Mittelschiene 7 mehrere Steuerrollen 11 in Tandemanordnung hintereinander
anzuordnen.The
Die Arme 38 der Bügel 37 weisen Haken 39 auf, die in Einkerbungen 40 im
korrespondierenden Arm 38 des gegenüberliegenden Bügels 37 einrasten. Die Arme
38 ragen dabei durch Löcher in den Verbindungsstegen 30 der Stahlschienen 3, die
zusammen die Mittelschiene 7 bilden.The
Beim vorderen Ende der Mittelschiene 7 sind wiederum die Abstützrollen 16
angeordnet, die auf einem gemeinsamen Achsbolzen 26 lagern und an denen sich
die Ausziehschiene 8 abstützt. Die Mittelschiene 7 weist wiederum obere und untere
Laufstege 29 auf. Die Laufstege 29 ragen jeweils zwischen einen schmäleren
horizontalen Laufsteg 27, 28 und einen breiteren Horizontalsteg 31, 32 der
Tragschiene 5 und der Ausziehschiene 8.The
Zwischen den Schienen 5, 7, 8 sind die Laufwagen 14, 15 angeordnet, in denen
Laufrollen 12, 13, 17, 18 und seitliche Ausgleichsrollen 21, 22, 23, 24 lagern. The

innerhalb des Profils der Mittelschiene 7.The
Im Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Fig. 11 bis 13 sind die Seitenstege 35 der
Tragschiene 5 mit gefalzten Bereichen 41 versehen, d.h. die Seitenstege 35 sind
derart umgebogen, daß in den Bereichen 41 zwei Stegabschnitte aneinander
anliegen. Diese gefalzten Bereiche 41 erstrecken sich von den schmäleren
Horizontalstegen 27 der Tragschiene 5 nach oben in der Richtung zur Ausziehschiene
8. Durch die gefalzten Bereiche 41 wird eine beachtliche Verstärkung der Tragschiene
5 erreicht. Beim vorderen Ende der Tragschiene 5 sind die Seitenstege 35 und die

Claims (9)
- A pull-out guide fitting for drawers comprising a support rail (5) on the carcass side, a pull-out rail (8) on the drawer side, and a central rail (7) arranged between these two rails (5, 8) on each side of the drawer, rollers (12, 13, 17, 18) mounted in carriages (14,15) being provided which transmit the load of the drawer between the rails (5, 7, 8), and at least one control roller (11) being mounted on the central rail (7) in the centre thereof with respect to its length, which control roller runs on a flange of the support rail (5) and on a flange of the pull-out rail (8), the central rail (7) being designed so as to have a turned-upright U- or double T-section formed by upper and lower horizontal running flanges (29) and a vertical connecting flange (30), and all the rollers (12, 13, 17, 18) mounted in the carriages (14, 15) being arranged between the running flanges (29) of the central rail (7), and the support rail (5) and the pull-out rail (8) having lateral marginal regions with a U-section which are formed by wider connecting flanges (31, 32) and narrower running flanges (27, 28), the rollers (12, 13, 17, 18) running only on the running flanges (27, 28) of the support rail (5) and the pull-out rail (8), and at least one supporting roller (16) for the pull-out rail (8) being mounted at the front end of the central rail (7), characterised in that the at least one control roller (11) runs between the narrower running flanges (27, 28), the support rail (5) and the pull-out rail (8) and thus aligns in the vertical direction with the rollers (12, 13, 17, 18).
- A pull-out guide fitting according to Claim 1, characterised in that at least one control roller (11) is mounted on each side of the central rail (7).
- A pull-out guide fitting according to Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that at least two control rollers (11) are located in tandem arrangement on at least one side of the central rail (7).
- A pull-out guide fitting according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that two supporting rollers (16) are mounted on the central rail (7) on a common axle pin (26).
- A pull-out guide fitting according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the control rollers (11) are mounted without axles and are held on the central rail (7) by brackets (37) which are U-shape in plan view, the arms (38) of which project through the connecting flange of the central rail (7) and in which the arms (38) of the mutually opposite brackets (37) hook into one another.
- A pull-out guide fitting according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the diameters of the supporting rollers (16) are larger than the diameters of the control rollers (11).
- A pull-out guide fitting according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterised in that at least the side flanges (35) of the support rail (5) have a folded region (41).
- A pull-out guide fitting according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterised in that at least two control rollers (11) are arranged one behind the other on each side of the central rail (7).
- A pull-out guide fitting according to one of Claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the end face of the control roller (11) projects out of the section of the central rail (7).
