Abstract

Die Klappcouch (KC) hat ein Untergestell (1), ein mit einer Rückenlehne (3) in eine Liegefläche umklappbares Sitzteil (2) und einen unter dem Sitzteil (2) angeordneten Bettkasten (4), und eine neben der Klappcouch stehende, mit ihrem Sitz-Liegeteil (5) in der Sitzstellung der Klappcouch (KC) über das Couch-Sitzteil frontseitig vorstehenden Recamiere (R). Das Sitzteil (2) ist mit dem Bettkasten (4) bei der Umwandlung in die Liegefläche auf einem begrenzten Weg (W) im Untergestell (1) frontseitig herausziehbar gelagert und dabei liegt das Sitzteil (2) mit seiner frontseitigen Längskante (2a) und die Rückenlehne (3) mit ihrer hinteren Längskante (3a) mit beiden Querkanten (5a, 5b) des Sitz-Liegeteiles (5) der Recamiere (R) in einer Flucht. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Klappcouch mit einem Untergestell, einem mit einer Rückenlehne mittels Beschlägen aus einer Sitzstellung in eine flache Liegefläche umwandelbaren Sitzteil und mit einem unter dem Sitzteil angeordneten Bettkasten, und einer neben der Klappcouch stehenden, mit ihrer Sitz-Liegefläche in der Sitzstellung der Klappcouch über das Couch-Sitzteil frontseitig vorstehenden Recamiere.
Bei derartigen Sitz-Liegemöbeln liegt auch das mit der Rückenlehne in eine flache Liegeflachenlage verschwenkte Sitzteil frontseitig gegenüber der Recamiere zurück und die Rückenlehne erstreckt sich mit einem Teil ihrer Liegeflächentiefe über die gesamte Stärke der Rückenlehne der Recamiere, d.h. die Hinterkante der Couch-Rückenlehne und die Hinterseite der Recamieren-Rückenlehne liegen in einer Flucht. Hierdurch sind beide Liegeflächen gegeneinander versetzt und es liegt eine ungleichförmige Liegefläche von Couch und Recamiere vor, und der hintere Platz der Couch kann durch die stehende Rückenlehne der Recamiere und der vordere Platz des Sitz-Liegeteiles der Recamiere durch die zurückliegende Liegefläche der Couch nicht genutzt werden, so daß eine verkleinerte Liegeflächentiefe vorhanden ist.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, die Klappcouch in einfacher Weise in der Liegestellung mit dem Sitz-Liegeteil der Recamiere zu einer gleichförmigen, vergrößerten und voll nutzbaren Liegeflache zu bringen.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß das Sitzteil mit dem Bettkasten bei der Umwandlung in die Liegefläche auf einem begrenzten Weg im Untergestell frontseitig herausziehbar gelagert ist und dabei das Sitzteil mit seiner frontseitigen Längskante und die Rückenlehne mit ihrer hinteren Längskante mit beiden Querkanten des Sitz-Liegeteiles der Recamiere in einer Flucht verbracht worden sind.
Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Aufgabenlösung sind in den Unteransprüchen enthalten.
Die Klappcouch gemäß der Erfindung ist in einfacher Weise in der Liegestellung mit dem Sitz-Liegeteil der Recamiere zu einer gleichförmigen, vergrößerten und voll nutzbaren Liegefläche verbracht worden. Dieses ist durch den zusätzlichen Auszug des Sitzteiles mit Rückenlehne der Couch mit ihrem Bettkasten erreicht worden, in dem das Sitzteil frontseitig mit dem Sitz-Liegeteil der Recamiere und die Couch-Rückenlehne hinten aus dem Bereich der Rückenlehne der Recamiere nach vorn gezogen ist. Sitz-Liegeteil der Recamiere und Sitzteil mit Rückenlehne der Couch bilden eine rechteckige Liegefläche, die unter Vermeidung von totem Raum voll nutzbar ist.
