Abstract

Zum lagenweisen Aufwickeln von strangförmigen Wickelgut (1) - insbesondere von Draht oder strangförmigem Profil zur Herstellung von Aufschweiß-Kontakten in der Relaistechnik- auf eine drehbare Wickelspule mit seitlicher Vorschubbewegung zwischen Strangzuführung des Wickelgutes und der Wickelspule wird ein Zwischenlage-Band (15) aus Papier während des Wickelvorganges auf die Wickelspule (4) gewickelt, wobei Teile des strangförmigen Wickelgutes (1) jeweils auf Teilbereiche der zuvor aufgebrachten bandförmigen Zwischenlage (15) gewickelt werden, wobei die Geschwindigkeit der axialen Vorschubbewegung der Zwischenlage (15) größer ist als die Geschwindigkeit der axialen Vorschubbewegung des Wickelguts (1); der seitliche Vorschub des Wickelgutes (1) pro Wickelgutlage wird in eine Richtung bewegt, wobei der seitliche Vorschub der Zwischenlage (15) gegenüber dem Wickelgut (1) pro Wickelgut-Lage zum Teil in gleicher Richtung als Gleichlaufrichtung und zum Teil in entgegengesetzter Richtung als Gegenlaufrichtung erfolgt, und die Summe von Vorschubbewegungen in Gleichlaufrichtung und in Gegenlaufrichtung stets eine ganze ungerade Zahl ≥ 3 ist, wobei die Anzahl der Gleichlaufrichtungen abzüglich der Anzahl der Gegenlaufrichtungen 1 beträgt; das Verhältnis der Breite des Zwischenlagebandes zur Breite des Wickelgutes liegt bei wenigstens 3 : 1.
Durch Einsatz des Zwischenlage-Bandes (15) aus Papier sollen Beschädigungen des strangförmigen Wickelgutes (1) durch gegenseitige Berührung der metallischen Oberfläche beim Einsatz verschiedener Metalle im strangförmigen Wickelgut verhindert werden.
