Definitions
- the invention relates to a rifle lock, especially for a hunting rifle one a striking device, a tensioning device, a trigger device and a Locking device receiving lock housing, the impact device at least one movably guided, which can be acted upon by a prestressable striking spring Impact, the clamping device one over a driver on the impact piece attacking, against the force of a return spring in the bias of the striking spring Movable tension rod, the trigger device a the striking piece in pre-tensioned Strike spring locking in a tensioned position and by means of a trigger in a trigger position releasable the trigger piece release trigger as well as the safety device, a slide and lever mechanism for locking the trigger and / or include impact device.
- Such rifle locks are mostly used in hunting weapons, but they are suitable of course also for other small arms, such as sporting weapons, and take the firing and safety mechanism of the weapon in the form of a structural unit on, single or multi-barrel weapons can be provided and accordingly the Gun lock adapted to the number and arrangement of the barrels, trigger and Has security parts.
- the one or more striking pieces are swiveling or sliding adjustable out and can be via the tensioning device by pretensioning the Bring the associated impact springs into a clamping position and lock them so that a release of these striking elements due to the relaxation of the striking springs Hit the individual striking pieces with the assigned firing pin brings itself and a shot can be triggered.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of a rifle lock of the type described To create type that is relatively simple and rational Producibility due to its favorable trigger characteristics, its susceptibility to faults and distinguishes its high security standard.
- the invention solves this problem in that the trigger linkage from one end on the lock housing, on the other hand there is a knee lever articulated on the hammer, by actuating the tension rod while simultaneously pretensioning the striking spring from an angled trigger position to the clamping position of the striker determining dead or over dead center stretchable and when pressing the Trigger lever for overcoming the dead center position is pressure loaded in opposite directions.
- This The toggle lever results in its dead center or over dead center position a perfect locking of the striking pieces in the tensioned position, this locking takes place without detents and is therefore practically not susceptible to wear.
- the toggle lever To unlock of the striking piece the toggle lever needs from the dead center position via the trigger device to be deflected only slightly to buckle and the striking piece to release what is smallest for actually firing a shot Deduction forces required.
- the desired extended position as a dead or over-dead center position of the toggle lever can be specified within appropriate limits and the trigger path and the trigger force can be adjusted and adjusted, so that absolutely engraver-like trigger characteristics can be achieved.
- the The toggle lever itself is a robust construction part, the function of which is not depends on the processing quality, which is because of the possible large tolerance ranges rational production is guaranteed.
- the knee lever engages with play Striker and / or lock housing and is supported between the lever arms a stretch spring. This ensures that the toggle lever is in its tensioned position even with an inexact clamping movement of the clamping device, because due to the tension spring on the one hand and the movement of the knee lever on the other automatically jumps to its clamping position when the clamping movement is connected Swinging movement of the toggle lever approaches the extended position.
- the resulting elongated striking units can be run-dependent in a corresponding manner Number side by side, preferably also one below the other, in the lock housing be housed, with the housed between the striking units Functional tension rod in the attachment area of all guide rods of the Percussion lies.
- the tension rod can be actuated in various ways, for example by its own hand slide or the like, but it is particularly advantageous if on the slide-adjustable tension rod is a protruding element from the lock housing Swivel lever is articulated, the one with the outstanding lever arm the trigger guard overlaps. So the swivel lever serves at the same time as a normal trigger guard and a swiveling forward of this trigger guard therefore brings with it a tensioning of the striking pieces, this pivoting movement the trigger guard, for example for locking the stock and barrel parts a rifle or the like can be used.
- a readiness lock with which the tension rod is lockable in its cocking position when the rifle is open or the like in a simple way, an impact piece safety device via the drivers of the tension rod, so that in the case of a weapon that is not ready to fire, an unintentional striking of the striking pieces is excluded. Only after the readiness to fire has been established, for example when closing the rifle after loading, the cocking rod released and the usual rifle lock devices can function properly again come into effect. This readiness assurance therefore increases the security of the Weapon considerable.
- the slide and lever mechanism a lower handle locking lever which can be pivoted about a transverse axis and a longitudinally adjustable upper safety slide and a height-adjustable one inserted between the handle locking lever and the locking slide Slider on, with the safety slide in the safety position Hook the catch of the slider with a catch hook and slide the slider behind Release by the safety slide against the handle safety lever against the force a safety spring from the raised safety position into an exemption can be depressed, and the slider forms a window for each impact piece Catch rest, through which window the respective striking piece protrudes and in which It catches with an undercut when the slider is raised to the securing position Catch is hookable.
