Claims (16)

  1. Abgabevorrichtung für flüssige oder pastöse Produkte mit insbesondere einem Behälter (1) für das Produkt, auf den einerseits ein Aufsatz (2) mit einer inneren Auslassleitung (2a) aufgesetzt ist und der andererseits mit Mitteln zur Entnahme des Produktes versehen ist, die
    einen Kolben (3), der im Behälter (1) angeordnet und von einer axialen Leitung (30) durchsetzt ist, die an ein Düsenrohr (4) anschließt, dessen oberes Ende (4b) mit dem Aufsatz (2) fest verbunden ist, der eine Druckvorrichtung bildet, die zum Unter-Druck-Setzen des Behälters (1) direkt oder indirekt an der äußeren Fläche (3a) des Kolbens (3) zur Anlage kommt,
    eine Einlassöffnung (40), die entweder durch die axiale Leitung (30) oder durch das untere Ende (4a) des Düsenrohrs (4) begrenzt ist, und
    ein lösbares Auslass-Sperrventil aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (1) mit einem inneren seitlichen Mantel (10) versehen ist, dessen oberer Rand mit einer Schulter (11) versehen ist, unter der ein Umfangsflansch (22) eingreift, der auf dem unteren seitlichen Rand des Aufsatzes (2) angebracht ist.
  2. Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äußere Fläche (3a) des Kolbens (3) eine Hülse (31) aufweist, die mit der inneren Seitenwand des Behälters (1) einen äußeren Bereich (12) begrenzt, in den der untere seitliche Teil des Aufsatzes (2) eingreift.
  3. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufsatz (2) einerseits durch einen Abgabekopf (20) gebildet ist, der mit der inneren Auslassleitung (2a), die an ihrem unteren Abschnitt mit dem Düsenrohr (4) in Verbindung steht, versehen ist, und andererseits zum Behälter (1) hin durch eine seitliche Schürze (21) verlängert ist.
  4. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine lösbare Kappe (6) zum Abdecken des Aufsatzes (2) aufweist, deren innere Seitenwand mit einer einen Luftkanal bildenden Rille (9) versehen ist.
  5. Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kappe (6) teleskopartig auf dem oberen Teil des inneren Mantels (10) unter bündigem Abschluss mit der äußeren Seitenwand (1a) des Behälters (1) aufgesetzt ist.
  6. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axiale Leitung (30) des Kolbens (3) in das Innere des Behälters (1) vorspringt und der Boden (1b) des Behälters ein zur inneren Fläche (3b) des Kolbens (3) komplementäres Profil aufweist, um die komplette Entnahme des Produkts zu sichern.
  7. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufsatz (2) axial und relativ zum Kolben (3) beweglich ist, wobei er durch eine an der äußeren Fläche (3a) des Kolbens (3) anliegende Feder (5) in die äußere Stellung zurückgeholt wird.
  8. Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Düsenrohr (4) durch einen hohlen Schaft gebildet ist, der verschiebbar in der axialen Leitung (30) gelagert ist und dessen unteres Ende (4a) unabhängig von der Stellung des Aufsatzes (2) in das Innere des Behälters (1) vorspringt.
  9. Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere Ende (4a) des Düsenrohrs (4) durch eine volle Platte (42) mit vergrößertem Querschnitt verschlossen ist, die dicht am inneren Rand der axialen Leitung (30) in Anlage kommt, wenn der Aufsatz (2) zurückgeholt wird, wobei das Auslass-Sperrventil gebildet wird.
  10. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einlassöffnung (40) in das untere Ende (4a) des Düsenrohrs (4) beidseitig seiner zentralen Achse seitlich einmündet.
  11. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axiale Leitung (30) an ihrem äußeren Ende als halbkugelförmige Kappe (33) endet, die in einer zentralen Ausstoßöffnung (34) mit elastisch verformbaren Rändern durchbohrt ist, die in einer Schließposition durch einen mit dem Aufsatz (2) fest verbundenen axialen Finger (23) verschlossen ist und die ein Auslass-Sperrventil bildet.
  12. Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Düsenrohr (4) auf die axiale Leitung (30) aufgezogen ist und mit ihrem unteren Rand (4a) auf der äußeren Fläche (3a) des Kolbens (3) zur Anlage kommt.
  13. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Düsenrohr (4) in der axialen Leitung (30) eingesetzt ist und mit einem peripheren Absatz (43) auf der äußeren Fläche (3a) des Kolbens (3) zur Anlage kommt.
  14. Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die innere Auslassleitung (2a) des Aufsatzes (2) mit einem Auslass-Sperrventil (7) versehen ist, das durch einen Schaft (70) gebildet ist, der einerseits an seinem äußeren Ende eine Schale (71), deren seitliche Flanke eine elastisch verformbare Umfangslippe (71a) bildet, und andererseits an seinem inneren Ende ein Armkreuz (8) zur Fixierung in der Auslassleitung (2a) aufweist.
  15. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (3) einen im Wesentlichen glockenförmigen Querschnitt mit einer Umfangslippe (32) aufweist, die an der inneren Wand des Behälters (1) dicht zur Anlage kommt.
  16. Verfahren zum Konditionieren eines flüssigen oder pastösen Produktes in einer Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (1) mit dem Produkt P befüllt und gleichzeitig das Schließ- und Abgabesystem angebracht wird, indem der Aufsatz (2) auf dem Kolben (3), gegebenenfalls mit der Feder (5) dazwischen, befestigt und anschließend die so gebildete Einheit in den Mantel (10) eingeführt wird, bis der Flansch (22) des Aufsatzes (2) durch das Innere gegen die Schulter (11) des Mantels (10) zur Anlage kommt und indem der Aufsatz (2) mit einer Kappe (6) bedeckt wird,wonach das Schließ- und Abgabesystem mit dem Behälter (1) durch Schieben des Mantels (10) in Kontakt mit der inneren Wand des Behälters (1) unter radialer Messung zusammengesetzt wird.
