Claims (7)
- Wärmedämmende Auskleidung zur Erniedrigung des Wärmestromes bzw. zum Schutz vor Übertemperatur an den Kühlflächen eines Mittel- oder Hochdruck-Wärmetauschers,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß keramische Feuchtfilzmatten-Segmente (1) an der Kühlfläche (2) die aus einer Rohr-(10)-Steg-(6)-Rohr-Wand besteht, durch Befestigungsstifte (4) und Befestigungsscheiben (5) befestigt sind,daß die Befestigungsstifte (4) nur an den Stegen der Rohrwand (6) der Kühlfläche (2) angeschweißt sind,daß die Kontur der Rohr-Steg-Rohr-Wand (6, 10) der Kühlfläche (2) der Wärmetauscherwand durch Einbringen von wärmedämmendem Material (3) eine fluchtende Oberfläche aufweist,daß über den Stiftreihen (11) und in den Randzonen (12) der keramischen Feuchtfilzmatten-Segmente (1) ein Streckmetall (8) befestigt wird. - Wärmedämmende Auskleidung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die keramischen Feuchtfilzmatten-Segmente (1) auf die Rohre der Rohrwand (10) der Kühlfläche (2) und des wärmedämmenden Materials (3) aufgebracht sind. - Wärmedämmende Auskleidung nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in jeder zweiten Stiftreihe (11) und in den Randzonen (12) der wärmedämmenden Abkleidung (1, 3) Streckmetallstreifen (8, 13) angebracht sind, die von Befestigungsstiften (4) mit Befestigungsscheiben (5) gehalten werden. - Wärmedämmende Auskleidung nach Anspruch 1 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Streckmetall (8), die Befestigungsscheiben (5), der vorstehende Teil der Befestigungsstifte (4) mit einem korrosionsbeständigen ff-Material (9) überdeckt ist. - Wärmedämmende Auskleidung nach Anspruch 1 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in den Randzonen (12) abgekantete Streckmetallstreifen (13) angebracht sind, die von Befestigungsstiften (4) mit Befestigungsscheibe (5) gehalten werden. - Wärmedämmende Auskleidung nach Anspruch 1 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die gesamte Oberfläche der keramischen Feuchtfilzmatten-Segmente (1) mit Streckmetall (8) überdeckt ist, die von Befestigungsstiften (4) mit Befestigungsscheiben (5) gehalten werden. - Wärmedämmende Auskleidung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß innerhalb der Streckmetallabkleidung (8) jedes beliebige wärmeisolierendes und temperaturbeständige Material in Mattenform (1) oder loser Wolle verwendet wird.