- the result is a constructively simple, but very effective securing device that acts directly on the striking elements via the slide and thus increases the level of security accordingly.
- the safety position it is Slider raised and can be held by the upper safety slide, which also prevents unwanted release by the handle locking lever.
- the strikers locked in the tensioned position when unlocked and hook a forward movement with their catches into the catches of the slider and knocking off is impossible. Due to the undercut of the catch noses in such a situation, the strikers are disengaged from the outside Impact loads and The like. Not to be feared. To be able to fire a shot Therefore, the safety slide must first be moved to its exemption, in which unhooks the catch hook from the catch web of the slide and the slide releases.
- the handle securing lever is appropriate when gripping the rifle stock depress, causing the slider against the locking spring in its Exemption is lowered in the catch of the window outside the trajectory the striking pieces and their catch nose.
- the beats are unlocked and their unlocking by pulling the trigger allows the knocking off and firing a shot.
- the locking spring pushes the slider back into its raised locking position and when the strikes are cocked, the catch noses are again behind the Catch detents guided, with corresponding contact surfaces a relative movement between Enable strikers and slider. Outside of readiness to fire there is never a safety-free clamping position of the striking pieces.
- the secured slider can be adjusted by moving the striker in the clamping direction and thereby to slide the catch tabs of the striking piece or pieces out of the Safety slide can be unhooked, even if the safety slide is hooked into the slide the strikers are tensioned because such a slider adjustment the relative mobility entails, which leads to the sliding of the catch noses over the catches is necessary.
- the locking spring is used after sliding over immediately resume the proper securing position.
- the slide can be divided and each of the parts form a catch, which slider parts are form-fitting in the height adjustment direction and in the clamping direction are slidably connected together.
- This remains in the height adjustment direction maintain the perfect slide function, but in the transverse direction in the tensioning direction one or the other catch with the associated slider part relative to the other move to a common approach after a postponement to reach the tension rod on both strikers and then sliding over the To enable catch noses of both striking pieces via the associated catch pegs otherwise the slider would be blocked by the latched striker and a Prevents tensioning.
- the handle locking lever works a trigger safety slide slide adjustable together, over which the Trigger movement of the trigger or the trigger is blocked. So that the Make the mobility of the trigger guard dependent on pressing the handle locking lever, so that the trigger can actually only be actuated if also the handle locking lever is pressed.
- a rifle lock 1 for a two-barrel hunting rifle not shown a lock housing 2 with a striking device 3, a clamping device 4, one Trigger device 5 and a safety device 6.
- the striking device 3 comprises two superimposed longitudinally guided striking pieces 310, 320 which are each spring-loaded via a prestressable impact spring 311, 321 and are composed of a front head 312, 322 and a guide rod 313, 323, the guide rods being guided through guide bushings 314, 324 are and the striking springs 311, 321 between the head 312, 322 and Support the guide bush 314, 324 which is fixed to the housing.
- the tensioning device 4 has an adjustable against the force of a return spring 401
- Tensioning rod 402 on the one hand via drivers 403, 404 on the driver lugs 317, 327 of the clamping pieces 310, 320 can be attached and on the other hand a pivot bracket 406 for sliding adjustment of the Tension rod attacks with the corresponding movement play.
- the pivot lever 406 is pivoted about a transverse axis I in the lock housing 2 and forms with his part that protrudes from the lock housing, trigger guard 407.
- the trigger device 5 comprises two toggle levers 510 serving as trigger rods, 520, each associated with one of the striking pieces 310, 320 and an angled one Trigger position in a locking position locking the striking pieces Dead center or over dead center position are stretchable.
- the toggle lever 510 can be connected via a fixed lever arm 512 or the Knee lever 520 via a lever arm 522 and an intermediate transmission lever 523 pressure to overcome the dead center position and thus the assigned Unlock strikers.
- toggle levers 510, 520 engage the toggle levers 510, 520 via slots 514, 524 on the associated abutments 316, 326 of the strikers and the toggle levers 510, 520 via extension springs 515, 525 spring-loaded in the direction of extension.
