Claims (7)
- Machine (1) pour collecter le matériau en vrac (3) placé sur une voie de chemin de fer (2), notamment du ballast, comprenant une chaîne sans fin (16), pouvant être entraînée en rotation, positionnée directement au-dessus de la voie de chemin de fer (2) entre des rails (12), d'un dispositif de collecte de matériau en vrac (11) connecté de manière réglable en hauteur à un cadre de la machine (5), auquel est associée une extrémité de collecte (21) d'un dispositif de transport (22) s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale de la machine, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de collecte de matériau en vrac (11) est immédiatement suivi, dans la direction de travail de la machine (1), par un dispositif de balayage (28) réglable en hauteur par des commandes (27), comprenant une brosse (31), qui présente un axe de rotation (30) s'étendant horizontalement et perpendiculairement à la direction longitudinale de la machine et qui est immédiatement suivie par une extrémité de collecte (32) d'un deuxième dispositif de transport (33) s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale de la machine, et en ce qu'une extrémité de déchargement (26) du dispositif de transport (22) est positionnée au-dessus du deuxième dispositif de transport (33).
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'une extrémité de déchargement (35) du deuxième dispositif de transport (33) est réalisée en saillie au-delà d'une extrémité arrière de la machine dans le sens de travail.
- Machine selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que l'on prévoit une trémie (36) entre l'extrémité de déchargement (26) associée au dispositif de transport (22) et le deuxième dispositif de transport (33).
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de collecte de matériau en vrac (11) et le dispositif de balayage immédiatement suivant (28) dans la direction longitudinale de la machine sont disposés entre des bogies pour rails (4) de la machine (1) en dessous d'une portion (6), réalisée de manière coudée vers le haut, du cadre de la machine (5).
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que deux panneaux de charrue (39) espacés l'un de l'autre par rapport à la direction transversale de la machine et pouvant pivoter autour d'un axe vertical (38) à chaque fois au moyen d'une commande (37) sont associés au dispositif de collecte de matériau en vrac (11) sur l'extrémité avant dans la direction de travail.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de collecte de matériau en vrac (11) présente un cadre porteur (25) pouvant être déplacé au moyen de rouleaux de boudin (13) sur la voie de chemin de fer (2), dans lequel la chaîne sans fin (16) est montée de manière réglable en hauteur par rapport au cadre porteur (25) au moyen d'une commande (40).
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité de collecte (21) du dispositif de transport (22) associé au dispositif de collecte de matériau en vrac (11) est connectée au cadre porteur (25), tandis que le dispositif de transport (22) est fixé de manière pivotante sur le cadre de la machine (5) dans une région voisine de l'extrémité de déchargement (26).
