Claims (10)
- Schiffsantrieb bestehend aus einer Antriebsmaschine und einer damit direkt verbundenen mit einem Propeller versehenen Propellerwelle, deren Schub von einem Drucklager aufgenommen wird sowie einem Zusatzantrieb, bestehend aus einer wahlweise als Generator oder Motor zu betreibenden elektrischen Maschine, die über eine Kupplung mit einem Getriebe verbunden ist und ein Zahnrad des Getriebes die Propellerwelle umschließt und mit ihr über eine flexible Kupplung verbunden ist, wobei zwischen Getriebe und Antriebsmaschine auf einem Abschnitt der Propellerwelle eine den Propellerschub übertragende schaltbare Kupplung angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die auf einem separaten Abschnitt (10) der Propellerwelle angeordnete Kupplung (2) spielfrei ist und mit einem spielfreien Hilfsdrucklager (3) verknüpft ist, das bei Hilfs- oder Notbetrieb des Schiffes aktivierbar ist, wobei der entsprechend verringerte Propellerschub über das Hilfsdrucklager (3) auf ein in der Antriebsmaschine angeordnetes Drucklager in den Schiffsrumpf eingeleitet wird. - Schiffsantrieb nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Normalbetrieb der antriebsseitige Flansch (1) der Antriebsmaschine über eine Schraubverbindung (21) mit einem ringscheibenförmigen Flansch (22) verbunden ist, der wiederum über eine Schraubverbindung (23) mit der an sich bekannten drehmomentübertragenden Kupplung (2) verbunden ist. - Schiffsantrieb nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß bei Vorwärtsfahrt des Schiffes zur Übertragung des verringerten Propellerschubes auf der zwischen Propellerwelle (4) und antriebsseitigem Flansch (1) angeordneten Druckwelle (10) ein aufgezogener Druckbund (25) angeordnet ist, der über eine mit Vorwärtsdrucksteinen versehene Ringscheibe (29) mit dem ringscheibenförmigen Flansch (22) zusammenwirkt. - Schiffsantrieb nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß bei Rückwärtsfahrt des Schiffes zur Übertragung des verringerten Propellerschubes auf der zwischen Propellerwelle (4) und antriebsseitigem Flansch (1) angeordneten Druckwelle (10) ein aufgezogener Druckbund (25) angeordnet ist, der über eine mit Rückwärtsdrucksteinen versehene Ringscheibe (28) mit einem abgewinkelten Halteflansch (26) zusammenwirkt, wobei der Halteflansch (26) über eine Schraubverbindung (30) mit dem ringscheibenförmigen Flansch (22) verbunden ist. - Schiffsantrieb nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Druckbund (25) mittels einer Kontermutter (35) positionierbar ist. - Schiffsantrieb nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schraubverbindung (30) mit einer Mutter (31) gesichert ist, die über einen Axialvorspannring (32) und einer damit zusammenwirkenden Konterringmutter (33) mit dem ringscheibenförmigen Flansch (22) verbunden ist. - Schiffsantrieb nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schmierung der Lagerstellen der Druckwelle (10) über einen im antriebsseitigen stillstehenden Flansch (1) angeordneten radial verlaufenden Kanal (36) erfolgt, der mit einem durch die Druckwelle (10) führenden in der Mittelachse liegenden Kanal (37) verbunden ist, wobei der Zentralkanal (37) wiederum radial verlaufende Abzweige (38, 39) zu den Lagerstellen (24, 27) aufweist. - Schiffsantrieb nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die dem Antriebsflansch (1) zugewandte Lagerstelle (24) der Druckwelle (10) als zentrierendes Lager ausgebildet ist. - Schiffsantrieb nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im antriebsseitigen stillstehenden Flansch (1) ein radial verlaufender Kanal (40) angeordnet ist, der im Zwischenraum zwischen Druckwelle (10) und antriebsseitigem Flansch (1) mündet. - Schiffsantrieb nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Getriebe (5) als Ein- oder Zweiganggetriebe ausgebildet ist.
