Claims (10)
- Dispositif de sécurité, du type antifausse manoeuvre, à même d'empêcher totalement ou partiellement les manoeuvres d'une ferrure de verrouillage (4), telle qu'une crémone ou crémone-serrure, après ouverture d'un vantail (2), de porte, fenêtre ou analogue (3), comportant, d'une part, un support (5) sous forme d'un boítier (14) à même d'être rapporté en applique sur une têtière (6) à l'arrière de laquelle se déplace une tringle de manoeuvre (8) correspondant à ladite ferrure de verrouillage (4) et, d'autre part, un doigt de blocage (13) traversant ladite têtière (6) en vue de coopérer, sous l'impulsion de moyens de rappel élastiques (15), avec la tringle de manoeuvre (8), sur ce doigt de blocage (13) étant à même d'agir une patte de liaison (24) correspondant à un organe de commande (22) pour l'amener en position de déblocage sous l'impulsion d'un autre vantail ou dudit cadre dormant de la porte, fenêtre ou analogue, au moment de refermer celle-ci, caractérisé par le fait que le boítier (14), défini par le support (5) et servant de logement au doigt de blocage (13), comporte, au niveau de chacun de ses côtés (26, 27) opposés et parallèles au plan (28) du vantail (2) qu'il équipe, une ouverture (29, 29A) servant au passage de ladite patte de liaison (24) laquelle est à même de s'emboíter sur ledit doigt de blocage (13) en vue de l'actionner sous l'impulsion d'une patte de manoeuvre (25) prolongeant cette patte de liaison (24), celle-ci étant munie, en outre, de moyens d'ancrage (37) dans ledit boítier (14).
- Dispositif de sécurité selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le doigt de blocage (13) s'étend perpendiculairement au plan de la têtière (6) et comporte une tête (17) de section plus importante sur laquelle agissent les moyens de rappel élastiques (15), préférentiellement sous forme d'un ressort hélicoïdal, ledit doigt de blocage (13) comportant, en outre, une partie active (21) venant traverser une ouverture (20) ménagée au niveau d'un couvercle (19) préférentiellement serti sur la face dorsale (10) du support (5).
- Dispositif de sécurité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait que les ouvertures (29, 29A) ménagées sur les côtés (26, 27) du boítier (14) correspondant au support (5) se présentent sous forme de fentes prévues pour le passage de la patte de liaison (24) correspondant à l'organe de commande (22).
- Dispositif de sécurité selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que la patte de liaison (24) de l'organe de commande (22) comporte, au niveau de son chant avant (30), une découpe (31) de largeur (32) légèrement inférieure à la section de la tête (17) du doigt de blocage (13) de manière à pouvoir s'engager sur ce dernier, sous cette tête (17).
- Dispositif de sécurité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 et 4, caractérisé par le fait que la partie active (21) du doigt de blocage (13) présente, sensiblement à hauteur de sa jonction avec la tête (17), un épaulement (35) destiné à prendre appui, selon le cas, soit directement sur la face interne (33) du couvercle (19) ou encore dans le fond d'un fraisage (36) réalisé dans cette dernière, en vue de préserver entre la tête (17) dudit doigt de blocage (13) et la face interne (33) du couvercle (19) un espace (34) correspondant, au moins, à l'épaisseur de la patte de liaison (24) de l'organe de commande (22).
- Dispositif de sécurité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens d'ancrage (37) se présentent sous forme d'un élément formant redan prévu au niveau de la patte de liaison (24) et venant s'opposer au retrait de cette dernière du boítier (14) une fois introduite dans celui-ci.
- Dispositif de sécurité selon les revendications 2 et 6, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens d'ancrage (37) empruntent la forme d'au moins une lame (38) définie, par découpage, en bordure arrière (39) de la patte de liaison (24), cette lame (38) étant repliée sous le plan (40) de cette dernière de manière à former un redan destiné à coopérer avec un rebord (41), ménagé au niveau du boítier (14) à hauteur de chacune des ouvertures (29, 29A) sous forme de fentes, lesdits rebords (41) se situant au niveau de la face interne (33) et à hauteur des bords (42, 43) correspondant au couvercle (19) et venant se situer en correspondance avec les côtés (26, 27) dudit boítier (14).
- Dispositif de sécurité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que le couvercle (19) présente une forme sensiblement carrée et symétrique par rapport à son centre correspondant à l'ouverture (20) pour le passage du doigt de blocage (13).
- Dispositif de sécurité selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes dont le support (5) est rapporté en applique sur la têtière (6) au moyen d'un organe de fixation (50), tel qu'une vis ou analogue, traversant ladite têtière (6), ainsi qu'une lumière oblongue (51) dans la tringle de manoeuvre (8) pour venir coopérer avec la menuiserie du vantail (2), caractérisé par le fait qu'il présente une configuration symétrique par rapport à un plan médian transversal (52) et comporte un second doigt de blocage (13A) traversant ladite têtière (6) en vue de coopérer, sous l'impulsion de moyens de rappels élastiques (15A), avec la tringle de manoeuvre (8), sur ce doigt de blocage (13A) agissant une seconde patte de liaison (24A) associée à un organe de commande (22A), l'entraxe (53) entre les doigts de blocage (13, 13A) étant déterminé de telle sorte que, soit au moins l'un d'entre eux coopère avec une ouverture de section ajustée ménagée dans la tringle de manoeuvre (8) lorsque la ferrure de verrouillage (4) est amenée dans l'une quelconque des positions d'ouverture du vantail (2), ceci en vue d'assurer une immobilité bidirectionnelle de la tringle de manoeuvre (8), soit que dans une des positions d'ouverture l'un (13) des doigts de blocage coopère avec une ouverture (54) de section ajustée de manière à immobiliser la tringle de manoeuvre dans chacune de ses directions de déplacement et que dans l'autre position d'ouverture les deux doigts de blocage (13, 13A) viennent s'engager à hauteur des extrémités (55, 56) de la lumière oblongue (51) présente dans la tringle de manoeuvre (8) servant au passage à l'organe de fixation (50) reliant le dispositif de sécurité (1) au vantail (2) , pour immobiliser en translation ladite tringle de manoeuvre (8).
- Dispositif de sécurité selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe de commande (22A) se présente sous forme d'une lame (23A) en matériau élastique qui, après pliage, définit, d'une part, deux pattes de liaison (24, 24A) destinées à coopérer, respectivement, avec un doigt de blocage (13, 13A) et, d'autre part, une patte de manoeuvre (25).
