Claims (4)
- Ueberstromschutzschalter, insbesondere Motorschutzschalter, mit in einem Gehäuse (1) untergebrachten Festkontaktstücken (2) und diese in der Einschaltstellung des Ueberstromschutzschalters je Phase überbrückenden, unter der Wirkung von mindestens einer Ausschaltfeder stehenden, beweglichen Kontaktstücken (3), mit einem entweder durch eine Handbetätigungsvorrichtung oder durch Ueberstromauslöseorgane betätigbaren Schaltschloss (8), das über ein aus einer Kniehebellasche (12) und aus einer Schaltlasche (10) gebildetes Kniehebelpaar auf die im Gehäuse (1) geführten, beweglichen Kontaktstücke (3) wirkt, wobei der dem Kniegelenk (13) des Kniehebelpaares abgekehrte Endbereich der Kniehebellasche (12) auf einem im Gehäuse (1) schwenkbar gelagerten, sich in der Einschaltstellung auf eine durch die Ueberstromauslöseorgane beeinflussbare Auslöseklinke (17) stützenden Klinkenhebel (15) schwenkbar gelagert ist und die Handbetätigungsvorrichtung mit dem Kniegelenk (13) des Kniehebelpaares in Wirkverbindung steht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gelenkachsen (11, 13, 16) der Schaltlasche (10) und der Kniehebellasche (12) und die Schwenklagerachse (14) des Klinkenhebels (15) in der Einschaltstellung des Ueberstromschutzschalters in einer Richtung auf einer leicht gekrümmten Linie so hintereinander liegen, dass die Schaltlasche (10), die Kniehebellasche (12) und der Klinkenhebel (15) in der Uebertotpunktlage in gestreckter Stellung durch die Ausschaltfeder gespannt sind, wobei der Klinkenhebel (15) sich an der Auslöseklinke (17) und das zwischen der Schaltlasche (10) und der Kniehebellasche (12) liegende Kniegelenk (13) an einem lösbar verklinkten Anschlagschieber (22) abstützen und der Klinkenhebel (15) von dieser in der Einschaltstellung des Ueberstromschutzschalters eingenommenen Stellung aus in beide Richtungen um die Schwenklagerachse (14) schwenkbar ausgebildet ist, wovon in die eine Richtung nach Betätigung der Auslöseklinke (17) und in die andere Richtung nach Lösen der Verklinkung des Ausschaltschiebers (22) durch Betätigung der Handbetätigungsvorrichtung aus der Ein- in die Ausschaltstellung und dass die Handbetätigungsvorrichtung mit dem Kniegelenk (13) des Kniehebelpaares über mindestens eine bei einer Einschaltbewegung der Handbetätigungsvorrichtung wirksame Mitnehmerfläche (21) in Wirkverbindung steht und das Kniegelenk (13) in der dem Anschlagschieber (22) abgekehrten Richtung durch eine Rückstellfeder (24) federbelastet ist.
- Ueberstromschutzschalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klinkenhebel (15) zweiarmig ausgebildet ist und eine den Klinkenhebel (15) in seiner in der Ausschaltstellung des Ueberstromschutzschalters vorhandenen Ruhestellung von der Auslöseklinke (17) beabstandet haltende Drehfeder (18) aufweist.
- Ueberstromschutzschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslöseklinke (17) mit einer diese in der Ruhestellung in der den Klinkenhebel (15) sperrenden Stellung haltenden Drehfeder (19) ausgerüstet ist.
- Ueberstromschutzschalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Handbetätigungsvorrichtung mit einer zwei gegenüberliegende Flächen aufweisenden, zweizinkigen, schwenkbaren Schaltgabel in Verbindung steht, wobei eine der gegenüberliegenden inneren Flächen (25) der Schaltgabel das Kniegelenk (13) bei blockiertem Anschlagschieber (22) bei einer Ausschaltbewegung von Hand aus der Totpunktlage mitnimmt, um das Kniehebelpaar durch Einknicken in die Ausschaltstellung zu bringen und die andere innere Fläche die bei einer Einschaltbewegung der Handbetätigungsvorrichtung auf das Kniegelenk (13) wirkende Mitnehmerfläche (21) bildet, die das Kniegelenk (13) beim Einschalten in die Uebertotpunktlage drückt.
