Claims (10)
- Dispositif de formation de la foule pour métier à tisser du type Jacquard dans lequel l'actionnement vertical alternatif de deux séries de couteaux (1, 1') est opéré à partir d'un arbre d'entrée (10) animé d'un mouvement de rotation continu, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend deux arbres longitudinaux (20, 21) disposés co-axialement à l'intérieur d'un tube rigide (22) solidaire de deux platines (23, 24) de support desdits arbres et d'un mécanisme à cames (13-17) transmettant un mouvement de rotation alternatif dudit arbre d'entrée auxdits arbres longitudinaux.
- Dispositif de formation de la foule selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites platines (23, 24) sont montées de façon amovible sur une structure (5, 6) dudit dispositif.
- Dispositif de formation de la foule selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdites platines (23, 24) sont aptes à être montées sur ladite structure (5, 6) dans deux positions correspondant respectivement au positionnement dudit arbre d'entrée (10) d'un côté ou de l'autre dudit dispositif.
- Dispositif de formation de la foule selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdites platines (23, 24) sont asymétriques, c'est-à-dire que l'axe (XX') commun audits arbres longitudinaux (20, 21) est décalé par rapport à l'axe médian (YY') desdites platines.
- Dispositif de formation de la foule selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdites platines sont symétriques, c'est-à-dire que l'axe commun auxdits arbres longitudinaux est sécant avec l'axe médian desdites platines.
- Dispositif de formation de la foule selon l'une des revendications précédentes comprenant des modules électromagnétiques de sélection des crochets en appui sur lesdits couteaux, caractérisé en ce que lesdits modules (31') sont répartis dans des paniers (31) aptes à être mis en place dans ledit dispositif une fois lesdits modules en place dans lesdits paniers.
- Procédé de montage d'un dispositif de formation de la foule, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à pré-monter, d'une part, une structure (5, 6) équipée de modules de sélection (31') et, d'autre part, un ensemble d'entraínement rigide comprenant deux arbres longitudinaux (20, 21) disposés co-axialement à l'intérieur d'un tube rigide (22) solidaire de deux platines (23, 24) et un mécanisme à cames (13-17) et à monter ledit ensemble d'entraínement sur ladite structure équipée de modules.
- Procédé de montage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à équiper ladite structure en modules (31') répartis en paniers (31) pré-montés.
- Procédé de montage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le montage dudit ensemble d'entraínement (13-17, 20-24) sur ladite structure (5, 6) équipée de modules (31') est réalisé de façon amovible.
- Métier à tisser de type Jacquard équipé d'un dispositif de formation de la foule selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6 ou monté selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9.
