- the present invention relates to an electrical wire heating element, in particular a Spiral wire heating element for a hair dryer, with one of at least one Carrier plate existing Schumachermik, a Schuleiterdraht, for example, on the outer edges of the heat conductor carrier is wound up with first and second Contact elements, as well as electrical connecting elements between the first and second contact elements.
- the first contact elements are here as a voltage tap, in particular as a center and / or end tap, electrically connected to the heating conductor.
- the second contact elements are attached to the heating conductor carrier and for the voltage supply of the heating element and / or for the electrical connection of the heating element with further electrical components, for example for the voltage supply of a DC motor provided, the first and second contact elements Different, almost freely selectable points can be connected to the heating conductor or on the heat conductor carrier can be attached.
- the heating conductor carrier of this radiator consists of two carrier plates, which are cross-shaped are arranged to each other.
- the other end of the voltage tap is inside the filament wire heating element arranged.
- second contact elements are provided on the carrier plates, which end with one end on an end face of a carrier plate.
- the other end of the second contact elements also ends in the interior formed by the wire helix.
- the two inside Ends of the first and second contact elements are usually through an electrical conductor, for example a stranded wire or another electrical component connected with each other.
- the location and formation of the first and second contact elements is in each case on the size of the carrier plates, on the performance of the Radiator or other features dependent and for each type of heating individually fixed.
- first and second contact elements are also known from the prior art, which instead of the distinction between the first and second contact elements described above as well as the alternative connecting these two electrical conductors Embodiment of the contact elements included.
- a first and second contact element can be formed as a one-piece sheet metal stamped part, i.e. that this first, the second contact element and the connecting element from a single sheet consist.
- the object of the present invention is therefore the first and second contact elements and to improve and simplify the electrical connections between them, i.e. the variety of different embodiments required so far reduce and types of contact elements and easy adjustment of the heating element to enable the respective motor voltage and thus the wire heating element cheaper to manufacture.
- this object is achieved with an electrical wire heating element of the type mentioned by the features of the characterizing part of the claim 1 solved, in which the first and second contact elements as standardized Contact elements with standard variants and only the electrical connection elements between the first and second contact elements as individualized, in particular are provided as individually adapted connecting elements.
- the first and second Contact elements can also be used as standard components with standard variants, so that a first contact element, for example a voltage tap, as a single or can be designed as a double tap; a double tap is advantageous can be used for a bifilar winding of the heating wire.
- a first contact element for example a voltage tap
- a double tap is advantageous can be used for a bifilar winding of the heating wire.
- Advantageously through this standardization or standardization the number previously required different first and second contact elements on at least two different designed components reduced.
- contact elements can now be produced in large numbers manufactured and for the most diverse wire heating elements in different Sizes, for different heating capacities and different mains voltages or similar different requirements can be used as a standard component. Only the electrical connection elements between the first and second contact elements are as individualized, especially as individually adapted components intended. This will reduce the number of different wire heating elements required components on at least two standardized contact elements and one individually adapted connecting element reduced. This is advantageously a universal, modular design and automatable production of electrical wire heating elements with different electrical power and size, as well Mains or motor voltage with standardized electrical components proposed.
- the electrical connecting elements are made of sheet metal, Wire, or a similar primary material, in particular, these connecting elements be designed as wire bridges.
- This is advantageously a Inexpensive design of the connecting elements made of sheet metal strip or wire specified, which in any length of, for example, a sheet metal or wire roll can be separated.
- An advantageous embodiment provides for a wire bridge made of a straight piece of wire form, this being the shortest connection between a first and the corresponding represents second contact element.
- a straight Wire is advantageously only the length actually required between the required two contact elements, which in the manufacture of a heating element in large quantities have also created an opportunity to save.
- a wire instead of the previously frequently used wire strands only a small space required for this wire bridge within the heating element, since wire strands were previously also laid in a loop.
- the wire bridge is made by plugging, clamping, soldering or welding with the contact elements connected; in particular, the wire bridge is made by means of laser welding attached, making a particularly quick establishment of a durable connection and proposed a fully automated fastening suitable for large series production is.
