Definitions
- the invention relates to a cleaning device according to the preamble of the main claim.
- a cleaning device of this type is e.g. B. from DE 31 20 983 A1.
- This Cleaning device has a washing roller, here referred to as a brush roller, the Cleaning a blanket cylinder in a rotary offset printing press is used.
- the cleaning device has, among other things, a special design of the housing. In order to is intended to undesirably spray washing liquid onto other parts of the printing press be prevented. Furthermore, the bottom of the case is a tub for collecting used washing liquid and contaminated. A preparation the washing liquid is not provided.
- a spray nozzle on the housing provided that a cleaning liquid jet, inter alia also intermittently, causes at the bottom of the housing along the tub so that the dirt as well the washing liquid is flushed towards a drain and thus the accumulation of contaminants that can settle as sludge and liquid.
- a cleaning liquid jet inter alia also intermittently, causes at the bottom of the housing along the tub so that the dirt as well the washing liquid is flushed towards a drain and thus the accumulation of contaminants that can settle as sludge and liquid.
- water for the cleaning liquid jet possible.
- washing liquid or water is disadvantageous because there is no reprocessing the use of this media is very complex and ecologically unjustifiable.
- the object of the invention is to provide a cleaning device which has these disadvantages eliminates, in particular, the accumulation of cleaning fluid and other contaminants prevented or noticeably reduced at the bottom of the housing of the cleaning device and the additional consumption of cleaning fluid, such as detergent and / or water, avoids.
- the switch can be switched on and off and can be lifted out in the area of a gripper bridge Cleaning device essentially one over the entire width of the to be cleaned Casing extending cylinder surface.
- the housing has one of the cylinder surface facing opening and takes a rotatably mounted washing roller or Washcloth on The housing still has at least distributed over the cylinder width an arranged row of nozzles on the application of the washing roller or the Wash cloth with a cleaning fluid, preferably a vegetable detergent and / or water.
- the nozzles are coupled to a corresponding supply line.
- At least one spray nozzle to which a gaseous medium, preferably compressed air, can be applied is arranged on the housing, the pressure jet of which on the preferably inclined floor along the housing contains the cleaning fluid contaminated in the cleaning process (e.g. detergent, water, paper dust, paint residues, powder) , Paint residue) at least one discharge opening by blowing in a flow direction, so that the bottom of the housing is flushed free of the contaminated cleaning fluid.
- the cleaning fluid contaminated in the cleaning process e.g. detergent, water, paper dust, paint residues, powder
- Paint residue at least one discharge opening by blowing in a flow direction, so that the bottom of the housing is flushed free of the contaminated cleaning fluid.
- the use of compressed air is provided with little effort, since a compressed air supply is usually already available in the case of printing presses and retrofitting of existing cleaning devices is also easily possible.
- the pressure jet cleans the housing satisfactorily of the contaminated cleaning fluid by blowing it free and prevents the drain from becoming blocked or the sludge and / or contaminated cleaning fluid from becoming blocked in the housing itself. It is advantageous if the return line is coupled to a suction device and the pressure jet or the Pressure jets (when using multiple nozzles) combined with the suction cleans the bottom of the housing, including the drain openings, in one direction of flow.
- a cleaning device 1 according to the invention is in a printing unit of an offset printing machine assigned adjacent to a pressure cylinder 10.
- the cleaning device 1 has a housing 2, which has an approximately rectangular cross section and is extends across the full width of the impression cylinder 10.
- the housing 2 takes one rotatable, separately drivable washing roller 7, e.g. a washing brush equipped with brushes, on.
- Spray nozzles 11 arranged in series on the housing 2 are directed onto the washing roller 7, which are coupled with a water supply.
- cleaning fluid supply detergent supply
- the dirty cleaning fluid (Detergent, water, paper dust, paint residues, powder, paint residues and sludge)
- a drain opening 5 arranged with a return line 6 and a downstream Processing plant (not shown) for regenerating the contaminated cleaning fluid
- the housing 2 Facing the pressure cylinder 10, the housing 2 is open the washing roller 7 on its cylindrical surface and adjustable and when passing Gripper bridges can be lifted off.
- a spray nozzle 4 is arranged on an end face 3 of the housing 2, which with a supply for the gaseous medium, here a compressed air supply 9 is coupled with a corresponding compressed air source.
- the spray nozzle 4 is constantly in the cleaning operation in the present example with compressed air activated or can be activated intermittently, such that a on the bottom of the housing 2 directed pressure jet 8 the contaminated cleaning fluid (e.g. detergent, water, paper dust, Paint residues, powder, paint residues and sludge) by blowing out in a generated Direction of flow (which leads to flushing of the soil) leads to the discharge opening 5.
- the contaminated cleaning fluid e.g. detergent, water, paper dust, Paint residues, powder, paint residues and sludge
- Blowing free and the accompanying flushing of the soil from contaminated Cleaning fluid is particularly improved by parallel to the pressurized air the spray nozzle 4 activates the return line 6 with a coupled suction source becomes. This reduces the flow behavior of sludge and contaminated cleaning fluid a flow direction on the bottom of the housing 2 improved.
- Cleaning fluid e.g. detergent, water, paper dust, paint residues, powder, paint residues as well Sludge
- the cleaning device 1 is also on each end face 3 arranged spray nozzles 4 executable.
- the bottom of the housing 2 has each have a slope from the end faces 3 to the center of the housing 2.
- the drain opening 5 is arranged in the center of the housing 2, which in turn has a suction source is coupled in an advantageous manner.
- spray nozzles 4 support that Blow out (drain) contaminated cleaning fluid in one of the pressure jets 8 generated uniform flow direction and improve the flow behavior on the way to the next drain opening 5 of the housing 2.

Abstract
