Abstract
Description
Durch Überwinden der durch den Bund am Nagel sich ergebenden Einschlagsperre wird der Dämmstoffhalter in Richtung Tragschale geschoben und dabei die Dämmstoffplatte mit dem Halteteller verspannt. Gleichzeitig dringt der Kunststoffnagel in den Spreizbereich ein und weitet diesen zur Verankerung des Dämmstoffhalters in der Tragschale auf. Die Verwendung eines Kunststoffnagels bei dem bekannten Dämmstoffhalter hat zwar den Vorteil, daß keine Kältebrücke entsteht, allerdings ist der bekannte Dämmstoffhalter nur für untergeordnete Befestigungen geeignet, da der Kunststoffnagel nur geringe Spreizkräfte ermöglicht. Obwohl eine Anpassung der Länge des Kunststoffnagels in Abhängigkeit vom Material des Ankergrunds möglich ist, kann dennoch aufgrund der dem Dämmstoffhalter entsprechenden Gesamtlänge des Nagels bei dessen Eintreiben in den Spreizbereich eine Stauchung auftreten, die den Kunststoffnagel beschädigt und ein vollständiges Eintreiben unmöglich macht.
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Dämmstoffhalter zu schaffen, der unabhängig vom Material der Tragschale einfach und problemlos montierbar ist, keine Kältebrücke bildet und eine kontrollierte Verankerung des Dämmstoffhalters in der Tragschale ermöglicht.

Claims (5)
- Dämmstoffhalter mit einem Halteteller und einem die Dämmstoffplatte durchdringenden Hohlschaft, an den sich ein geschlitzter Spreizbereich anschließt, der durch Eintreiben eines Spreiznagels zur Verankerung des Dämmstoffhalters in einem Bohrloch eines Mauerwerks aufspreizbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Hohlschaft (13) ein Schlagbolzen (5) aus Kunststoff klemmend in der Weise eingesetzt ist, daß der Überstand des Schlagbolzens (5) über den Halteteller (2) der Länge des Spreizbereichs (12) des Dämmstoffhalters entspricht.
- Dämmstoffhalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlagbolzen (5) aus einem hochfesten Verbundwerkstoff besteht.
- Dämmstoffhalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlagbolzen (5) an seinen beiden Enden jeweils mit zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordneten Wulsten (6) versehen ist.
- Dämmstoffhalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Wulsten (6) axial gerichtete Unterbrechungen (7) angebracht sind.
- Dämmstoffhalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, daß der Spreiznagel (3) einen Nagelkopf (4) aufweist dessen Unterfläche (8) konkav ausgebildet ist.
