Description

A furniture drawer guide of the generic type is for example from the EP 0 577 885 A1 known.

The present invention has for its object to provide a furniture drawer guide of the generic type, which is particularly inexpensive to produce without affecting their functionality.

This object is achieved in that the running part is provided at a distance to a fishing hook with two pins which extend perpendicular to the direction of upward and one of which is inserted into a bore of a side wall or the like of a furniture drawer part and laying down the Guide rail on a side wall of a furniture carcass mounting bracket are provided with perpendicular to the mounting plane extending arms, wherein the arms engage in approximately C-shaped grooves of coupled to the guide rail end caps or profile pieces.

By these measures, the great advantage is achieved that a correspondingly designed furniture drawer guide both left and right side of a furniture drawer part is used, so eliminating the need to produce separate furniture drawer guides for the left and right side of a furniture body and ready to hold.

This leads to a considerable cost savings in the production of such furniture drawer guides and of course the corresponding storage and provision of such furniture drawer guides.

In order to facilitate the understanding of the claims and the description, terms used in the following in the claims and in the description will be briefly explained.

Location designations such as "back" and "front" are used, which are intended to indicate that in relation to the installation position of a corresponding furniture drawer guide in a furniture body, the areas designated by the term "back" facing the back wall, while those with the term " front "designated areas facing the front of a furniture body.

The terms "top" and "top" used are to be understood as referring to an upper floor of a furniture carcass, that is, these areas are in the installed state of a corresponding furniture drawer guide facing the top floor of a furniture carcass.

Preferably, the running part is shorter than half the length of the guide rail executed.

A particularly high material savings in terms of the running part results when the length of the running part is about one quarter of the length of the guide rail or less than a quarter of the length of the guide rail.

A preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the guide rail has a non-circular, preferably rectangular cross-section and that the running part adapted to this cross section and is designed as a slideway enclosing the guide rail.

The carriage is thus arranged virtually non-rotatably on the guide rail by the choice of a corresponding cross-section, so far as no special measures for preventing rotation of the carriage relative to the guide rail are required. The carriage may be slidably mounted on the guide rail slidably, there is also the possibility of supporting the carriage with the interposition of rollers, rolling elements or the like on the guide rail, resulting in a particularly low-friction displacement of the carriage relative to the guide rail.

In the FIGS. 1 to 4 is - as in the other embodiments - designated by the reference numeral 1 a total of a furniture drawer guide for a furniture drawer part such as a drawer.

In the embodiment of the FIGS. 1 to 4 the guide rail 2 can be fixed in its front end region via a mounting bracket 4 on a side wall of a furniture body. In particular FIG. 4 makes clear, the mounting bracket 4 is provided with a perpendicular to the mounting plane of the mounting bracket 4 extending tongue 4a, which in a correspondingly shaped, in cross-section approximately C-shaped groove 5 a of an end cap 5 engages, which in turn is pushed onto the front end of the guide rail 2.

The guide rail 2, which has a substantially rectangular cross-section, is provided in the region of its two side flanks 2a in the front end region with latching recesses 2b into which (not shown) latching projections can engage the corresponding inner flanks of the end cap 5, so that the end cap 5 is secure against displacement is fixed on the guide rail 2.

The end cap 5 is what, as well FIG. 4 very clearly shows equipped with two arms 5b, which are provided with bearing slots 5c for the bearing pin 6a of a roller 7 bearing axis 6. The running part 3, the length of which is only a fraction of the length of the guide rail 2, is intended to be coupled only in the rear end region of a furniture extracting part such as a drawer with this. The running part 3 has a total of a rectangular cross-section and a lower-side longitudinal slot 3c, the latter being bounded by two longitudinal webs 3d. These longitudinal webs 3 d engage in lateral longitudinal grooves 2 c of the guide rail 2, so that the running part 3 is guided against rotation on the guide rail 2 and secured against lifting off the guide rail 2.

As FIG. 4 makes clear, a guide roller 8 is mounted within the running part 3, which rolls on the top of the guide rail 2.

