Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum Verfahren von Traversen (3) für den Transport von zu verzinkenden Werkstücken an Tragschienen (1) mittels einer aus mehreren Fahrwerken (2) bestehenden Fahreinheit, wobei die Traverse (3) mit jedem Fahrwerk (2) über jeweils eine Hubeinrichtung (7) zum Absenken der zu verzinkenden Werkstücke in das Zinkbad verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Werkstücke über starre Aufhängevorrichtungen (12) an der Unterseite der Traverse (3) aufgehängt sind und daß im Bereich des Verzinkungsbades mindestens zwei die Enden der Traverse (3) belastende Absenkvorrichtungen (13) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Absenkvorrichtung (13) mit einer Rütteleinrichtung (18) versehen ist, um die Traverse (3) und die an der Unterseite der Traverse (3) aufgehängten Werkstücke zumindest während des Absenkens der Werkstücke in das Zinkbad sowie während des Herausziehens der Werkstücke aus dem Zinkbad einer Rüttelbewegung zu unterziehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Absenkvorrichtung (13) aus mindestens einem mit einer Verschwenkeinrichtung (14) verbundenen, an einem senkrechten Pfosten (15) schwenkbar angelenkten Hebelarm (16) besteht, an dessen freiem Ende ein Andrückelement (17) für die abzusenkende Traverse (3) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mit dem Hebelarm (16) verbundene Schwenkantrieb als hydraulisch oder pneumatisch angetriebene Zylinder-Kolben-Einheit ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rütteleinrichtung (18) auf dem am vorderen Ende des Hebelarms (16) angeordneten Andrückelement (17) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rütteleinrichtung (18) als mit einer Unwucht versehener Drehantrieb ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Andrückelement (17) als nach unten offenes U-Profil ausgebildet ist.
