Claims (9)
- Drahtbund-Bildestation zum Anschluss an einen Windungsleger mit Kühllinie, die am freien Ende einer mit einer Neigung von 45 Grad gegenüber einem horizontalen Sockel (1) rotierbaren Welle (2) in gleichen Umfangsabständen und im Winkel von 45 Grad zur Wellenachse (y-y) angeordnete Dorne (3, 4) besitzt, die durch Drehen der Welle (2) nacheinander in eine annähernd vertikale Bundbildestellung (3) oder in eine annähernd horizontale Stellung (4) bringbar sind, bei welcher die Übergabe des Bundes (5) an einen längsverfahrbaren sowie heb- oder senkbaren Lasthaken (6) einer Hakenbahn (7) erfolgt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Dorn (3, 4) ein zur Wellenachse (y-y) hin offenes U-Profil ausbildet und an seinem freien Ende eine Auflage (20) für einen aufsetzbaren Hut (21) besitzt, dessen den Drahtbunddurchmesser bestimmender Durchmesser seines Körpers - in der Achsprojektion gesehen - den annähernd quadratischen Querschnitt eines Dornes (3, 4) mit allseitig radialem Abstand überragt, und dass das Profil eines jeden Dornes (3, 4) so gewählt ist, dass das Abheben eines Bundes (5) vom Dorn (3, 4) mit einem Haken (6) der Hakenbahn (7) ohne Berührung des Walzgutes mit dem Dorn erfolgt.
- Drahtbund-Bildestation nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einem in vertikaler Position befindlichen Dorn (3, 4) eine Vorrichtung mit Mitteln (22) zum Aufsetzen bzw. zum Abnehmen eines Hutes (21) zugeordnet ist.
- Drahtbund-Bildestation nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie im wesentlichen aus einem die Welle (2) bildenden Drehtisch (8) mit unter 90 Grad zueinander angeordneten Tischflächen (9, 10) besteht, welche die Dorne (3, 4) mit ihren Grundplatten (30, 31) tragen.
- Drahtbund-Bildestation nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dorne (3, 4) in Leichtbauweise bevorzugt aus Rohren (32) bestehende Gittermasten (33) und an ihren freien Enden offen sind.
- Drahtbund-Bildestation nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den Dornen (3, 4) eine aus zwei schwenkbaren Hälften (11, 12) gebildete Bundplatte zugeordnet und mit einem Doppel-Kurbeltrieb (13) oder Bewegungszylindern öffenbar oder schließbar ist.
- Drahtbund-Bildestation nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bundplattenhälften (11, 12) in einem Führungsrahmen (14) gelagert und mit diesem an einer zur Vertikalachse der Bundbildestation im Abstand parallelen Führungssäule (15) geführt und mittels eines Mitfahrantriebs (16) vertikal verfahrbar sind.
- Drahtbund-Bildestation nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Führungsrahmen (14) in Rollen (17) an der Führungssäule (15) geführt ist und der Mitfahrantrieb (16) über Zahnrad (18) - oder Kettenradeingriff mit einem Triebstock (19) an der Führungssäule (15) zusammenwirkt.
- Drahtbund-Bildestation nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb (16) eine zur Anpassung der Verfahrgeschwindigkeit der Bundplattenhälften (11, 12) an die Bundbildegeschwindigkeit vorgesehene Regeleinrichtung besitzt.
- Drahtbund-Bildestation nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Einrichtung zur Erfassung der Bundhöhe während der Längsfahrbewegung eines Aufnahmehakens (6) bei der Bundaufnahme besitzt, welche zugleich auch eine Anpassung der Einfahrgeschwindigkeit des Hakens (6) an die Walzleistung der Drahtstraße gewährleistet.
