Description
The invention relates to a sliding swivel mechanism of a shelf of a piece of furniture or household appliance for removing or lifting the tray from a body of the furniture or a Nutzraume of the household appliance according to the preamble of
Such sliding swivel mechanisms are installed in particular for comfort increase in furniture or household appliances, especially dishwashers or cooking appliances. A shelf installed in such a furniture or household appliance can be moved by means of a sliding pivot mechanism from a lower position by pulling and then upward pivoting into an upper position at which a user can conveniently load or unload stored on or in the tray items ,
The slide-swing mechanism described there has proven itself in practice quite well.
The problem is that, in particular with heavy loading of the tray, the locking of the sliding pivot mechanism in the upper position, in which the tray is positioned in the raised position for convenient loading and unloading, not always reliably locked.
It follows from the object of the present invention to provide a sliding pivot mechanism in which the locking of the sliding pivot mechanism is improved.
This object is achieved by a sliding pivot mechanism of a shelf of a piece of furniture or household appliance with the features of
The sliding pivot mechanism according to the invention has at least one of the side walls of the body or the working space with a first end in parallel to the plane of the side walls support defined first pivot arm and a rotatably fixed in the same way second pivot arm. The two pivot arms are arranged parallel to each other at a distance.
At the respective second ends of the pivot arms, a guide rail is pivotally fixed parallel to the plane of the side walls so that the guide rail from a lower position within the body or the Nutzraumes in a raised, upper position at least partially outside the body or the Nutzraumes is pivotable , At a linearly displaceable in the guide rail track a tray is attached.
Furthermore, a locking mechanism which is arranged on the guide rail and on one of the swivel arms and is actuated by a guide fixed on the running rail is provided on the sliding swivel mechanism, which serves to prevent a pivoting movement of the sliding swivel mechanism in a raised and a lowered end position.
The locking mechanism has a pivotable on a first pivot arm resiliently held web with a projecting in the direction of the guide rail bolt which is guided along a guide rail attached to the guide element of the lowered end position locking position securing at least in the raised end position locking position.
The fixed to the running rail activator further has a curve guide with which the bolt during raising and lowering of the shelf from the lowered end position locking position secured in the raised end position securing locking position and back is feasible.
With such a curve guide provided in the activator, securing of the locking mechanism after successful pivoting of the sliding pivoting mechanism is made possible in a simple manner.
Vorteilhafte Ausführungsvarianten der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the cam guide is designed such that the locking mechanism by a pivoting movement automatically locked in the raised end position and can be unlocked by an insertion movement against the extension direction.
This ensures that unlocking can only be done by conscious insertion of the tray and thus the track.
According to a further preferred embodiment variant, the cam guide is formed on inner edges delimiting by a cavity of the activator, with an inlet opening, through which the bolt can be guided into the cavity. The curve guide is thus housed inside the activator and thus protected from damage from the outside.
According to a preferred embodiment, the guide element has respective locking grooves, in which the bolt rests in the respective locking positions, wherein the locking grooves define a guide track of the guide element, along which the bolt can be guided from one of the locking positions to the second of the locking positions.
To unlock the sliding pivot mechanism from the first locking position extending in the direction of the running rail first stop on the activator is arranged in the region of the inlet, with which the bolt from a pivotal movement of the pivot arms locking position and the first locking groove when pulling out of the running rail a pull-out direction is movable out, wherein the bolt is feasible in a subsequent pivotal movement of the pivot arms along the stop in the cavity.
The stop allows a simple unlocking of the sliding pivoting mechanism from the lowered locking position, so that the tray is only in the almost fully extended state can be pivoted upwards.
The cam guide is designed according to a further preferred embodiment so that the bolt rests during the pivotal movement of the pivot arms on none of the cavity of the activator bounding inner edge. The leadership of the bolt takes place here along the guideway of the guide element.
In a further preferred embodiment variant, the cavity has an edge on the outgoing side from the entry region to a vertical one Edge rising slope, with the bolt from a pivotal movement of the pivot arms locking position in the second locking groove by inserting the running rail against the extension direction out is movable.
As a result, by deliberately piecewise insertion of the tray and thus the running rail of the bolt on the rising slope pushed upwards and thus moved out of the second locking groove, whereby the pivoting movement of the sliding pivot mechanism is released again and the tray can be pivoted down ,
According to an alternative embodiment of the invention, the cam guide is designed such that the locking mechanism can be unlocked by a pull-out movement of the running rail in the extension direction from the upper locking position. The curve guide is preferably designed as a heart curve.
According to a further advantageous embodiment, an end stop for limiting the travel path of the running rail is formed at a front end in the extension direction of the guide rail, in order to prevent the running rail is pushed too far out of the guide rail.