On the back of the guide rail 2, a cap 9 is pushed, which has a mounting flange 9a to set the guide rail 2 via the end cap 9 on a rear wall of a furniture body can. In order to ensure a play-free fixing of the end cap 9 relative to the guide rail 2, this can in turn be provided in its rear end with recesses 2b, in which corresponding latching projections on the corresponding inner edges of the cap 9 can engage.

A furniture extracting member is coupled in its rear end portion with the running part 3, as described above. Incidentally, the furniture drawer part is supported on the bottom side on the arranged in the front end region of the guide rail 2 roller 7 on the bottom side. The running part 3 replaces a total for comparable furniture drawer guides hitherto used running rail, the length of which corresponded approximately to the length of the guide rail 2.

This results in a considerable saving of material and thus a considerable reduction in the production of a furniture drawer guide. 1

The running part 3 is preferably made as a one-piece plastic injection molded part, so that despite the relatively complicated shape with the many functions, an inexpensive production of the running part 3 is possible.

Also, the end cap 5 in the front region of the guide rail 2 as the cap 9 in the rear end region of the guide rail 2 are preferably formed as plastic injection molded parts.

The mounting bracket 4, however, is preferably made of metal for stability reasons.

Notwithstanding the illustrated embodiment, the roller 7 can be replaced in the front end region of the guide rail 2 by sliders, it is important here, first of all, only that there is a stable support means for a furniture extracting part in its bottom area. It is also conceivable, the support means, whether in the form of a roller 7 or a slider or the like, form height adjustable to allow an exact horizontal alignment of a furniture extracting part.

The length of the running part 3 is what the FIGS. 1 to 4 make clear, shorter than half the length of the guide rail 2, preferred is an embodiment in which the length of the running part 3 is about a quarter of the length of the guide rail 2 or less than a quarter of the guide rail 2. It is clear that here results in a considerable material savings compared to previously used rails with a length corresponding to the length of the guide rail 2 total length.

In the FIGS. 5 to 9 an embodiment of the invention is shown, in which the guide rail 2 can be fixed both in its front end region as well as in a central region via mounting bracket 4 on a side wall of a furniture body. The arrangement in the front end region is identical to the arrangement according to the embodiment of the FIGS. 1 to 4 , so that in this respect can be dispensed with a repetition and referenced to the aforementioned embodiment.

The mounting bracket 4 in the central region of the guide rail 2 engages with its tongue 4a in a profile piece 50 with a C-shaped groove 5a corresponding to the groove 5a on the end cap 5 a. Connected to the profile piece 50 is a sliding block 10, whose cross section corresponds to the cross section of the guide rail 2 and thus makes it possible to be inserted into the guide rail 2. The profile piece 50 can thus be moved over the sliding block 10 together with the mounting bracket 4 along the guide rail 2 and fixed at any point on a side wall of a furniture body.

The running part 3 is in the embodiment of the FIGS. 5 to 9 running even shorter than in the previously described embodiment, but has the same functions, ie, the running part 3, which in turn is coupled in the rear end of a furniture drawer part with this is with a fishing hooks 3a and with vertically upwardly extending pin 3b Fixing a Möbelauszugsteiles equipped.

The peculiarity of the embodiment of the invention according to the FIGS. 10 to 13 is that the guide rail 2 has a deferred cap 55 in its rear end, which is latched via locking recesses 2b in the guide rail 2 and corresponding latching projections on the corresponding inner edges of the cap 55 end on the guide rail 2. This cap 55 is analogous to the end cap 5 in the front end region on the underside with an approximately C-shaped groove 5 a, into which the arm 4 a of the rear mounting bracket 4 can engage. Since the two mounting brackets 4 are thus freely displaceable along the guide rail 2, there is a great deal of flexibility or freedom with respect to the Anschraubposition the mounting bracket 4 on a side wall of a furniture body.

In the FIGS. 15 to 17 It is shown that a furniture drawer guide 1 according to the invention can be equipped in a simple manner with a tumbler.

