Claims (10)
- Tragende Struktur und Aufbau eines Kabinenkörpers mit Boden, Wänden, Decke und Tür für eine Aufzugskabine bestehend aus vorfabrizierten Elementen und vormontierten Baugruppen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Struktur und der Aufbau der Aufzugskabine in der Form eines selbsttragenden Raumkörpers mit wählbaren Abmessungen aus unterschiedlich ausgebildeten Strangpressprofilen (7.1, 8, 10.1, 11, 12.2, 12.3, 15, 16), Schraub-Verbindungselementen (6, 10.4, 10.5, 10.9, 12.1, 12.6, 12.7) und Verbundplatten (9.1, 13.1) besteht und, mit den erwähnten Teilen zusammengefügt, eine gebrauchsfertige Aufzugskabine bildet.
- Aufzugskabine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbundplatten (9.1, 13.1) eigensteif ausgebildet sind, und dass die nach dem Kabineninnern gerichteten Oberflächen der Verbundplatten (9.1, 13.1) eine, eine zusätzliche Kabinenverkleidung ersetzende, widerstandsfähige, gebrauchsfertige Oberfläche aufweisen.
- Aufzugskabine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbundplatten (9.1, 13.1) nach dem Zuschnitt auf Höhe und Breite ohne mechanische Nachbearbeitung einen montagebereiten Zustand aufweisen, und dass die Verbundplatten (9.1, 13.1) beim Zusammenbau eines Kabinenkörpers ausschliesslich von entsprechenden Ausformungen von Strangpressprofilen (7.1, 8, 10, 10.1, 11, 12.2, 12.3, 15, 16) und eingelegten elastischen Profilen (8.3, 8.4) in definierter Einbaulage gehalten werden.
- Aufzugskabine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit dem als ein Trägerprofil ausgebildeten Installationsprofil (11) eine tragende Teilstruktur des Kabinenkörpers in der Form von zwei Seitenkanälen gebildet wird.
- Aufzugskabine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verschiedenen Strangpressprofile (7.1, 8, 10.1, 11, 12.2, 12.3, 15, 16) mittels Schraub-Verbindungselementen (6, 10.4, 10.5, 10.9, 12.1, 12.6, 12.7) zusammengefügt werden.
- Aufzugskabine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Installationsprofil (11) für die Aufnahme von aufzugsspezifischen elektrischen Apparaten und Installationen, sowie deren Verdrahtungen ausgebildet ist.
- Aufzugskabine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Installationsprofil (11) für die Aufnahme von Lüftungs- und Klimaeinrichtungen ausgebildet ist.
- Aufzugskabine nach Anspruch 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Installationsprofil (11) zum Kabineninneren hin eine lösbare Abdeckung aufweist.
- Aufzugskabine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine aus der Verbundplatte (13.1) bestehende Rückwand (13) von vertikalen Eckprofilen (8) gehalten und mittels einem Bodenrahmenprofil (10.1) und einem Boden- und Rückwandhalterprofil (16) unten abgestützt und gehalten wird.
- Aufzugskabine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Strangpressprofile (7.1, 8, 10.1, 11, 12.2, 12.3, 15, 16) Anschlagflächen, Montagenuten (8.1, 8.2, 10.2, 10.3, 12.4) und Führungsnuten (12.5) aufweisen.
