Claims (14)

  1. Verfahren zum Reinigen von Containern und mehr spezifisch Landbaukasten, wobei
    ein Kasten (3) in einem Reinigungsraum (7) aufgestellt ist,
    worauf der Kasten (3) in einer Klemmvorrichtung (14) wird eingeklemmt;
    worauf der Kasten (3) und die Unterseite des Reinigungsraums voneinander abbewogen werden;
    und der Kasten um eine Drehungsachse über den Kopf umgedreht wird, wobei die auswärts gerichteten Oberflächen der Kastenwände während Drehung mit Wasserstrahldüsen (25) abgespritzt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einwärts gerichteten Oberflächen der Kastenwände (3) während Drehung mit Wasserstrahldüsen (36) abgespritzt werden, und daß die Wasserstrahldüsen (36) in den Kasten bewogen werden, um die einwärts gerichteten Oberflächen der Kastenwände (3) während Drehung zu spritzen.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wasserstrahldüsen (36) für die einwärts gerichteten Oberflächen des Kastens (3) mit dem Kasten (3) gedreht werden.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kasten (3) gedreht wird nachdem der Kasten und die Unterseite des Reinigungsraums (7) voneinander abbewogen worden sind.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kasten (3) vor der Drehung gehoben wird.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß während der Drehung der Kasten (3) entlang der Wasserstrahldüsen (25) für die auswärts gerichteten Oberflächen des Kastens (3) geführt wird.
  6. Vorrichtung zum Reinigen von Containern, wie zum Beispiel Kasten, für die vorübergehende Lagerung von Landbauprodukten wobei die Vorrichtung umfaßt:
    ein erstes Gestell (14) worin ein zu reinigender Kasten (3) aufgestellt werden kann;
    welches erste Gestell mit Klemmmitteln (15), welche dienen zum auf klemmende Weise an der Stelle Behalten des Kastens, wenn dieser Kasten innerhalb des ersten Gestells aufgestellt ist, versehen ist;
    Antriebs- und Drehmittel um das erste Gestell und die Klemmmittel rund eine horizontale Drehachse (18) zu drehen;
    Mittel zum Abspritzen der Kastenwände, umfassend eine Zufuhrleitung für die Zufuhr von Reinigungsmittel, wie Wasser oder einer anderen Reinigungsflüssigkeit, welche Zufuhrleitung mit einer Leitung verbunden ist, welche an dem Ende mit einer oder mehreren Spritzöffnungen versehen ist, wobei die Zufuhrleitung an dem ersten Gestell verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Abspritzen Wasserstrahldüsen (36) zum Reinigen der Innerseite des Kastens (3) umfassen, wobei die Vorrichtung weiter mit Versetzungsmittefn, um die Wasserstrahldüsen (36) in den Kasten zum Reinigen zu bewegen, versehen ist.
  7. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 6, weiter versehen mit Mitteln, zum Beispiel Hebemitteln, um der Abstand zwischen der Drehachse und der Unterseite des Gestells zu ändern.
  8. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung (1) ein zweites oder festes Gestell (19) umfaßt, worin das erste Gestell (14) aufgestellt ist, sowie eine Zufuhrbahn (11) und eine Abfuhrbahn (38), und daß die Mittel zum Abspritzen der Wände ebenfalls Mittel (25) zum Abspritzen der Außenseite des Kastens umfassen, welche Mittel eine Leitung (24), die mit mehreren Spritzöffnungen (25) versehen ist, welche dienen um die Außenseite der Kasten spritzen zu können, umfassen, und welche Leitung mit der Zufuhrleitung verbunden is.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die an der Außenseite des Kastens angeordneten Wasserstrahldüsen ein Rohr (24) mit auf regelmäßigem Abstand voneinander aufgestellten Düsen (25) für Wasser umfassen, welche Düsen Wasserstrahldüsen auf die Wand über die ganze Breite des Kastens spritzen, wobei mit Hilfe von Kastenmitteln die Wasserstrahldüsen während dem Drehen des Kastens immer nahezu senkrecht auf die Wand des Kastens (3) spritzen.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Ansprüchen 7 und 8, gekennzeichnet durch Führungsmittel (27) zum senkrecht auf die Kasten Richten der Düsen (25), mit einer Steuerscheibe oder Führungsschiene (27) mit einem Umriß, der zumindest teilweise hauptsächlich dem Umriß des zu reinigenden Kastens (3) folgt, welche Führungsschiene angeordnet ist um zugleich mit dem Kasten in dem Gestell zu drehen, wobei das Rohr (24) mit den Düsen (25) bezüglich des Gestells kippbar an einem Arm (20) angeordnet ist, wobei während dem Drehen des Kastens ein Sensor oder Läufer (21) entlang dem Umfang der Führungschiene bewegt, welcher Läufer starr mit dem mit Düsen (25) versehenen Rohr (24) verbunden ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsmittel (27) mit Mitteln zum Korrigieren der Drehgeschwindigkeit womit der Kasten gekippt wird, mit Hilfe eines Signals, abhängig von dem Stand des Läufers, versehen sind.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6-11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Gestell (14) einen Wasserspritzkopf (33) umfaßt, welcher, mit der Hilfe von Versetzungsmitteln, wie zum Beispiel einem pneumatischen Zylinder (32), in einem zu reinigenden Kasten (3) aufgestellt werden kann.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6-12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Bügel, worin eine Wasserzufuhr angeordnet ist, über die offene Seite des Kastens (3) aufgestellt ist und zugleich mit dem Kasten rundgedreht werden kann.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6-13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, die Vorrichtung (7, 11, 19) mobil (37) ist.
