Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a machine for receiving lying on a track bulk material, in particular ballast, with a rotatable, positioned directly above the track between rails, endless Räumkette a vertically adjustable connected to a machine frame bulk material receiving device associated with a receiving end of a running in the machine longitudinal direction conveyor is.
Such a machine is already known from US 5 513 452, wherein the bulk material receiving device is provided on an upstream in the direction of the vehicle, which is arranged downstream of a ballast bed cleaning machine. It is equipped with a roundabout track for ballast picking around the track and a conveyor belt for transporting the ballast into a screening plant.
By the bulk material picking device, stored on the track, new gravel is taken and transported by a downstream conveyor belt located above the track Ouerkettentrum the clearing chain and dropped onto the uncovered Erdplanum. In addition, cleaned by the sieve cleaned gravel. This makes it possible, while simplifying transport logistics, to store new ballast on the track in order to supply it to the cleaned bedding ballast as needed.
According to US Pat. No. 5,090,483, a track-mobile installation composed of two cleaning machines arranged directly behind one another in the direction of work is also known. The upstream cleaning machine has two spaced apart in the cross-machine direction, rotatable in the machine longitudinal direction Räumketten for receiving the soiled ballast from the flank region of the track. After cleaning in a downstream screen, the cleaned gravel is dropped between the rails on the track and stored with it.
The downstream cleaning machine is equipped with an endless, guided around the track clearing chain with a positioned below the track for ballast pickup transverse chain center. Above this cross-chain center is a bridge positioned immediately above the threshold, which is preceded by a rotatable sweeping brush. With this, the interposed, cleaned gravel is slightly lifted off the thresholds and transferred to said bridge. The bridge itself is essentially formed by a conveyor belt extending in the machine longitudinal direction, with which finally the cleaned gravel is dropped onto the uncovered earth plane by bridging the said transverse chain center of the clearing chain. With such a system, the cleaning performance can be significantly increased by including a total of three clearing chains and two screening plants.
The object of the present invention is now to provide a machine of the generic type, with the on-track ballast more effectively absorbable.
This object is achieved with a machine of the generic type by the features set out in claim 1 invention.
The combination with a sweeping brush and a conveyor associated therewith also the upstream and can not be detected by the bulk material receiving device, directly on the sleepers or intervening gravel reusable. This can be included in an advantageous manner, the upstream ballast with relatively little design effort to 100% turn in the process of a complete renewal of ballast bedding.
Further advantages of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims and the drawings.
In the following the invention will be described with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawing.

At the front end of the machine 1 with respect to the working direction (arrow 7) there is a driving cab 8 with a central control device 24. A motor unit 9 arranged on the cranked section 6 serves to supply energy to the various drives and to a travel drive 10.
Immediately behind the front rail chassis 4, a bulk material receiving device 11 is provided with rollable on rails 12 of the track 2 flange wheels 13. This is supported for rotation in a machine longitudinal direction, vertical plane of rotation on guide rollers 17 with horizontal and perpendicular to the machine longitudinal axis.
The entrainment members 18 (FIG. 2) having the evacuation chain 16 is positioned with a lower receiving area 19 in the work insert immediately above sleepers 20 of the track 2. A receiving end 21 of a running in the machine longitudinal direction conveyor 22 is located immediately below a discharge area 23 of the excavation chain 16. The receiving end 21 of the bulk material receiving device 11 associated conveyor 22 is connected to a storage chain 16 and the guide roller 17 overlapping support frame 25 which is supported on the track roller 2 on the track 2. In a region adjacent to a discharge end 26, said conveyor 22 is pivotally mounted on the machine frame 5.
The bulk material receiving device 11 is a height-adjustable by drives 27 Kehreinrichtung 28 with respect to the working direction immediately downstream. This has a by a drive 29 about a horizontally and perpendicular to the machine longitudinal axis of rotation 30 rotatably mounted sweeping brush 31. This is a receiving end 32 of a running in the machine longitudinal direction of the second conveyor 33 immediately downstream. This mounted on a - equipped with wheel flange - supporting frame 34 of the heald 28 second conveyor 33 has a projecting beyond the rear end of the machine discharge end 35. Between the upstream conveyor 22 associated discharge end 26 and the second conveyor 33, a hopper 36 is provided. The bulk goods receiving device 11 are assigned at the front end in the direction of work two with respect to the machine transverse direction spaced apart and each by means of a drive 37 about a vertical axis 38 pivotable plow blades 39. The broaching chain 16 is designed to be height-adjustable by means of a drive 40 relative to the support frame 25.
Before the labor input of the machine 1, bulk material 3 is already stored in the form of cleaned ballast on the track 2. With the help of the flange conveyor 13 resting on the rails 12 bulk material receiving device 11, the upstream bulk material 3 is conveyed to the subsequent conveyor 22 and rotated by this in the hopper 36 with rotation of the Räumkette 16 in a clockwise direction. Thus, the dumped bulk material 3 is conveyed by the second conveyor 33 located underneath as a gravel supplement on a (not shown) machine for ballast cleaning or a total excavation.
The sweeping device 28 is lowered under the action of the drives 27 with the wheel flange rollers on the rails 12 of the track 2 and the sweeping brush 31 is set under the action of the drive 29 in rotation. Thus, parallel to the bulk material receiving the upstream bulk material receiving device 11, the recording of the remaining, on the thresholds 20 and between these lying ballast, which could not be detected by the upstream excavation chain 16. The crushed by the sweeping brush 31 gravel is also promoted by the second conveyor 33 to the downstream machine. Instead of gravel, upstream gravel sand can also be taken up by the machine 1 to produce a surface protection layer.
