der Abstand h 0,9 % der Diagonalen D (h ≤ 0,009 D) nicht überschreiten. Bei solchen geringen Schrägungen ist die Biegung der Kanten so gering, daß die Auflage der Scheibe auf Halterungen problemlos genauso wie bei ebenen Scheiben realisiert werden kann. Außerdem wäre bei zu starker Wölbung der Scheibe ein sicherer Stand des Inhalts nicht mehr gewährleistet.
Eine mögliche Technik ist das Schwerkraftsenken. Dabei wird die Glasscheibe mit einem Horizontalförderer in einen Biegeofen gebracht. Danach wird sie mit einem Positionsstempel mittels Pneumatik positioniert. Das untere Element (in der Regel ein Profilrahmen) wird mittels eines Rollwagens in die Biegestation eingeführt. Die Glasscheibe wird auf dieses Element aufgelegt und bekommt seine endgültige Form bei ca. 620 °C bis 660 °C, natürlich abhängig von der Glaszusammensetzung.
Eine andere mögliche Technik sind Preßverformungen.
Claims (4)
- Kühlschrankeinlegeboden, insbesondere aus Glas oder Glaskeramik,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er gewölbt ist und daß seine Wölbung derart ist,
daß das Volumen über seiner Fläche, d.h. das Überlaufvolumen, darstellbar durch das Doppelintegral wenigstens 100 cm3 beträgt
und daß er, ausgehend vom Scheitelpunkt der Wölbung, in alle Richtungen eine positive Steigung, darstellbar durch ∂r/∂ > 0, wobei der die Abweichung von der Senkrechten beschreibende Winkel ist, aufweist. - Kühlschrankeinlegeboden, insbesondere aus Glas oder Glaskeramik, nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand h zwischen dem Scheitelpunkt der Wölbung und der Ebene, die durch die Eckpunkte der Scheibe aufgespannt wird, wenigstens 0,45 % der Länge der durch Verbindung zweier diagonal gegenüberliegenden Eckpunkte sich ergebenden, ggf. der längeren, Geraden (Diagonale D) beträgt. - Kühlschrankeinlegeboden, insbesondere aus Glas oder Glaskeramik, nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand h höchstens 0,9 % der Länge der Diagonalen D beträgt. - Kühlschrankeinlegeboden, insbesondere aus Glas oder Glaskeramik, nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er die Form eines Kugeloberflächenausschnittes aufweist.
