Claims (27)
- Borstenware, bestehend aus einem Borstenträger und an diesem festgelegten Borsten, die einzeln oder in Bündeln angeordnet sind und deren Härte einstellbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Borsten (3) am Borstenträger (2) elastisch gelagert und bei Kraftangriff zumindest quer zu ihrer Achse und zumindest in einer Richtung auslenkbar sind, und daß der Auslenkwinkel der Borsten einstellbar ist.
- Borstenware nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Borsten (3) quer zu ihrer Achse in allen Richtungen auslenkbar sind.
- Borstenware nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Borsten (3) in Richtung ihrer Achse elastisch gedämpft gelagert sind.
- Borstenware nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Borsten (2) in einem elastischen Lager (5) am Borstenträger (2) sitzen und unter Verformen des Lagers auslenkbar sind.
- Borstenware nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Borstenträger (2) eine auf das elastische Lager (5) wirkende Stelleinrichtung (10) angeordnet ist.
- Borstenware nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stelleinrichtung (10) Mittel (12) zur Begrenzung der Verformung des elastischen Lagers (5) aufweist.
- Borstenware nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stelleinrichtung (10) wengistens ein dem elastischen Lager (5) zugeordnetes starres Lager (12) aufweist, das mit Abstand von dem elastischen Lager angeordnet und mittels der Stelleinrichtung (10) an dieses zustellbar ist.
- Borstenware nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Borsten (3) mit ihrem elastischen Lager (5) in Löchern einer starren Lochplatte (6), deren Vorderseite die nutzungsseitige Oberfläche des Borstenträgers (2) bildet, festgelegt sind und die Lochplatte (6) auf deren Rückseite überragen, und daß die Stelleinrichtung (10) mit dem starren Lager (12) an den die Lochplatte (6) überragenden Bereichen des elastischen Lagers (5) angreift.
- Borstenware nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stelleinrichtung (10) eine im wesentlichen parallel zur Lochplatte (6) im Borstenträger (2) angeordnete Stellplatte (11) aufweist, die an ihrer der Lochplatte (6) zugekehrten Seite das dem elastischen Lager (5) zugeordnete starre Lager (12) aufweist.
- Borstenware nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stellplatte (11) im Borstenträger (2) geführt und aus einer Position, in der der Abstand zwischen dem starren (12) und dem elastischen Lager (5) am größten ist, unter Verringerung dieses Abstandes an die Lochplatte (6) zustellbar ist.
- Borstenware nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stellplatte (11) als Schieber ausgebildet ist, der am Borstenträger (2) parallel zur Lochplatte (6) verschieblich geführt ist.
- Borstenware nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei parallel zur Lochplatte (6) am Borstenträger (2) gegenläufig geführte Schieber (25, 26) vorgesehen sind, die zwei jeweils bezüglich der Lagerachse gegenüberliegende Abschnitte der starren Lager (12) aufweisen.
- Borstenware nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastischen Lager (5) aus Zapfen oder Hülsen (17) gebildet sind, die umfangsseitig in den Löchern der Lochplatte (6) gehalten sind und in denen die Borsten (3) mit ihrem befestigungsseitigen Ende verankert sind.
- Borstenware nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die starren Lager (12) an der Stelleinrichtung (10) als Lagerschalen ausgebildet sind, die sich in Richtung zu den elastischen Lagern (5) erweitern und mit deren endständiger Außenkontur (18) korrespondieren.
- Borstenware nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die das elastische Lager (5) bildenden Zapfen bzw. Hülsen (17) an ihrer der Stelleinrichtung (10) zugekehrten Stirnseite eine Vertiefung (20) aufweisen, in die eine das starre Lager (12) bildende Nase (21) der Stelleinrichtung (10) eingreift.
- Borstenware nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die starren Lager (12) aus einem ebenen, zur Lochplatte (6) parallelen Widerlager (23) in Form einer Platte gebildet sind, die mit der endständigen, ebenen Stirnseite (22) der Zapfen bzw. Hülsen (17) zusammenwirkt.
- Borstenware nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Borsten (3) an ihrem befestigungsseitigen Ende zu einer Verdickung (4) aufgeschmolzen sind, mit der sie in dem elastischen Lager (5) verankert sind.
- Borstenware nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verdickung (4) der Borsten (3) in dem die Lochplatte (6) überragenden Bereich des elastischen Lagers (5) angeordnet ist.
- Borstenware nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verdickung (4) in dem elastischen Lager (5) in Höhe der Löcher der Lochplatte (6) angeordnet ist.
- Borstenware nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lochplatte (6) mit den an ihr festgelegten elastischen Lagern (5) und den Borsten (3) auswechselbar an dem Borstenträger (2) befestigt ist.
- Borstenware nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lochplatte (6) an dem Borstenträger (2) verrastet und mittels der Stelleinrichtung (10) auswerfbar ist.
- Borstenware nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Borstenträger (2) im Bereich des Borstenbesatzes eine Ausnehmung (9) aufweist, in der die Stelleinrichtung (10) geführt ist und die von der Lochplatte (6) verschlossen ist.
- Borstenware nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stelleinrichtung (10) eine mit der Stellplatte (11) zusammenwirkende Schraube (16) aufweist, die am Borstenträger (2) gelagert und mit einem am Rücken des Borstenträgers zugänglichen Drehknopf (14) versehen ist.
- Borstenware nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Borstenträger (2) im Bereich (19) des Lagers (15) der Schraube (16) federnd ausgebildet ist und dieser Bereich (19) durch Druck auf den Drehknopf (14) zum Auswerfen der Lochplatte (16) verformbar ist.
- Borstenware nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schieber (26, 27) mittels am Borstenträger (2) zugänglicher Zungen betätigbar sind.
- Borstenware nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die elastischen Lager (5) bildenden Zapfen oder Hülsen (17) aus einem Elastomer bestehen und mit der Lochplatte (6) im Mehrkomponenten-Spritzgießverfahren unter gleichzeitigem Einbetten der befestigungsseitigen Verdickungen (4) der Borsten (3) hergestellt sind.
- Borstenware nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nur ein Teil der Borsten (3) des gesamten Borstenbesatzes in elastischen Lagern (5) verankert ist, während der andere Teil unmittelbar in die Lochplatte (6) eingespritzt ist.
