Claims (17)
- Verfahren zur Reparatur kleiner Lackfehler in Pulverlackschichten (2), bei dem die fehlerbehaftete Stelle der Pulverlackschicht in eng begrenztem Bereich ausgespart, die Aussparung (1,21) gefüllt und die Füllung mit der die Aussparung umgebenden Pulverlackschicht (2) verbunden wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparung (1, 21) hinsichtlich ihrer Fläche und auch hinsichtlich ihrer Tiefe mit genau definierten Abmessungen in die Pulverlackschicht (2) eingebracht wird, dass in die Aussparung (1, 21) ein entsprechend dem Volumen der Aussparung (1, 21) bemasster, insbesondere ein den Abmessungen der Aussparung (1, 21) entsprechender, und zumindest bereichsweise zusammenhängender Füllkörper (3, 23) aus Pulverlack und/oder einem Vorprodukt des Pulverlackes eingebracht wird und dass der eingebrachte Füllkörper (3, 23) mit der ausserhalb der Aussparung (1, 21) angeordneten Pulverlackschicht (2) verbunden, insbesondere verklebt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparung (1, 21) auf maximal die Tiefe (T) der Pulverlackschicht (2) eingebracht wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparung (1, 21) spanend eingebracht wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparung (1, 21) gefräst und/oder lochgesägt und/oder mittels Laser ausgebrannt und/oder ausgestanzt und/oder geschliffen wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der die Aussparung (1, 21) zumindest weitgehend ausfüllende Füllkörper (3, 23) vor dem Einbringen in die Aussparung (1, 21) zumindest teilvernetzt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der in der Aussparung (1, 21) eingebrachte Füllkörper (3, 23) erhitzt und insbesondere durch die Erhitzung ausgehärtet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der in der Aussparung (1, 21) eingebrachte Füllkörper (3, 23) mittels elektromagnetischer Strahlung, insbesondere IR-Strahlung, und/oder heisser Luft erhitzt und insbesondere durch die Erhitzung ausgehärtet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der in der Aussparung (1, 21) eingebrachte Füllkörper (3, 23) mittels UV-Strahlung zur Reaktion gebracht, insbesondere ausgehärtet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Füllkörper (3, 23) ein Plättchen gewählt wird, dessen Schichtdicke in etwa der Tiefe (T) der Aussparung (1, 21) entspricht. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Volumen des Füllkörpers (3, 23) dem Volumen der Aussparung (1, 21) zuzüglich einem beim Aushärten des Füllkörpers (3, 23) auftretenden Volumenschwund angepaßt wird und daß der Füllkörper (3, 23) nach dem Einbringen in die Aussparung (1, 21) ausgehärtet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in die Aussparung (1, 21) ein geometrisch der Lochgeometrie der Aussparung (1, 21) angepaßter Füllkörper (3, 23) eingebracht wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparung (1, 21) als Loch mit ebenem Boden eingebracht wird und dass als Füllkörper (3, 23) ein Plättchen gewählt wird, dessen Randverlauf der Aussparung (1, 21) und dessen Höhe dem der Tiefe der Aussparung (1, 21) entspricht. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Füllkörper (3, 23) vor seiner Einbringung in die Aussparung (1, 21) elektrostatisch gespritzt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Füllkörper (3, 23) aus einer zuvor hergestellten Lackfolie geformt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Füllkörper (3, 23) aus einer zuvor durch elektrostatisches Spritzen hergestellten Lackfolie geformt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einbringung und die Befüllen der Aussparung (1, 21) vor der Aufbringung einer weiteren Schicht, insbesondere einer Klarlackschicht (4) vorgenommen wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparung (1, 21) mit einer aus Pulverlack gebildeten Lackfolie vollflächig abgedeckt wird, dass der Füllkörper (3, 23) aus der abdeckenden Lackfolie ausgestoßen wird und daß der Füllkörper (3, 23) beim Ausstoßen direkt in die Aussparung (1, 21) eingebracht und/oder eingedrückt wird.
