Fig.1 zeigt ein Möbel 1 mit einem Möbelkorpus 2 und relativ dazu verfahrbaren Schubladen 3 in einer perspektivischen Darstellung. Zur verschiebbaren Lagerung der Schubladen 3 sind Schubladenausziehführungen 4 vorgesehen, welche jeweils eine am Möbelkorpus 2 zu befestigende Korpusschiene 5 und eine relativ dazu verfahrbare Ladenschiene 8 umfassen, wobei zwischen der Korpusschiene 5 und der Ladenschiene 8 eine (hier nicht ersichtliche) Mittelschiene 7 verschiebbar gelagert ist. Durch die Mittelschiene 7 kann ein Vollauszug der Schublade 3 herbeigeführt werden, sodass die Rückwand 9 der Schublade 3 im Wesentlichen bis hin zur Stirnseite 10 des Möbelkorpus 2 herausgezogen werden kann.
Fig. 2a zeigt die Schubladenausziehführung 4 in einer perspektivischen Ansicht. Die Korpusschiene 5 ist über einen in Montagelage senkrecht verlaufenden Befestigungsabschnitt 6 an einem Möbelkorpus 2 zu befestigen, die verfahrbare Ladenschiene 8 ist mit der Schublade 3 zu verbinden. Der Befestigungsabschnitt 6 umfasst mehrere Öffnungen 34 zum Durchtritt von Befestigungsschrauben. Zwischen der Korpusschiene 5 und der Ladenschiene 8 ist eine Mittelschiene 7 verfahrbar gelagert. Erkennbar ist ein Lager 11 mit einer Abstützrolle 12, über die sich die Ladenschiene 8 in der Schließstellung an der Korpusschiene 5 abstützt. Zur Befestigung des Lagers 11 an den Schienen 7, 8 ist ein Schnappverbinder 13 vorgesehen.

Durch den federnden Arm 32 können in Höhenrichtung auftretende Toleranzen der Schubladenausziehführung 4 weitgehend kompensiert werden. Das Lager 11 umfasst eine Führung 29, welche die Abstützrolle 12 allseitig umgibt und in welcher die Abstützrolle 12 lose aufgenommen ist. Durch die Führung 29 ist die Abstützrolle 12 begrenzt höhenbeweglich gelagert. Diese Lagerung der Abstützrolle 12 in vertikaler Richtung kann dadurch erreicht werden, indem zumindest ein Achszapfen 28 des Lagers 11 in eine - vorzugsweise nicht durchgehende - Ausnehmung 33 der Abstützrolle 12 ragt, wobei der Durchmesser der Ausnehmung 33 größer als der Durchmesser des Achszapfens 28 ist. Die Abstützrolle 12 kann bei allen Ausführungsbeispielen kugelförmig, zylindrisch, scheibenförmig oder kegelstumpfförmig ausgebildet sein. Selbstverständlich können auch zwei oder mehrere Abstützrollen 12 vorgesehen werden, welche seitlich nebeneinander, vorzugsweise an einer gemeinsamen Achse, angeordnet sind oder auch derart, dass die Abstützrollen 12 in Verfahrrichtung der Ladenschiene 8 hintereinander angeordnet sind. Fig. 6c shows the bearing 11 in a perspective section. The support roller 12 is held by both sides of the guide 29 axle journals 28, which each protrude into a formed as a blind hole recess 33 of the support roller 12, held vertically movable. The bearing 11 is integrally formed and can be easily manufactured by an injection molding of a plastic material. The support roller 12 may also be made of plastic or metal. In one embodiment of the support roller 12 made of metal, a plastic jacket may be appropriate. The support roller 12 may be spherical, cylindrical, disc-shaped or frustoconical in all embodiments. Of course, two or more support rollers 12 may be provided, which are arranged side by side, preferably on a common axis, or even such that the support rollers 12 are arranged in the direction of travel of the drawer rail 8 in a row.

Claims (14)

  1. A drawer extension guide (4), including:
    - a carcass rail (5) which can be fixed to a furniture carcass (2) by way of a fixing portion (6),
    - a drawer rail (8) which is to be fixed to a drawer (3) and which is mounted moveably relative to the carcass rail (5), wherein the drawer rail (8) has a side limb (20) facing towards the fixing portion (6),
    - a central rail (7) mounted moveably between the carcass rail (5) and the drawer rail (8),
    - a bearing (11) having at least one supporting roller (12) by way of which the drawer rail (8) is supported in the closed position on the carcass rail (5), wherein the bearing (11) is arranged at a front end region of the central rail (7) or the drawer rail (8) and is arranged so as to be non-displaceable in operation in the longitudinal direction of that rail (7, 8) on which the bearing (11) is arranged,
    - wherein the side limb (20) of the drawer rail (8) is arranged between the supporting roller (12) and the fixing portion (6) of the carcass rail (5).
    characterized in that the central rail (7) has a lateral profile portion (26) facing towards the side limb (20) of the drawer rail (8), wherein the lateral profile portion (26) of the central rail (7) is arranged between the supporting roller (12) and the side limb (20) of the drawer rail (8).
  2. The drawer extension guide according to claim 1, characterized in that the drawer rail (8) has a cavity which is delimited by the rail profile of the drawer rail (8), wherein the supporting roller (12) is arranged within said cavity.
  3. The drawer extension guide according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the drawer rail (8) has two side limbs (20, 21) and a, preferably flat, central limb (22) connecting the side limbs (20, 21), wherein the supporting roller (22) is arranged, preferably completely, within the two side limbs (20, 21) of the drawer rail (8).
  4. The drawer extension guide according to claim 3, characterized in that the supporting roller (12) cooperates on the one hand with the underside of the central limb (22) of the drawer rail (8) and on the other hand with a horizontal limb (19) of the carcass rail (5).
  5. The drawer extension guide according to one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the drawer rail (8) has an at least partially open configuration facing downwardly.
  6. The drawer extension guide according to one of the claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the bearing (11) for the supporting roller (12) includes at least one trunnion (28).
  7. The drawer extension guide according to claim 6, characterized in that the at least one trunnion (28) projects into an, preferably non-through going, recess (33) of the supporting roller (12).
  8. The drawer extension guide according to one of the claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the supporting roller (12) is mounted moveably in respect of height.
  9. The drawer extension guide according to claim 7 or 8, characterized in that the diameter of the recess (33) is larger than the diameter of the trunnion (28).
  10. The drawer extension guide according to one of the claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the bearing (11) has a guide (29) in which the supporting roller (12) is mounted so as to be limitedly moveable in a vertical direction.
  11. The drawer extension guide according to one of the claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the bearing (11) can be connected to one of the rails (7, 8) by way of a snap-action connector (13).
  12. The drawer extension guide according to one of the claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the bearing (11) is made from a plastic material.
  13. The drawer extension guide according to one of the claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the central rail (7) has a horizontal limb (27), wherein the supporting roller (12) projects upwardly and downwardly over the horizontal limb (27) of the central rail (7).
  14. An arrangement including a drawer (3) and a drawer extension guide (4) according to one of the claims 1 to 13.
