Claims (16)
- Vorspinnmaschine
mit einer Antriebseinheit (9),
mit Pressfinger aufweisenden Flügeln, die sich durch Zentrifugalwirkung an Einfangbereiche (5a) der Hülsen (5) anlegen,
mit einer Auswerte- und Steuereinheit (7) zum Steuern der Antriebseinheit (9),
wobei die Antriebseinheit (9) durch die Auswerte- und Steuereinheit (7) selbsttätig oder auf Anforderung so ansteuerbar ist, daß die Flügel (3) mit einer ersten Tipp-Drehzahl rotieren, die kleiner ist als die zu einem selbsttätigen Einfangen der Lunte durch eine oder mehrere Hülsen (5) erforderliche Drehzahl, und
wobei die Antriebseinheit (9) durch die Auswerte- und Steuereinheit (7) selbsttätig oder auf Anforderung so ansteuerbar ist, daß die Flügel (3) mit einer zweiten Tipp-Drehzahl rotieren, die geeignet ist, die Lunte durch eine oder mehrere Hülsen (5) selbsttätig einzufangen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Antriebseinheit (9) durch die Auswerte- und Steuereinheit (7) selbsttätig oder auf Anforderung so ansteuerbar ist, daß die Flügel (3) mit einer dritten Tipp-Drehzahl rotieren, die niedriger als die erste Tippdrehzahl und geeignet ist, eine definierte Winkelstellung der Flügel (3) mit Kriech-Drehzahl anzufahren. - Vorspinnmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auswerte- und Steuereinheit (7) ein START-Taster (11) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorspinnmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auswerte- und Steuereinheit (7) abhängig von einem oder mehreren ihr zugeführten Auswahlsignalen (17, 19, 22) dem START-Taster wenigstens zwei bei einer Betätigung des START-Tasters (11) auslösbare Ansteuerfunktionen für die Antriebseinheit (9) zuordnet.
- Vorspinnmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bereich der Flügel (3) der Maschine mit mindestens einer zu öffnenden Abdeckung (23) abdeckbar sind, dass wenigstens ein Sensor (21) zur Erfassung der Stellung der Abdekkungen (23) vorgesehen ist und dass das Signal (22) des wenigstens einen Sensors (21) der Auswerte- und Steuereinheit (7) als Auswahlsignal zugeführt ist.
- Vorspinnmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auswerte- und Steuereinheit (7) bei Detektieren mindestens einer geöffneten Abdeckung (23) die Antriebsgeschwindigkeit auf eine maximale Drehzahl der Flügel (3) begrenzt, welche eine Bedienergefährdung ausschließt.
- Vorspinnmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Tipp-Drehzahl gleich der maximalen Drehzahl gewählt ist.
- Vorspinnmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Betätigen des START-Tasters (11) bei stillgesetzter Maschine und mindestens einer geöffneten Abdeckung (23) die Auswerte- und Steuereinheit (7) die Antriebseinheit (9) auf die Tipp-Kriechdrehzahl hochfährt.
- Vorspinnmaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auswerte- und Steuereinheit (7) die Antriebseinheit (9) nach einem vorbestimmten Zeitraum (t6) oder nach einer vorbestimmten Anzahl von Umdrehungen der Flügel (3) stillsetzt.
- Vorspinnmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Betätigen des START-Tasters (11) bei stillgesetzter Maschine und mindestens einer geöffneten Abdeckung (23) für eine Betätigungszeit (t5), die größer ist als ein vorgegebener Schwellwert (dt2), die Auswerte- und Steuereinheit (7) die Antriebseinheit (9) zunächst auf die Tipp-Kriechdrehzahl hochfährt, diese für eine vorbestimmte Zeitspanne beibehält und anschließend auf die erste Tipp-Drehzahl beschleunigt.
- Vorspinnmaschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auswerte- und Steuereinheit (7) die Antriebseinheit (9) stillsetzt, sobald die Betätigung des START-Tasters (11) beendet ist.
- Vorspinnmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Detektieren von ausschließlich geschlossenen Abdeckungen (23) die Auswerte- und Steuereinheit (7) bei einer Betätigung des START-Tasters (11) bei stillgesetzter Maschine für eine Zeitspanne (t1), die kleiner ist als ein Schwellwert (dt1), die Antriebseinheit auf die Betriebsdrehzahl der Flügel (3) beschleunigt.
- Vorspinnmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Detektieren von ausschließlich geschlossenen Abdeckungen (23) die Auswerte- und Steuereinheit (7) bei einer Betätigung des START-Tasters (11) bei stillgesetzter Maschine für eine Zeitspanne (t2), die größer ist als der Schwellwert (dt1), die Antriebseinheit zunächst auf die zweite Tipp-Drehzahl beschleunigt.
- Vorspinnmaschine nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auswerte- und Steuereinheit (7) die Antriebseinheit (9) nach einem Ende der Betätigung des START-Tasters (11) von der zweiten Tipp-Drehzahl auf die Betriebsdrehzahl der Flügel (3) beschleunigt.
- Vorspinnmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auswerte- und Steuereinheit (7) bei einer Betätigung des START-Tasters (11) für eine Zeitspanne (t3) während einer Betriebsphase der Maschine mit einer Drehzahl, die größer ist als die zweite Tipp-Drehzahl, die Antriebseinheit (9) auf die zweite Tipp-Drehzahl verzögert.
- Vorspinnmaschine nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auswerte- und Steuereinheit (7) die Antriebseinheit (9) nach einem Ende der Betätigung des START-Tasters (11) von der zweiten Tipp-Drehzahl wiederum auf die Betriebsdrehzahl beschleunigt.
- Vorspinnmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auswerte- und Steuereinheit (7) ein STOPP-Taster (25) zugeordnet ist und dass bei einem Betätigen des STOPP-Tasters (25) die Auswerte- und Steuereinheit (7) die Antriebseinheit (9) stillsetzt.