If the running part 3 has also settled on the upper side of the guide rail 2, a certain frictional force must additionally be overcome in order to be able to move the running part 3 freely again relative to the guide rail 2.

The tumbler is thus primarily determined by the forces required to lift the guide roller 8 from the lowered position in the region of the tumble slope 2 d to the top of the guide rail 2. By tilting the tumbler can be further strengthened.

Claims (13)

1. Furniture pull-out guide (1) for a furniture pull-out part, such as, for example, a drawer, comprising a guide rail (2) which can be fixed immovably to a side wall of a furniture carcass and a running part (3) which can be displaced along the guide rail (2) and can be coupled to a furniture pull-out part, such as, for example, a drawer, wherein the length of the running part (3), which part can be coupled exclusively in and to the rear end region of the furniture pull-out part, amounts to a fraction of the length of the guide rail, and wherein a support device for supporting the bottom of a furniture pull-out part is arranged in the front end region of the guide rail (2), characterized in that the running part (3) is provided, at a distance from a catch hook (3a), with two studs (3b) which extend upwardly perpendicular to the displacement direction and of which one can be inserted into a bore in a side wall or the like of a furniture pull-out part, and in that, to fix the guide rail (2) to a side wall of a furniture carcass, mounting brackets (4) having cantilevers (4a) extending perpendicular to the fastening plane are provided, wherein the cantilevers (4a) engage in approximately C-shaped grooves (5a) of end caps (5, 55) or profiled pieces (50) coupled to the guide rail (2).
2. Furniture pull-out guide according to Claim 1, characterized in that the running part (3) is shorter than half the length of the guide rail (2).
3. Furniture pull-out guide according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the length of the running part (3) amounts to approximately a quarter of the length of the guide rail (2) or less than a quarter of the length of the guide rail (2).
4. Furniture pull-out part according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the guide rail (2) has a non-circular, preferably rectangular, cross section, and in that the running part (3) is adapted to this cross section and designed as a carriage engaging around the guide rail (2).
5. Furniture pull-out guide according to Claim 4, characterized in that the carriage is mounted so as to be able to slide or be displaced on the guide rail (2) with the interposition of rollers (8), rolling bodies or the like.
6. Furniture pull-out guide according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the profiled pieces (50) are each connected to a slide block (10) which is arranged in a longitudinally displaceable manner inside the guide rail (2).
7. Furniture pull-out guide according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the front end cap (5) has two cantilevers (5b) with bearing slots (5c) into which bearing journals (6a) of an axle (6) bearing a running roller (7) forming a support device can be inserted.
8. Furniture pull-out guide according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that a preferably height-adjustable support device in the form of a sliding piece is arranged in the region of the front end cap (5).
9. Furniture pull-out guide according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a cap (9) with a screw-on flange (9a) for fixing the cap (9) and hence also the rear end of the guide rail (2) to a rear wall of a furniture carcass is pushed onto the rear end of the guide rail (2).

Furniture pull-out guide according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a closure plug (11) having a flange (11a) projecting beyond the outer contour of the guide rail (2) is inserted into the rear end of the guide rail (2), wherein the flange (11a) serves as an end stop for the running part (3).

Furniture pull-out guide according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the running part (3) like the guide rail (2) has a preferably rectangular cross section and is provided at its bottom with a continuous longitudinal slot (3c) which is bounded on both sides by longitudinal webs (3d) which engage in longitudinal grooves (2c) of the guide rail (2) or engage around the bottom of the guide rail (2).
12. Furniture pull-out guide according to Claim 6, characterized in that, after mounting the furniture pull-out guide (1), the guide rail (2) is fixed, for example by clamping, in the region of at least one slide block (10) with respect to the said slide block (10).

Furniture pull-out guide according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a retaining bevel (2d) sloping down towards the rear side is integrally formed in the rear end region of the guide rail (2) and in which it is possible for there to run, with the lowering of the running part (3), a guide roller (8) which otherwise runs on the upper side of the guide rail (2) and is mounted in the running part (3), as soon as the running part (3) has been displaced right into the rear end region of the guide rail (2).