- the first contact elements are standardized contact elements with standard variants in the form of a single or double voltage tap educated. This advantageously results in only two different design forms of the first contact elements proposed, depending on the purpose as a center tap and / or as an end tap, for example also as a voltage tap Providing a motor voltage with the heating wire can be connected. Training the contact elements as sheet metal stamping enables, among other things also the simple one-piece Formation of clamping tabs on the contact element, which for fastening the contact elements can be used in openings in the carrier plate.
- the second contact elements are also standardized Contact elements in standard variants, for example as individual or also Composite contact element provided.
- the standardized Shape of the contact elements noticeably reduced the number of different embodiments.
- the electrical wire heating element which can also represent an independent invention, becomes a second contact element proposed in the form of a composite contact element, which advantageously Depending on requirements, the use and assembly of several electrical and / or electronic components and the connection of various first contact elements this enables a standardized contact element.
- Such a composite contact element has a plurality of contact tabs, one of which Contact flag each an electrical connection between a heating conductor and a further electrical component, for example a diode, a capacitor or a DC motor.
- a contact tab of a second contact element is assigned to the first contact element and on the other hand a connection of a second contact element for voltage supply or also for connecting an electrical consumer, for example the DC motor allows.
- the contact tabs are a composite contact element divided into two groups and these groups are mirror symmetric arranged to each other and separated from each other by an axis of symmetry.
- the essentially plate-shaped composite contact element is usually mounted in such a way that the axes of symmetry of the composite contact element and the carrier plate coincide, so that each a group of the contact tabs an outer edge of the support plate assigned.
- An electrical connection of the contact flags of a group are made to the contact points of the heating wire, which runs on the corresponding outer edge of the carrier plate, and which is most closely associated with the contact flags.
- the contact flags, which on the are arranged on the other side of the axis of symmetry opposite heating conductor wire connected to the outer edge of the carrier plate.
- the composite contact element is usually on one side of a heat conductor carrier, in particular a carrier plate provided with openings.
- the contact tabs are designed in particular angled that the connecting elements, especially the wire bridges on both Side of the support plate can be attached and connected to the contact tabs.
- a window-like opening for carrying the contact tab is provided in the respective carrier plate at the contact point of the contact lug.
- a composite contact element has at least two Contact points, for example clamping slots, for receiving electrical and / or electronic components.
- These contact points are, for example, clamping slots arranged in particular on the contact lugs of the composite contact element so that the contact lugs on the one hand an electrical connection between two connection points and on the other hand optionally also a recording of the electrical and / or enable electronic components.
- the clamping slots for mounting and fastening the electrical and / or electronic components can be straight Slit with a hole at each end, which advantageously makes the Wire feet of an electrical and / or electronic component from one side into the Slot inserted and clamped, but can no longer be pulled out. This is a quick mechanical and electrical connection between the component and the composite contact element.
- a contact lug is advantageously an originally standardized contact element, in particular a composite contact element, individualized and tailored to the respective Adapted to the application. This is a possibility for individual use given a standardized component.
- the contact tab which with a electrical or electronic component is fitted, between the two contact points, interrupted in particular at the narrowing of the cross-section. This can advantageously by simply cutting the contact tab using pliers or another cutting tool at the predetermined location. An electric one Connection between the two contact points of a contact flag can thus only done via the electrical or electronic component.
- the carrier plates with a Identification in particular a consecutive numbering.
- This one Carrier plates usually have a similar design, in particular a similar shape and a have a similar hole pattern, the risk of confusion of these plates, for example when installing a heating conductor carrier consisting of several plates reduced.
- the identification of the carrier plates is a machine-readable identification and takes place in particular through a different number of bores of the same diameter in the carrier plates. This means that these labels can be fully automated and secure into the carrier plates by punching during the manufacturing process be introduced. Such a marking can also advantageously be used automatic recognition of the carrier plate in a through a certain hole pattern enable fully automated production.
