- les moyens de rappel élastiques se situent dans le prolongement supérieur du levier ;
- celui-ci comporte une configuration symétrique par rapport à son plan médian vertical ;
- cet entrebâilleur comporte des moyens d'indexation assurant le rappel en position verticale du levier sous l'impulsion des moyens de rappel élastiques ;

Claims (8)
- Entrebâilleur pour porte, fenêtre ou analogue, comprenant un levier (18) dont l'extrémité supérieure (19) est fixée, à l'aide d'un pivot d'articulation (21) , lui-même monté coulissant dans une rainure (22), sur un support (7) disposé en feuillure sur le montant (9) du dormant (4) ou de l'ouvrant (3), permettant audit levier (18), d'une part, de pivoter autour d'un axe (20) parallèle au plan (10) de la porte, fenêtre ou analogue et perpendiculairement audit montant (9) et, d'autre part, de coulisser parallèlement, à la direction longitudinale de ce dernier dans la rainure (22) l'extrémité inférieure (23) de ce levier (18) étant à même de coopérer avec un organe d'accrochage (24) manoeuvrable par l'intermédiaire d'un bouton de commande (25) monté, selon le cas, sur l'ouvrant (3) ou le dormant (4), des moyens de rappel élastiques (37) agissant sur ce levier (18) pour ramener son pivot d'articulation (21) en butée (38) en partie supérieure (39) de cette rainure (22), caractérisé par le fait que :les moyens de rappel élastiques (37) se situent dans le prolongement supérieur du levier (18) ;celui-ci comporte une configuration symétrique par rapport à son plan médian vertical (36)cet entrebâilleur comporte des moyens d'indexation (40) assurant le rappel en position verticale du levier (18) sous l'impulsion des moyens de rappel élastiques (37) ;
- Entrebâilleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de rappel élastiques (37) sont constitués par un ressort hélicoïdal disposé dans un logement (43) prévu à cet effet au niveau du support (7) et se situant dans le prolongement supérieur de la rainure (22).
- Entrebâilleur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'une des extrémités du ressort hélicoïdal coopère avec des moyens d'accrochage (44) se situant dans le fond du logement (43), tandis que l'extrémité opposée est rendue solidaire de l'extrémité (19) du levier (18).
- Entrebâilleur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que l'extrémité du ressort hélicoïdal destiné à être rendu solidaire de l'extrémité (19) du levier (18) agit sur le pivot d'articulation (21) monté coulissant dans la rainure (22).
- Entrebâilleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le levier (18) comporte, à son extrémité inférieure (23), deux ouvertures oblongues (35, 35A) disposées de part et d'autre du plan médian vertical (36) et aptes à accueillir l'organe d'accrochage (24).
- Entrebâilleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens d'indexation (40) sont constitués par une extrémité (19) de levier (18) et une butée (38) destinée à coopérer avec cette dernière, qui sont ainsi déterminées :lorsque le levier (18) est dans sa position de repos verticale, son extrémité (19) définit avec la butée (38) au moins deux zones de contact (41, 42) se situant symétriquement de part et d'autre du plan médian vertical (36) de ce levier (18) ;et lorsque ledit levier (18) est écarté de cette position de repos verticale, cette extrémité (19) définit avec la butée (38) une seule zone de contact (41) ou (42) décalée par rapport au plan médian vertical (36) engendrant, au niveau de ce levier (18) et sous l'influence des moyens de rappel élastiques (37), un couple de rappel en position de repos verticale jusqu'à ce que les deux zones de contact (41, 42) soient rétablies.
- Entrebâilleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le support (7) est monté en feuillure (8) du montant (9) du dormant (4) ou de l'ouvrant (3) à l'aide de moyens de fixation (11) sous forme de vis (12) rendues indémontables par l'intermédiaire de moyens de blocage en rotation (13) accessibles depuis l'intérieur de l'habitation.
- Entrebâilleur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que le support (7) comporte des fraisages (15) dans lesquels sont destinées à être noyées les têtes (14) des vis (12), tandis que les moyens de blocage en rotation (13) de ces vis (12) sont constitués par une goupille (16) engagée dans une perforation (17) usinée dans ce support (7) , perpendiculairement à l'axe des fraisages (15) tout en croisant ces derniers, de sorte que ladite goupille (16) passe au-dessus des vis (12) empêchant celles-ci d'être dévissées.