- extension springs 515, 525 spring-loaded in the direction of extension.
- the securing device 6 has a pivotable about a transverse axis IV lower handle locking lever 601 and a longitudinally adjustable upper safety slide 602 and one between the handle safety lever and the safety slide inserted height-adjustable slide 603, which slide 603 pressed into a raised securing position via a securing spring 604 in which it can be fixed by the safety slide 602, which is connected to a Catch hook 605 hooks a catch web 606 of the slider 603.
- the released Slider 603 can be used by means of the handle securing lever 601 against the force of Depress the locking spring 604 into an exemption, for which the handle locking lever 601 with a corresponding actuating cam 607 on a guide part 608 of the Attacks slider.
- the slider 603 forms 310, 320 for each striker Windows 609, 610 with a catch 611, 612, which striking pieces with their guide rod 313, 323 protrude through the windows 609, 610 and the catches 611, 612 associated catch tabs 318, 328 form.
- the slider 603 is released depressed, the trajectory of the catches of the striking pieces is released, in the raised safety position, however, the catches are in the movement path the catch lugs, so that the striking pieces advance from the clamping position inevitably causes the catch lugs 318, 328 to latch onto the catch webs 611, 612 of the slider leads.
- a trigger safety slide acts with the handle locking lever 601 in the lower area 613 together, in its basic position the movement of the Trigger lever 511, 521 blocked and only by pressing the handle locking lever and the associated longitudinal adjustment enables actuation of the trigger, why locking lugs 614 from a locking surface in the area of a corresponding recess 527 or a locking projection 615 from the area of a counterstop 517 be moved.
- the trigger guard 407 is swung forward, with which the tension rod 402 is pushed back via the articulation point 405 and thus the strikers 310, 320 with simultaneous pretensioning via the drivers 403, 404 the impact springs 311, 312 takes it into the tensioned position (FIG. 6).
- the knee levers 510, 520 become clamping movement of the clamping pieces because of their articulation on the strikers from their angled trigger position (Fig. 1) in the respective Brought in the stretched position and lock the striking pieces in the tensioned position (Figs. 2 and 3).
- a standby 7 (Fig. 4 and 5) that by means of a locking bolt 71, the clamping rod 402 in its cocked position when the weapon is open blocked and an unwanted knocking off impossible.
- the tie rod 402 is by an actuating pin 72 which is axially displaceable when the weapon is closed and thereby the locking bolt 71 against the force of a suitable contact surfaces 73
- Locking spring 74 pushes back into its unlocked position, released so that only when the weapon is properly closed, i.e. when the weapon is ready to fire the proper lock function is also given.
- the locking slide 602 fixes the slider 603 in the locking position and in unwanted trigger remains without triggering a shot. Should the vibration or the like one or the other striking piece would be unlocked, the catch nose 318, 328 of the Snap the impact piece in the catch 611, 612 of the slide piece 603 without it would come to a shot. After such a latching would have to be re-tensioned, to get the rifle ready to fire again.
- the handle securing lever 601 can be depressed, which also slides it 603 lowered into the exemption and the track for the striking pieces opens. Flextime this also pulls the trigger safety slide 613 into one of the trigger levers 511, 512 releasing sliding position brought so that now either by pressing the one and / or another trigger the one or the other toggle lever 510, 520 brought the dead center and thus the associated hammer is unlocked so that proposes the striker on the ignition pin assigned to it and the shot breaks.
- the catch lugs 318, 328 form corresponding rear Thrust faces 319, 329, so that catches or catches when clamping can slide over each other. So that such a sliding over each other, the depression of the slider 603 required, even when fixed by the safety slide 602 is possible, there is free space in the area of the safety slide 602 616, which is pivoted out of a slot pin guide 617 Slider 603 from the hook-secured position during a clamping movement the clamping pieces allowed and then play for the sliding piece to slide over each other of catch noses and catch pegs. After cocking the strikers the slider jumps back into the locking position.
- the slider 603 is divided into two (FIGS. 8 and 9) and are one Catch catch 611 one part 6031 and the other catch catch 621 the other part 6032 assigned which parts 6031, 6032 in the direction of clamping relative to each other such a tensioning movement can also be carried out, if in exceptional cases one of the strikes is knocked off and the other in his Catch latch is engaged, so that the rifle lock without disassembling even in extreme situations can be brought back into proper working order.