Die Verschiebung des Bettkastens mit Sitzteil und Rückenlehne ist durch bodenseitige Laufleisten und bettkastenseitigen Laufrollen einfach und kostengünstig ausgeführt. Die Herauszugsgröße des Bettkastens wird durch Stopper an den Laufleisten begrenzt, und in eingeschobenem Zustand des Bettkastens nehmen Einlaufschrägen der Laufleisten die Laufrollen des Bettkastens lagegesichert auf.
Das Untergestell der Couch, der Recamiere und des Bettkastens sowie die Laufleisten bestehen aus Holz.
Die Couch und die Recamiere sind gleichförmig gepolstert.
Durch Steckbeschlage ist eine wahlweise Rechts-Linksanordnung der Recamiere an der Klappcouch und die Armlehnen sind ebenfalls steckbar an beiden Möbelteilen vorgesehen.
Auf den Zeichnungen ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung dargestellt, welches nachfolgend näher erläutert wird. Es zeigt:

Die Klappcouch (KC) weist ein Untergestell (1), ein mit einer Rückenlehne (3) in eine Liegefläche umklappbares Sitzteil (2) und einen unter dem Sitzteil (2) angeordneten Bettkasten (4) auf. Neben der Klappcouch (KC) steht eine mit ihrem Sitz-Liegeteil (5) in der Sitzstellung der Klappcouch (KC) über das Couch-Sitzteil (2) frontseitig vorstehende Recamiere (R).
Das Sitzteil (2) der Klappcouch (KC) ist mit dem Bettkasten (4) bei der Umwandlung in die Liegefläche auf einem begrenzten Weg (W) im Untergestell (1) frontseitig herausziehbar gelagert, und dabei wird das Sitzteil (2) mit seiner frontseitigen Längskante (2a) und die Rückenlehne (3) mit ihrer hinteren Längskante (3a) mit beiden Querkanten (5a, 5b) des Sitz-Liegeteiles (5) der Recamiere (R) in eine Flucht gebracht.
Der Bettkasten (4) mit Sitzteil (2) ist mit Laufrollen (6, 7) verfahrbar und auf seitlichen Laufschienen (8) mit Anschlägen (9, 10) begrenzt im Untergestell (1) herausziehbar und einfahrbar angeordnet.
In beiden Seitenbereichen liegt unter dem Bettkasten (4) am Untergestell (1) je eine bodenseitige Laufschiene (8), auf der der Bettkasten (4) mit je einer rückseitigen Laufrolle (6) verfahrbar und in der eingefahrenen und herausgezogenen Stellung verschiebefixiert ist.
Jede Laufschiene (8) hat am hinteren Ende eine schräg abfallende Einlauffläche (10) und im Abstand davor einen Stopper (9), wie Vorsprung oder Mulde, für die beiden Bettkasten-Endstellungen; der Abstand des Stoppers (9) bestimmt den Auszugsweg (W) des Bettkastens (4) mit Sitzteil (2).
Die beiden Laufschienen (8) sind an Seitenteilen (1a) des Untergestells (1) befestigt und frontseitig durch eine Querzarge (8a) miteinander verbunden.
Die Laufschienen (8) und die Querzarge (8a) sind von Holzleisten gebildet.
Die Klappcouch (KC) hat an ihrem der Recamiere (R) abgewandten Breitenende eine Armlehne (11), und die Recamiere (R) besitzt im Abschluß an ihr Sitz-Liegeteil (5) eine Rückenlehne (12) mit Armlehne (13).
Die beiden Armlehnen (11, 13) sind durch Steckbeschläge an der Klappcouch (KC) und der Recamiere (R) lösbar festgelegt und die Recamiere (R) ist ebenfalls durch Steckbeschläge mit der Klappcouch (KC) lösbar verbunden; hierdurch ist ein wahlweiser Links-Rechts-Anbau der Recamiere (R) an der Klappcouch (KC) und ein wechselweises Anstecken der gleich aufgebauten Armlehnen (11, 13) an der Klappcouch (KC) und der Recamiere (R) möglich.
Das Sitzteil (2) ist mit der Rückenlehne (3) und dem Bettkasten (4) durch einen Schwenkbeschlag (14) verbunden. Der Bettkasten (4) und das Untergestell (1) stellen praktisch einen doppelten Holzkasten dar.
