Claims (7)
- Motorgetriebener Fadenzwirnkopf für Mehrkopf-Spinnmaschinen für die Spinn- oder Zwirnbearbeitung von Garnen oder dergleichen, wobei jeder Kopf umfaßt einen Lagerzapfen (2) für eine Fadenspindel oder Fadenspule, einen mit dem Rotor (5) verbundenen und diesen in Drehung versetzenden Motor, wobei der Rotor (5) koaxial zu dem Lagerzapfen (2) angeordnet ist und zum Aufwickeln und Verdrillen des Garnes dient und wobei der Motor aus einem einzigen, bürstenlosen Hochleistungsmotor (8) besteht, der mit dem Rotor (5) gekuppelt ist, eine elektronische Steuerschaltung (11) für die Geschwindigkeit und die Spannungsversorgung des Motors (8) unabhängig von den Schaltungen der anderen Köpfe, welche Steuerschaltung (11) aus einem miniaturisierten Frequenzwandler besteht, der in das Motorgehäuse integriert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Kopf mit anderen motorgetriebenen Vorrichtungen wie Fadenführungsösen oder Wickelorganen verbunden ist, daß der bürstenlose Motor (8) zylindrisch ausgebildete Permanentmagnete hat und daß die elektronische Schaltung (11) Mittel für die Verbindung mit einer äußeren, geschlossenen Regelschaltung (17) hat, die die Geschwindigkeit des Kopfes mit den Geschwindigkeiten der anderen, damit verbundenen Vorrichtungen im Fall von Ausfällen oder Löchern in der Spannungsversorgung synchronisiert.
- Motorgetriebener Kopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rotor (5) eine einstückig mit der Welle des Motors (8) ausgebildete Welle (6) hat.
- Motorgetriebener Kopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Welle (6) hohl und mit einer radialen Bohrung (7) für den Durchtritt des Fadens (4) ausgebildet ist.
- Motorgetriebener Kopf nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,- daß die Stromversorung sowohl für die elektronische Steuerschaltung (11) als auch für den Motor (8) eine niedrige Spannung hat.
- Motorgetriebener Kopf nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektronische Steuerschaltung (11) und die äußere, geschlossene Regelschaltung (17) mit einer programmierbaren Zentraleinheit (14) für die Steuerung der Betriebsparameter der einzelnen Köpfe verbunden sind.
- Motorgetriebener Kopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel für die Verbindung zwischen der elektronischen Steuerschaltung (11) und der äußeren, geschlossenen Regelschaltung (17) serieller Bauart oder Schieberegisterverbindungen sind.
- Motorgetriebener Kopf nach Anspruch 4 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektronische Steuerschaltung (11), die äußere, geschlossene Regelschaltung (17) und die Zentraleinheit (14) Mikroprozessoren sind.