In der Sitzstellung der Klappcouch (KC) liegt das Sitzteil (2) mit seiner frontseitigen Längskante (2a) gegenüber der frontseitigen Querkante (5a) des Sitz-Liegeteiles (5) der Recamiere (R) zurück und beide Rückenlehnen (3, 12) liegen nebeneinander in einer Flucht.
Beim Umwandeln der Klappcouch (KC) in eine Liegefläche wird das Sitzteil (2) mit der Rückenlehne (3) verschwenkt und gegeneinander verklappt, so daß die Rückenlehne (3) mit dem Sitzteil (2) in eine flache Lage gelangt; gleichzeitig wird das Sitzteil (2) mit Rückenlehne (3) mit dem Bettkasten (4) nach vorn um das Maß (W) bis zum Stopper (9) ausgezogen, so daß dann die frontseitige Längskante (2a) des Sitzteiles (2) mit der Frontkante (5a) des Sitz-Liegeteiles (5) der Recamiere (R) in einer Flucht liegt und die hintenliegende Längskante (3a) der Rücklehne (3) mit der Hinterkante (5b) des Sitz-Liegeteiles (5) ebenfalls fluchtet, also vor der Rückenlehne (12) der Recamiere (R) liegt. Hierdurch liegend beide Liegeflächen (5 und 2, 3) in einer gemeinsamen Rechteckform und es ist eine gleichförmige, vergrößerte Liegefläche geschaffen.
Beim Zurückwandeln der Klappcouch (KC) in ein Sitzmöbel werden Sitzteil (2) und Rückenlehne (3) wieder geklappt, die Rückenlehne (3) aufgestellt und beide Teile (2, 3) mit dem Bettkasten eingeschoben, der dann beim Einlaufen seiner hinteren Laufrollen (6) in die Einlaufschrägen (10) verschiebegesichert wird.

Claims (6)

  1. Klappcouch mit einem Untergestell, einem mit einer Rückenlehne in eine Liegefläche umklappbaren Sitzteil und einem unter dem Sitzteil angeordneten Bettkasten, und einer neben der Klappcouch stehenden, mit ihrem Sitz-Liegeteil in der Sitzstellung der Klappcouch über das Couch-Sitzteil frontseitig vorstehenden Recamiere,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daR das Sitzteil (2) mit dem Bettkasten (4) bei der Umwandlung in die Liegefläche auf einem begrenzten Weg (W) im Untergestell (1) frontseitig herausziehbar gelagert ist und dabei das Sitzteil (2) mit seiner frontseitigen Längskante (2a) und die Rückenlehne (3) mit ihrer hinteren Längskante (3a) mit beiden Querkanten (5a, 5b) des Sitz-Liegeteiles (5) der Recamiere (R) in einer Flucht liegen.
  2. Klappcouch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daR der Bettkasten (4) mit Laufrollen (6, 7) verfahrbar und auf seitlichen Laufschienen (8) mit Anschlägen (9, 10) begrenzt herausziehbar und einfahrbar ist.
  3. Klappcouch nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in beiden Seitenbereichen unter dem Bettkasten (4) am Untergestell (1) je eine bodenseitige Laufschiene (8) befestigt ist, auf der der Bettkasten (4) mit je einer rückseitigen Laufrolle (7) verfahrbar und in der eingefahrenen und herausgezogenen Stellung verschiebefixiert ist.
  4. Klappcouch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Laufschiene (8) am hinteren Ende eine schräg abfallende Einlauffläche (10) und im Abstand davor einen Stopper (9), wie Vorsprung oder Mulde, für die beiden Bettkasten-Endstellungen hat.
  5. Klappcouch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Laufschienen (8) an Seitenteilen (1a) des Untergestells (1) befestigt und frontseitig durch eine Querzarge (8a) miteinander verbunden sind.
  6. Klappcouch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laufschienen (8) und die Querzarge (8a) von Holzleisten gebildet sind.
